Autorem n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho \u010dl\u00e1nku je naturopat Ing. V\u00edt Syrov\u00fd.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Jaro je obdob\u00ed prom\u011bn, nov\u00e9ho zrodu a o\u010disty. C\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee n\u011bco vo\u0148av\u00e9ho je \u201eve vzduchu\u201c, sly\u0161\u00edme radostn\u00fd zp\u011bv pt\u00e1k\u016f a slun\u00ed\u010dko n\u00e1s obdarov\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00fdmi l\u00e1skypln\u00fdmi paprsky, kter\u00e9 jsou jakoby jin\u00e9 ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve \u2013 h\u0159ejiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a sv\u011btlej\u0161\u00ed. \u010c\u00edmpak to asi je? Slunce se tuto zimu p\u0159ep\u00f3lovalo, tak\u017ee je v\u00a0tomto ohledu \u201enov\u00e9\u201c. Nyn\u00ed na ja\u0159e st\u00e1le v\u00edce z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a vys\u00edl\u00e1 n\u00e1m sv\u00e9 \u00fa\u017easn\u011b b\u00edl\u00e9, fialov\u00e9 i jinak zbarven\u00e9 paprsky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s pob\u00edzej\u00ed, abychom neme\u0161kali a po vzoru p\u0159\u00edrody se o\u010distili od v\u0161eho star\u00e9ho a radostn\u011b usilovali o to dostat se vzh\u016fru, vst\u0159\u00edc ke sv\u011btlu. V\u017edy\u0165 p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit se k\u00a0n\u011bmu usiluje ka\u017ed\u00e1 rostlina, l\u00edstek i st\u00e9blo tr\u00e1vy. Bylinky &#8212; jako drobn\u00ed poslov\u00e9 jara, n\u00e1m mohou b\u00fdt vzorem nejen pro sm\u011br na\u0161eho sna\u017een\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 poslou\u017e\u00ed i k pro\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161eho t\u011bla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00edla \u017eiv\u00fdch bylinek<\/strong><br>Osobn\u011b se na jaro nejv\u00edce t\u011b\u0161\u00edm hlavn\u011b kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed ra\u0161it bylinky<em>.<\/em> Jsem zn\u00e1m\u00fd t\u00edm, \u017ee je s\u00a0velkou oblibou poj\u00edd\u00e1m. Kdy\u017e jsou \u010derstv\u00e9, je p\u0159ece \u0161koda je su\u0161it a d\u011blat si z\u00a0nich pak n\u011bkdy t\u0159eba \u010daj \u2013 lep\u0161\u00ed je rovnou sn\u00edst. Nejen\u017ee hned po utr\u017een\u00ed obsahuj\u00ed nejv\u00edce<em> vitamin\u016f, enzym\u016f<\/em> a dal\u0161\u00edch \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, ale i lahodn\u011b chutnaj\u00ed a maj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bco nav\u00edc &#8212; d\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsou \u201e\u017eiv\u00e9\u201c. Vyrostly p\u0159ece na <em>sv\u011btle,<\/em> a proto n\u00e1m ho i p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<br>Aby n\u011bkoho nenapadlo, \u017ee se tedy m\u016f\u017eeme j\u00edt \u201enap\u00e1st\u201c a ochutn\u00e1vat v\u0161e, co v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b nalezneme, p\u0159edem upozor\u0148ujeme, \u017ee v\u00a0bylink\u00e1ch bychom se m\u011bli vyznat. Jako lid\u00e9 jsme ji\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inou ztratili schopnosti vnit\u0159n\u011b vn\u00edmat \u010di spr\u00e1vn\u011b vyci\u0165ovat, co je ur\u010deno k\u00a0na\u0161emu po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a kter\u00e9 bylinky maj\u00ed jin\u00fd \u00fa\u010del. V\u00a0tomto ohledu je civilizovan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk \u201ehloup\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u201c ne\u017e zv\u00ed\u0159\u00e1tka. Nev\u011b\u0159\u00edte? Kdesi jsem se do\u010detl, \u017ee t\u0159eba zaj\u00edci pr\u00fd ve voln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b po\u017e\u00edraj\u00ed p\u0159es sto druh\u016f rostlin, ale jen m\u00e1lokdo z lid\u00ed je schopen tolik druh\u016f jedl\u00fdch rostlin rozpoznat. <strong>M\u011bli bychom si tedy s\u00a0pokorou p\u0159iznat, \u017ee se m\u00e1me co u\u010dit, abychom znalost\u00ed bylin p\u0159edstihli alespo\u0148 zaj\u00edce.<\/strong><br>Sklon\u00edme-li se s\u00a0\u00factou ke z\u0159\u00eddl\u016fm d\u00e1vn\u00fdch pramen\u016f, skryt\u00fdch v\u00a0dokonalosti p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f, pochop\u00edme, \u017ee\u00a0celou \u00fachvatnou p\u0159\u00edrodu a v\u0161e v n\u00ed n\u00e1m Stvo\u0159itel daroval nejen k\u00a0na\u0161emu pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed, ale i jako nejlep\u0161\u00ed prost\u0159edky, je\u017e n\u00e1m maj\u00ed slou\u017eit jako potrava, posila i k\u00a0na\u0161emu pro\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Projevme mu sv\u016fj d\u00edk i t\u00edm, \u017ee se budeme sna\u017eit tyto dary co nejv\u00edce, v\u011bdom\u011b a spr\u00e1vn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvat. Za t\u00edm \u00fa\u010delem je t\u0159eba nau\u010dit se p\u0159\u00edrodu zn\u00e1t a pochopit jej\u00ed z\u00e1konitosti, nebo\u0165 ty vedou v\u017edy jen k\u00a0na\u0161emu dobru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co m\u016f\u017eeme v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b nal\u00e9zt<\/strong><br>V\u0161e, co n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edroda d\u00e1v\u00e1, m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd smysl. Proto je vlastn\u011b nesmysln\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkat, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 bylinky jsou \u201eplevel\u201c. Tak je jen pojmenovali n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u00edm dokazuj\u00ed svou nev\u011bdomost. Kdysi mi bylin\u00e1\u0159 Josef A. Zentrich zap\u016fj\u010dil tabulky, v nich\u017e jsem se dov\u011bd\u011bl podrobn\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed mnoh\u00fdch \u201eb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch\u201c bylin, kup\u0159\u00edkladu kop\u0159ivy, smetanky l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 a dal\u0161\u00edch. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 mi vyrazilo dech, kolik obsahuj\u00ed <em>vitamin\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f<\/em> a dal\u0161\u00edch \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch l\u00e1tek.<br>Proto se sna\u017eme vyu\u017e\u00edt ka\u017edou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost k samosb\u011bru plan\u011b rostouc\u00edch bylin. K p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b bychom v\u0161ak p\u0159itom m\u011bli p\u0159istupovat ohledupln\u011b a s\u00a0citem. U\u017e mal\u00e9 d\u011bti by se m\u011bly nau\u010dit, \u017ee nejprve je t\u0159eba <em>poprosit <\/em>a pak <em>pod\u011bkovat<\/em>. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee bylinky je vhodn\u00e9 sb\u00edrat v\u00a0oblastech a m\u00edstech co nejm\u00e9n\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch, tedy d\u00e1le od silnice \u010di dal\u0161\u00edch \u201ev\u00fddobytk\u016f\u201c civilizace.<br>Pod\u00edvejme se alespo\u0148 na nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylinky,<em> kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edroda zdarma nab\u00edz\u00ed<\/em>. P\u0159esto\u017ee \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i Medu\u0148ky u\u017e mnoh\u00e9 znaj\u00ed, jist\u011b ne\u0161kod\u00ed se je znovu p\u0159ipomenout. Zam\u011b\u0159me se nejprve na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed druhy, abychom si uv\u011bdomili, po \u010dem leckdy \u201e\u0161lapeme\u201c. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ty \u201enejoby\u010dejn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u201c bylinky, s\u00a0nimi\u017e se v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme setkat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ude, pat\u0159\u00ed toti\u017e mezi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, je\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b pro\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed t\u011blo i krev.<br>N\u00e1\u0161 organismus se p\u0159itom sna\u017eme ch\u00e1pat jako celek, pokud tedy chceme pro\u010distit t\u011blo, je t\u0159eba pro\u010distit na\u0161i krev. V\u0161e v\u00a0n\u00e1s souvis\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edm. \u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed krve je proto tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 ch\u00e1pat \u00a0jako zbavov\u00e1n\u00ed se nepot\u0159ebn\u00fdch a \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek z cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla, \u0161\u0165\u00e1v, tk\u00e1n\u00ed a bun\u011bk. Zopakujme si, \u017ee toto je spojeno s povzbuzov\u00e1n\u00edm detoxika\u010dn\u00edch a vylu\u010dovac\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f, jako jsou <em>j\u00e1tra, ledviny a st\u0159eva<\/em>.<br>V\u00a0prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z<em>v\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159\u00edjem vhodn\u00fdch tekutin<\/em> a surovin obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch <em>dostatek vl\u00e1kniny<\/em>. Tak\u00e9 lze vyu\u017e\u00edt o\u010distn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky p\u016fstu, o \u010dem\u017e jsme se u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve zmi\u0148ovali. Ve v\u0161ech t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech se <em>u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed bylinky<\/em>, kter\u00e9 nejen\u017ee podporuj\u00ed pro\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed krve, ale zlep\u0161uj\u00ed i funkce detoxika\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f a dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u011blu mnoh\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed bylinky pro o\u010distu<\/strong><br>Nemohu za\u010d\u00edt jinak, ne\u017e m\u00fdm obl\u00edben\u00fdm <em>\u010desnekem medv\u011bd\u00edm<\/em>. Tohoto \u201edivok\u00e9ho\u201c p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho \u010desneku lze objevit doslova po \u010dichu, nebo\u0165 jeho sv\u011b\u017ee zelen\u00e9 l\u00edstky von\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b po \u010desneku (n\u011bkomu to p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e na\u0165 cibulovin). Bydl\u00edm v\u00a0Praze u Pet\u0159\u00edna, kde ho bylo letos mo\u017en\u00e9 trhat u\u017e koncem \u00fanora. Na jin\u00fdch m\u00edstech lze <em>\u010desnek medv\u011bd\u00ed<\/em> \u201eskl\u00edzet\u201c a\u017e pozd\u011bji, n\u011bkde a\u017e do kv\u011btna. M\u00e1 r\u00e1d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pion.cz\/cs\/clanek\/kalkulacka?utm_source=topkontakt-partner&amp;utm_medium=topkontakt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vlhk<\/a>\u00e1 a stinn\u00e1 m\u00edsta, v Praze se d\u00e1 t\u00e9\u017e naj\u00edt v\u00a0\u0160\u00e1rce, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vzhled tam\u011bj\u0161\u00edho <em>\u010desneku medv\u011bd\u00edho<\/em> se dost li\u0161\u00ed od \u201epet\u0159\u00ednsk\u00e9ho\u201c, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 mnohem u\u017e\u0161\u00ed listy.<br>V\u00a0literatu\u0159e se t\u00e9\u017e u <em>\u010desneku medv\u011bd\u00edho<\/em> zobrazuj\u00ed ov\u00e1ln\u00e9 za\u0161pi\u010dat\u011bl\u00e9 listy, kter\u00e9 jsou jakoby podobn\u00e9 konvalink\u00e1m. Aby nedo\u0161lo k\u00a0z\u00e1m\u011bn\u011b <em>\u010desneku medv\u011bd\u00edho<\/em> s\u00a0nejedl\u00fdmi bylinami, tak zd\u016fraz\u0148ujeme, \u017ee u v\u0161ech odr\u016fd je nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vod\u00edtkem jeho typick\u00e1 v\u016fn\u011b a chu\u0165.<br>Uv\u00e1d\u00ed se, \u017ee za sv\u016fj n\u00e1zev tato bylinka vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed medv\u011bd\u016fm: po dlouh\u00e9m zimn\u00edm <a href=\"http:\/\/postele-velda.cz\/postele-original-boxsprings\/?utm_source=topkontakt-partner&amp;utm_medium=topkontakt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sp\u00e1nku<\/a> jej pr\u00fd s oblibou vyhled\u00e1vali a za l\u00e1ny t\u00e9to obl\u00edben\u00e9 jarn\u00ed pochoutky dok\u00e1zali putovat i des\u00edtky kilometr\u016f. Dle jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f ji takto pojmenovali sta\u0159\u00ed Germ\u00e1ni, kte\u0159\u00ed pr\u00fd v\u011b\u0159ili, \u017ee jim dod\u00e1 medv\u011bd\u00ed <em>s\u00edlu<\/em>. \u00a0\u017de tato bylinka v\u00fdznamn\u011b <em>posiluje<\/em> organismus, dokazuje i jej\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed. Obsahuje hodn\u011b vitam\u00edn\u016f, miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek (rovn\u011b\u017e j\u00f3d), allin a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed slou\u010deniny.<br>Rostlina se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch, jako jsou ch\u0159ipka, nachlazen\u00ed, z\u00e1n\u011bty horn\u00edch cest d\u00fdchac\u00edch ad. Upravuje rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159irozen\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00a0za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edm traktu, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159i st\u0159evn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch, proti st\u0159evn\u00edm parazit\u016fm, pl\u00edsn\u00edm apod. Uv\u00e1d\u00ed se tak\u00e9, \u017ee sni\u017euje hladinu cholesterolu a krevn\u00ed tlak. Proto\u017ee \u010desnek medv\u011bd\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u010dist\u00ed krev, je vhodn\u00fd i p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech s\u00a0k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho pro\u010di\u0161\u0165uje ledviny a mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159, co\u017e vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 i z\u00a0jeho mo\u010dopudn\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku.<br>\u010cerstv\u00e9 listy lze konzumovat bu\u010f p\u0159\u00edmo, a\u0165 u\u017e do sal\u00e1tu, m\u00edsto pa\u017eitky do pol\u00e9vek, tvarohu a dal\u0161\u00edch pochoutek, nebo po uva\u0159en\u00ed k p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b \u0161pen\u00e1tu, pol\u00e9vek i dal\u0161\u00edch j\u00eddel &#8212; alespo\u0148 j\u00e1 ho p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1m t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 do v\u0161eho, co nen\u00ed sladk\u00e9. Pokud by pro n\u011bkoho byla jeho chu\u0165 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, lze ho kombinovat i s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi jedl\u00fdmi bylinkami. Znamenit\u00fd je t\u0159eba ve sm\u011bsi s\u00a0tepeln\u011b zpracovan\u00fdmi kop\u0159ivami. Ty za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed r\u016fst zanedlouho po \u010desneku medv\u011bd\u00edm.<br><strong><em>Kop\u0159ivy <\/em>m\u016f\u017eeme nal\u00e9zt v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ude. Jde p\u0159itom o jednu z nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch bylin na \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed krve. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve form\u011b \u010dajov\u00e9ho n\u00e1levu, ale spa\u0159en\u00e9 listy kop\u0159iv je \u0161koda vyhodit; pova\u0159\u00edme-li je, m\u016f\u017eeme je pot\u00e9 upravit jako \u0161pen\u00e1t. <\/strong>Rovn\u011b\u017e je tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme u\u017e\u00edt jako p\u0159\u00edlohu k b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu j\u00eddlu (nap\u0159. na brambory) nebo je mo\u017en\u00e9 si z l\u00edstk\u016f kop\u0159iv a dal\u0161\u00edch jarn\u00edch bylinek p\u0159ipravit pol\u00e9vku. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed jsou mlad\u00e9 kop\u0159ivy, dokud jsou jemn\u011b zelen\u00e9 (brzy na ja\u0159e mohou b\u00fdt i fialov\u00e9). Av\u0161ak pozor: kop\u0159iva nejen\u017ee p\u00e1l\u00ed, ale m\u00e1 i hodn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Proto bychom je m\u011bli u\u017e\u00edvat um\u00edrn\u011bn\u011b. P\u0159em\u00edra &#8212; jako u v\u0161eho ostatn\u00edho &#8212; \u0161kod\u00ed.<br>Listy kop\u0159iv obsahuj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 miner\u00e1ly (ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, k\u0159em\u00edk apod.), vitam\u00edny (nap\u0159. vitamin C, kyselinu listovou) i dal\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Kop\u0159iva p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovliv\u0148uje metabolismus, m\u00e1 vliv na hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s cukrem, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se proti chudokrevnosti a zlep\u0161uje imunitu. Napom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u00e9\u017e k lep\u0161\u00edmu prokrven\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f a podporuje \u010dinnost slinivky. Proto\u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed mo\u010dopudn\u011b, urychluje v\u00fdrazn\u011b i o\u010distu organismu, nebo\u0165 \u0161kodliviny se t\u011bla se vylu\u010duj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b s mo\u010d\u00ed.<br>Dal\u0161\u00ed ze z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdch bylinek, na kterou v\u00a0d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dob\u00e1ch chod\u00edvaly babi\u010dky ka\u017edi\u010dk\u00e9 jaro, je <em>pampeli\u0161ka <\/em>neboli<em> smetanka l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1<\/em>. V\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed se sb\u00edraj\u00ed hlavn\u011b mlad\u00e9 l\u00edstky, ale \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (hlavn\u011b ho\u0159\u010diny) obsahuje i ko\u0159en. Ho\u0159k\u00e1 chu\u0165 poukazuje na to, \u017ee podporuje spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkce jater, kter\u00e1 zauj\u00edmaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 m\u00edsto p\u0159i detoxikaci. <em>Smetanka l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1<\/em> t\u00e9\u017e p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b na tvorbu \u017elu\u010di, a proto se u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i chorob\u00e1ch \u017elu\u010dn\u00edku.
