V \u0161\u00e9fovsk\u00e9 pozici v\u0161ech \u00fazkost\u00ed a v\u0161ech rozli\u010dn\u00fdch strach\u016f, a\u017e \u00fapln\u011b na vrcholku pyramidy, je strach ze smrti.&nbsp; Kvalita postoje k vlastn\u00ed smrti souvis\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji s mno\u017estv\u00edm \u010dasu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me za sebou a kter\u00fd p\u0159ed sebou.<br>Nespavost\u00ed trp\u00ed \u010dasto tak\u00e9 ti, jim\u017e zem\u0159el \u017eivotn\u00ed partner, proto\u017ee vztah sice z\u016fstal, ale je trvale znepokojuj\u00edc\u00ed, kdy\u017e se toti\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd z akt\u00e9r\u016f n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00edho vztavu nach\u00e1z\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b v jin\u00e9 dimenzi.<br>Sp\u00e1nku se&nbsp; odjak\u017eiva \u0159\u00edkalo mal\u00e1 smrt. Bo\u017esk\u00e1 dvoj\u010data byla v \u0159eck\u00e9 mytologii Thanatos,&nbsp; zosobn\u011bn\u00ed smrti, a jeho bratr Hypnos, zosobn\u011bn\u00ed sp\u00e1nku. Us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed je proto v jist\u00e9m smyslu kondi\u010dn\u00edm treninkem um\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed, je ka\u017edodenn\u00edm odv\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm skokem nebo zbab\u011bl\u00fdm ot\u00e1len\u00edm, hlubok\u00fdm \u010di naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u011blk\u00fdm zano\u0159en\u00edm do hlubok\u00e9 t\u016fn\u011b nev\u011bdom\u00ed. A ve sp\u00e1nku se vskutku odehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed podobn\u00e9&nbsp; psychick\u00e9 procesy jako p\u0159i um\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdo se boj\u00ed smrti, a\u0165 u\u017e v\u011bdom\u011b, nebo ani\u017e by o sv\u00e9 \u00fazkosti cokoli tu\u0161il, ten us\u00edn\u00e1 a sp\u00ed&nbsp; h\u016f\u0159e ne\u017e ti, co se o smrt nezaj\u00edmaj\u00ed, co na ni nemysl\u00ed, co se j\u00ed neboj\u00ed, co o n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nic nev\u011bd\u00ed.<br>Zejm\u00e9na velmi&nbsp; mlad\u00ed us\u00ednaj\u00ed nejrychleji a sp\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe, proto\u017ee s nimi&nbsp; smrt nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a oni nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed se smrt\u00ed, smrt pova\u017euj\u00ed za fenon\u00e9m, kter\u00fd se t\u00fdk\u00e1 jen t\u011bch ostatn\u00edch. <strong>Pak jednodu\u0161e vhod\u00ed odplynul\u00fd den do odpadkov\u00e9ho ko\u0161e a nar\u00e1z usnou, proto\u017ee z\u00edtra se jim vnut\u00ed&nbsp; den nov\u00fd a nepopsan\u00fd. Usnou, jako kdy\u017e je do vody hod\u00ed. Naopak velc\u00ed sp\u00e1\u010di, jim\u017e se nikdy nechce vst\u00e1vat, se i z p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti sna\u017e\u00ed vysmeknout.<br>Ego m\u00e1 vskutku mnohdy velkou ochrannou s\u00edlu, tak\u017ee nabude&nbsp; p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee opanovat ve\u0161kerou psychiku a poskynout z\u00e1ruky za kvalitu a dosa\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ech c\u00edl\u016f \u017eivota. Takov\u00e9 ego pak ov\u0161em dost \u010dasto nedok\u00e1\u017ee sp\u00e1t, proto\u017ee i v dob\u011b, kdy by m\u011blo sp\u00e1t, chce kontrolovat, pl\u00e1novat, organizovat a kout pikle, kdy\u017e&nbsp; toti\u017e m\u00e1 strach, \u017ee p\u0159ijde o z\u00edskan\u00e9 posty finan\u010dn\u00ed, profesn\u00ed, \u0161\u00e9fovsk\u00e9, milostn\u00e9, zdravotn\u00ed, intelektov\u00e9 \u010di um\u011bleck\u00e9.<br>Chceme-li usnout, mus\u00edme ego i s jeho strachem poodehnat z v\u011bdom\u00ed a pak se n\u00e1m to pravd\u011bpodob\u011b poda\u0159\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ale i \u010dlov\u011bk s velice siln\u00fdm egem (vskutku \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm, kter\u00e9 se u\u017e neboj\u00ed o dosa\u017een\u00e9 posty)&nbsp; dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ed usnut\u00edm odehnat z dohledu i toto svoje siln\u00e9 ego. Takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dok\u00e1\u017ee usnout i ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. V \u0161\u00e9fovsk\u00e9 pozici v\u0161ech \u00fazkost\u00ed a v\u0161ech rozli\u010dn\u00fdch strach\u016f, a\u017e \u00fapln\u011b na vrcholku pyramidy, je strach ze smrti.&nbsp; Kvalita postoje k vlastn\u00ed smrti souvis\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji s mno\u017estv\u00edm \u010dasu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me za sebou a kter\u00fd p\u0159ed sebou.Nespavost\u00ed trp\u00ed \u010dasto tak\u00e9 ti, jim\u017e zem\u0159el \u017eivotn\u00ed partner, proto\u017ee vztah sice z\u016fstal, ale je trvale znepokojuj\u00edc\u00ed, kdy\u017e se toti\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd z akt\u00e9r\u016f n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00edho vztavu nach\u00e1z\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b v jin\u00e9 dimenzi.Sp\u00e1nku se&nbsp; odjak\u017eiva \u0159\u00edkalo mal\u00e1 smrt. Bo\u017esk\u00e1 dvoj\u010data byla v \u0159eck\u00e9 mytologii Thanatos,&nbsp; zosobn\u011bn\u00ed smrti, a jeho bratr Hypnos, zosobn\u011bn\u00ed sp\u00e1nku. Us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed je proto v jist\u00e9m smyslu kondi\u010dn\u00edm treninkem um\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed, je ka\u017edodenn\u00edm odv\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm skokem nebo zbab\u011bl\u00fdm ot\u00e1len\u00edm, hlubok\u00fdm \u010di naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u011blk\u00fdm zano\u0159en\u00edm do hlubok\u00e9 t\u016fn\u011b nev\u011bdom\u00ed. A ve sp\u00e1nku se vskutku odehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed podobn\u00e9&nbsp; psychick\u00e9 procesy jako p\u0159i um\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdo se boj\u00ed smrti, a\u0165 u\u017e v\u011bdom\u011b, nebo ani\u017e by o sv\u00e9 \u00fazkosti cokoli tu\u0161il, ten us\u00edn\u00e1 a sp\u00ed&nbsp; h\u016f\u0159e ne\u017e ti, co se o smrt nezaj\u00edmaj\u00ed, co na ni nemysl\u00ed, co se j\u00ed neboj\u00ed, co o n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nic nev\u011bd\u00ed.Zejm\u00e9na velmi&nbsp; mlad\u00ed us\u00ednaj\u00ed nejrychleji a sp\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe, proto\u017ee s nimi&nbsp; smrt nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a oni nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed se smrt\u00ed, smrt pova\u017euj\u00ed za fenon\u00e9m, kter\u00fd se t\u00fdk\u00e1 jen t\u011bch ostatn\u00edch. Pak jednodu\u0161e vhod\u00ed odplynul\u00fd den do odpadkov\u00e9ho ko\u0161e a nar\u00e1z usnou, proto\u017ee z\u00edtra se jim vnut\u00ed&nbsp; den nov\u00fd a nepopsan\u00fd. Usnou, jako kdy\u017e je do vody hod\u00ed. Odhodit bez zav\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b odplynul\u00e9ho dne, to&nbsp; je n\u00e1sledek neinformovanosti mlad\u00fdch a&nbsp;\u017eivotn\u00edm um\u011bn\u00edm star\u00fdch. Naopak velc\u00ed sp\u00e1\u010di, jim\u017e se nikdy nechce vst\u00e1vat, se i z p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti sna\u017e\u00ed vysmeknout.Ego m\u00e1 vskutku mnohdy velkou ochrannou s\u00edlu, tak\u017ee nabude&nbsp; p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee opanovat ve\u0161kerou psychiku a poskynout z\u00e1ruky za kvalitu a dosa\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ech c\u00edl\u016f \u017eivota. Takov\u00e9 ego pak ov\u0161em dost \u010dasto nedok\u00e1\u017ee sp\u00e1t, proto\u017ee i v dob\u011b, kdy by m\u011blo sp\u00e1t, chce kontrolovat, pl\u00e1novat, organizovat a kout pikle, kdy\u017e&nbsp; toti\u017e m\u00e1 strach, \u017ee p\u0159ijde o z\u00edskan\u00e9 posty finan\u010dn\u00ed, profesn\u00ed, \u0161\u00e9fovsk\u00e9, milostn\u00e9, zdravotn\u00ed, intelektov\u00e9 \u010di um\u011bleck\u00e9.Chceme-li usnout, mus\u00edme ego i s jeho strachem poodehnat z v\u011bdom\u00ed a pak se n\u00e1m to pravd\u011bpodob\u011b poda\u0159\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ale i \u010dlov\u011bk s velice siln\u00fdm egem (vskutku \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm, kter\u00e9 se u\u017e neboj\u00ed o dosa\u017een\u00e9 posty)&nbsp; dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ed usnut\u00edm odehnat z dohledu i toto svoje siln\u00e9 ego. Takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dok\u00e1\u017ee usnout i ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.
