D\u011bkujeme v\u00e1m za va\u0161i p\u0159\u00edze\u0148 a podporu, za to, \u017ee Medu\u0148ku kupujete a \u010dtete, a r\u00e1di s v\u00e1mi budeme sd\u00edlet nov\u00e9 informace, n\u00e1pady, aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed trendy, p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy a inspirace i v roce dal\u0161\u00edm.<br>Toto \u010d\u00edslo Medu\u0148ky jsme pro v\u00e1s p\u0159ipravili jako jak\u00fdsi \u201einspiromat\u201c pro zimn\u00ed a v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed \u010das. Temn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed polovina roku je jist\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edce pln\u00e9 sv\u011btla a slunce, ale v kolob\u011bhu roku m\u00e1 sv\u016fj hlubok\u00fd v\u00fdznam, a bylo by \u0161koda tento \u010das jen tak \u201ep\u0159etrp\u011bt\u201c, lep\u0161\u00ed je zkusit ho v\u011bdom\u011b pro\u017e\u00edt a vyu\u017e\u00edt, nebo si ho dokonce u\u017e\u00edt! M\u016f\u017eeme nap\u0159\u00edklad pe\u010dovat o sv\u00e9 nohy pomoc\u00ed reflexn\u00ed terapie, \u0159e\u0161it dlouhodobou \u00fanavu t\u0159eba pomoc\u00ed Bachov\u00fdch esenc\u00ed, dop\u0159\u00e1t si v\u00edce sp\u00e1nku nebo si v\u00edce v\u0161\u00edmat sv\u00fdch sn\u016f a jejich poselstv\u00ed, jak n\u00e1m v \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch rad\u00ed na\u0161e autorky. A jsou tu i \u010dl\u00e1nky s recepty, informacemi a tipy pro v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed dny.<br>V\u00e1noce! V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed nab\u00eddka se na n\u00e1s v obchodech val\u00ed u\u017e od \u0159\u00edjna a mnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 se d\u011bs\u00ed bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edho se shonu i slo\u017eit\u00fdch a n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edprav. Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed b\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed povinn\u00e9, \u017ee V\u00e1noce budou takov\u00e9, jak\u00e9 si je ud\u011bl\u00e1me, a \u017ee mohou m\u00edt r\u016fznou podobu. Zn\u00e1m lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se po\u010d\u00e1tkem prosince p\u0159em\u00edst\u00ed na jin\u00fd kontinent a V\u00e1noce pro n\u011b neexistuj\u00ed. V\u00edm i o rodin\u011b, kde se ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ed V\u00e1noci \u201ezgruntu\u201c ukl\u00edz\u00ed cel\u00fd byt, v\u010detn\u011b obsahu sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed a \u0161upl\u00edk\u016f. (V\u00fdsledkem je pak krom\u011b uklizen\u00e9ho bytu i jak\u00e9si sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nalad\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ech z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch.) Zn\u00e1m \u017eenu, kter\u00e1 pe\u010de asi 15 druh\u016f v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho cukrov\u00ed \u2013 a velmi ji to t\u011b\u0161\u00ed jako protiklad k jej\u00edmu n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9mu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Jednotn\u00fd recept na spokojen\u00e9 V\u00e1noce evidentn\u011b neexistuje. P\u0159esto m\u011b n\u011bco napad\u00e1.<br>Filosofov\u00e9 oded\u00e1vna hledali dobr\u00fd pom\u011br mezi \u017eivotem \u010dinn\u00fdm, aktivn\u00edm (tedy p\u016fsoben\u00edm v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, prac\u00ed s lidmi a pro lidi atd.) a \u017eivotem kontemplativn\u00edm (setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s Bohem a sv\u00fdm nitrem). Dovol\u00edm si toto slo\u017eit\u00e9 t\u00e9ma velmi zjednodu\u0161en\u011b aplikovat i na oblast v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edprav \u2013 pova\u017euji zkr\u00e1tka za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ob\u011b tyto str\u00e1nky v\u011bdom\u011b vyva\u017eovat. Bez neuchopiteln\u00e9ho tajemstv\u00ed, pocitu v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010dasu, v\u00edry a tich\u00e9 radosti by mi i dokonale p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 V\u00e1noce p\u0159ipadaly jen jako zam\u011bniteln\u00fd, by\u0165 t\u0159eba velkolep\u00fd ve\u010d\u00edrek. K usebr\u00e1n\u00ed a nalad\u011bn\u00ed du\u0161e a mysli na jedine\u010dn\u00fd \u010das V\u00e1noc slou\u017e\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed advent.<br>Vyv\u00e1\u017eit \u017eivot \u010dinn\u00fd s t\u00edm spiritu\u00e1ln\u00edm je ostatn\u011b ka\u017edodenn\u00edm i celo\u017eivotn\u00edm \u00fakolem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s, pokud usilujeme o to, aby n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot m\u011bl sm\u011br a p\u0159esah. Je dobr\u00e9 vz\u00edt to v potaz, a\u017e se budeme ohl\u00ed\u017eet za t\u00edmto rokem a uva\u017eovat nad rokem nastupuj\u00edc\u00edm, stejn\u011b jako je dobr\u00e9 vyj\u00e1d\u0159it vd\u011b\u010dnost za to, co m\u00e1me. Jak v\u00edme nap\u0159. ze seri\u00e1lu o duchovn\u00edm l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed, nach\u00e1z\u00edme se pr\u00e1v\u011b v takov\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed situaci, jakou pro sv\u016fj v\u00fdvoj pot\u0159ebujeme, a teprve, a\u017e ji p\u0159ijmeme, m\u016f\u017eeme se posunout d\u00e1l.<br>P\u0159eji v\u00e1m, mil\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i, p\u011bkn\u00e9 V\u00e1noce a dobr\u00fd vstup do nov\u00e9ho roku.
