V\u00edta Syrov\u00e9ho. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bez potravy se lze obej\u00edt t\u00fddny, bez vody dny, ale bez vzduchu pouh\u00e9 minuty. Vzduch obsahuje zejm\u00e9na \u017eivotad\u00e1rn\u00fd kysl\u00edk, kter\u00fd mimo jin\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje spalov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ijat\u00fdch \u017eivin. Krom\u011b toho vzduch p\u016fsob\u00ed i na dal\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b na\u0161eho byt\u00ed. Nadechn\u011bme se tedy zhluboka vo\u0148av\u00e9ho vzduchu, prosp\u011bjeme t\u00edm t\u011blu i du\u0161i!<br>Kysl\u00edk, kter\u00fd v&nbsp;plic\u00edch z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me z vdechnut\u00e9ho vzduchu, je na pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 m\u00edsta v t\u011ble rozv\u00e1d\u011bn spole\u010dn\u011b s krv\u00ed po jeho nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed na \u010derven\u00e9 krvinky. Tato okysli\u010den\u00e1 slo\u017eka krve obsahuje d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd druh z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, nezbytn\u00fd pro dokonal\u00e9 spojen\u00ed du\u0161e s hmotn\u00fdm t\u011blem. Tepnami proud\u00ed ze srdce ven okysli\u010den\u00e1 krev, maj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159iv\u011b \u010dervenou barvu. \u010cerven\u00e1 symbolicky vyjad\u0159uje aktivn\u00ed princip. Pokud tomu tak nen\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee z n\u011bj v krvi vzniknout kyselina uhli\u010dit\u00e1, co\u017e krom\u011b jin\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f zp\u016fsobuje i p\u0159ekyselen\u00ed organismu.<br>Nejen z&nbsp;t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f je pot\u0159eba dostate\u010dn\u011b a pln\u011b vydechovat<strong>.<\/strong> Jak ale zjist\u00edme, jestli d\u00fdch\u00e1me spr\u00e1vn\u011b? Posta\u010d\u00ed si jen sv\u00e9ho dechu v\u0161\u00edmat a uv\u011bdomovat si jeho pr\u016fb\u011bh i rytmus. P\u0159itom m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd s\u00e1m zjistit, kde d\u011bl\u00e1 nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed terapeuti doporu\u010duj\u00ed p\u0159i d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat, sledovat hodinky atd. D\u00fdchac\u00ed centrum je v\u0161ak um\u00edst\u011bno v mozkov\u00e9m kmeni \u010dili prodlou\u017een\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0161e, je\u017e \u0159\u00edd\u00ed \u017eivotn\u011b nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed procesy v t\u011ble.<br>D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed je sice mo\u017eno p\u0159echodn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat rozumem, ale po v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu je \u0159\u00edzeno podv\u011bdom\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b z tohoto d\u00fdchac\u00edho centra. O tom se m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit, pozorujeme-li hlubok\u00fd dech \u010dlov\u011bka, je\u017e tvrd\u011b a klidn\u011b sp\u00ed. Proto je z\u00e1hodno \u201eprobudit\u201c v&nbsp;sob\u011b i p\u0159i denn\u00edm v\u011bdom\u00ed tento p\u0159irozen\u00fd mechanismus regulace, tzn. nal\u00e9zt odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed rytmus dechu, je\u017e je vhodn\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b pro n\u00e1s. Mnoz\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed doc\u00edlit pravidelnosti ve smyslu stejn\u00e9 doby jednotliv\u00fdch dechov\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00ed. Jak je v\u0161ak zn\u00e1mo i z hudby, rytmus neznamen\u00e1 naprost\u00e9 opakov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00edho, ale \u017eivouc\u00ed, za sebou \u0159azen\u00fd pohyb na stejn\u00e9m z\u00e1klad\u011b. Dech je a\u017e do nejmen\u0161\u00edch podrobnost\u00ed v\u00fdrazem osobn\u00ed individuality. Druhou je pauza, tj. mal\u00e1 chvilka klidu a jak\u00e9hosi o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy m\u00e1me proc\u00edtit p\u0159ipravenost k p\u0159ijet\u00ed nov\u00e9ho. Pot\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduje t\u0159et\u00ed f\u00e1ze, tj. n\u00e1dech, kter\u00fd znamen\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u00ed se pro p\u0159ijet\u00ed daru, jen\u017e je p\u0159edpokladem pro na\u0161e p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. Z n\u011bho by bez zjevn\u00e9ho p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed m\u011bl vyplynout dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fddech. Tak by m\u011bly v ur\u010dit\u00e9m rytmu, z\u00e1visl\u00e9m na dan\u00e9m \u010dlov\u011bku a moment\u00e1ln\u011b pro\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 situaci, harmonicky plynout dechov\u00e9 f\u00e1ze.<br>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b zkracuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 f\u00e1ze, z \u010deho\u017e mohou vyplynout poruchy v&nbsp;chodu organismu i naru\u0161en\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed. O tom, zda se do dechu zapojuj\u00ed v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 partie, se m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit tak, \u017ee p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00edme dlan\u011b na r\u016fzn\u00e1 m\u00edsta a pot\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1me pohyb doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fddech a n\u00e1dech.
