V\u00a0podstat\u011b jde o to odebrat gluk\u00f3zu jako zdroj energie rakovinn\u00fdm bu\u0148k\u00e1m, sou\u010dasn\u011b zajistit kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu a energii bu\u0148k\u00e1m zdrav\u00fdm. Minule jsme se tak\u00e9 sezn\u00e1mili se z\u00e1klady ketogenn\u00ed diety, kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 metabolick\u00fdch v\u00fdhod p\u016fstu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u016fst<br \/>\n<\/strong>P\u016fst se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k\u00a0l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010del\u016fm od starov\u011bku. Po ka\u017ed\u00e9m j\u00eddle tro\u0161ku ztloustneme. Po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b se \u017eiviny spot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, tehdy za\u010dneme vyu\u017e\u00edvat z\u00e1soby, ka\u017edou noc zase trochu zhubneme. Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou jsou v\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 toxiny kolem n\u00e1s. L\u00e1tk\u00e1m schopn\u00fdm vyvolat vznik rakoviny se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 kancerogeny. Zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed mutace, po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA nebo naru\u0161uj\u00ed jej\u00ed opravu, maj\u00ed vliv na zap\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed a vyp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed gen\u016f. Mohou naru\u0161ovat regulaci d\u011blen\u00ed a r\u016fst bun\u011bk. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou toxiny, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed mitochondrie, vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt a oxidativn\u00ed stres. Tak\u00e9 toxiny naru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed signalizaci, nap\u0159. xenoestrogeny. Dal\u0161\u00ed toxiny oslabuj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m nebo detoxika\u010dn\u00ed funkce jater. Oble\u010den\u00ed (zpomalova\u010de ho\u0159en\u00ed, protipl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, chemick\u00e9 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, formaldehyd na ne\u017eehl\u00edc\u00edch ko\u0161il\u00edch atd.). \u010caloun\u011bn\u00ed, koberce, barvy na zdi, n\u00e1bytek, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly. Nen\u00ed t\u0159eba zmi\u0148ovat pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 zplodiny, v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny. Toxiny p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me \u00fasty nap\u0159. v\u00a0uzenin\u00e1ch, chemicky o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, zpracovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, ale i z\u00a0jejich plastov\u00fdch obal\u016f, pitn\u00e9 vody, tak\u00e9 je d\u00fdch\u00e1me. Tetov\u00e1n\u00ed je dal\u0161\u00edm zdrojem, barvy obsahuj\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy. Nov\u00e1 m\u00f3da, kdy si \u017eeny nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed tetovat hrudn\u00edky po ablaci prs\u016f, je zna\u010dn\u011b nerozumn\u00e1.<br \/>\nNezanedbateln\u00fdm zdrojem toxin\u016f jsou l\u00e9ky. Automaticky podez\u0159el\u00e9 jsou l\u00e9ky oslabuj\u00edc\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, jako jsou vakc\u00edny, imunosupresiva, biologick\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed (jejich nasazen\u00ed mus\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet velmi d\u016fkladn\u00fd screening tuberkul\u00f3zy a rakoviny!), mezi kancerogeny pat\u0159\u00ed i samy prost\u0159edky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 k\u00a0l\u00e9\u010db\u011b rakoviny: chemoterapie, radiace, tamoxifen i biologick\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba. Nelze nezm\u00ednit rizika samotn\u00e9ho screeningu rakoviny zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed rentgenov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, jako je mamograf. N\u011bkter\u00e9 genotypy s sebou nesou zv\u00fd\u0161enou citlivost k\u00a0radiaci a pravideln\u00fd screening u nich riziko rakoviny zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed. Mamograf rozhodn\u011b v\u00fdskyt rakoviny nesni\u017euje, to ani nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9.<br \/>\nUv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si rozsahu toxick\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt demoralizuj\u00edc\u00ed. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na\u0161e t\u011bla neust\u00e1le zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed cizorod\u00e9 molekuly a maj\u00ed syst\u00e9my na jejich zne\u0161kodn\u011bn\u00ed a vylou\u010den\u00ed. Detoxikace prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00a0j\u00e1trech ve dvou f\u00e1z\u00edch.
