Jarn\u00ed kolo zahrnulo 12 834 aktivn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, z nich 51 % tvo\u0159ily osoby s nadv\u00e1hou \u010di obezitou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed prob\u011bhlo v Prost\u011bjov\u011b, kter\u00fd zv\u00edt\u011bzil v po\u010dtu zapojen\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f v r\u00e1mci m\u011bsta a tak\u00e9 opanoval kategorii magistr\u00e1tn\u00edch t\u00fdm\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pravidelnost a individu\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enosti vzala do \u00favahy osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzva, kterou splnilo celkem 3682 lid\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"728\" height=\"161\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mojemedunka.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obrazek-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8121\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mojemedunka.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obrazek-2.png 728w, https:\/\/www.mojemedunka.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obrazek-2-300x66.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedostatek pohybov\u00e9 aktivity a nezdrav\u00e1 strava jsou hlavn\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 vedou ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu a n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmu trendu tloustnut\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 populace. Nov\u00e9 studie a zku\u0161enosti z praxe ukazuj\u00ed na alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst obezity u d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. V sou\u010dasnosti je v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dtvrtina d\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice s nadv\u00e1hou, z toho 16 % je dokonce ob\u00e9zn\u00edch. U dosp\u011bl\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f se s nadv\u00e1hou \u010di obezitou pot\u00fdk\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 75 % a u \u017een je to 60.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V boji proti tomuto probl\u00e9mu nab\u00edz\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9, ale \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed V\u00fdzva 10\u00a0000 krok\u016f \u2013 jednodu\u0161e pravideln\u011b chodit. Akce se zam\u011b\u0159uje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na osoby s nadv\u00e1hou a seniory, pro kter\u00e9 je pravideln\u00fd pohyb z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Pravideln\u00e1 ch\u016fze je jedn\u00edm ze zdrav\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f pohybu, kter\u00fd je dostupn\u00fd pro v\u0161echny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzva se po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 pravideln\u011b v\u017edy dvakr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b, ka\u017ed\u00fd duben a \u0159\u00edjen. Do leto\u0161n\u00ed jarn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy se zapojilo celkem 12 834 aktivn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, z nich\u017e 51 % m\u011blo nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9 kilogramy. Mezi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky byli i\u00a0lid\u00e9 s morbidn\u00ed obezitou, kte\u0159\u00ed dos\u00e1hli pozoruhodn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Michal \u017d\u00eddek, nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed mu\u017e v\u00fdzvy, se sv\u00fdmi 235\u00a0kilogramy zvl\u00e1dl udr\u017eet la\u0165ku nastaven\u00e9 osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy po dobu 23\u00a0dn\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ji\u0159\u00ed Mahdal <\/strong>ze Z\u00e1b\u0159ehu za\u010d\u00ednal na podobn\u00e9 hmotnosti 197 kg. D\u00edky l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9mu z\u00e1kroku v\u00a0kombinaci s\u00a0pravideln\u00fdm pohybem v\u00a0r\u00e1mci v\u00fdzvy 10\u00a0000 krok\u016f je po roce leh\u010d\u00ed o 92\u00a0kg. P\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy jako tento ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee naj\u00edt vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu a dos\u00e1hnout sv\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. M\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdzva z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee nastartovat motivaci ke\u00a0zm\u011bn\u011b celkov\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b v\u00fdhod pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed m\u00e1 p\u011b\u0161\u00ed doprava tak\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed dopady na na\u0161e okol\u00ed a\u00a0pom\u00e1h\u00e1 tvo\u0159it \u010dist\u0161\u00ed, klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsta a obce. <em>\u201eI proto jsme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee k\u00a0v\u00fdzv\u011b se p\u0159ipojilo celkem 67 m\u011bst a obc\u00ed z \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a Slovenska,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 inici\u00e1tor v\u00fdzvy <strong>Jaroslav Martinek <\/strong>z\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edho spolku Partnerstv\u00ed pro m\u011bstskou mobilitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvenstv\u00ed v po\u010dtu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f si vyslou\u017eilo moravsk\u00e9 m\u011bsto Prost\u011bjov, magistr\u00e1tn\u00ed t\u00fdm z\u00e1rove\u0148 zaznamenal v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed v kategorii m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f. <em>\u201eMysl\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdzva je skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed nejen k rozpohybov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, ale tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost pod\u00edvat se jinak na mobilitu ve m\u011bst\u011b. Jen u n\u00e1s na radnici jsme m\u011bli postaven\u00fdch deset t\u00fdm\u016f,&#8220;<\/em> \u0159ekl na vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed <strong>Franti\u0161ek Jura<\/strong>, prim\u00e1tor Prost\u011bjova. Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed m\u011bsta bylo tak\u00e9 jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d se vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed konalo pr\u00e1v\u011b v Prost\u011bjov\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0region\u016f, kter\u00e9 se aktivn\u011b zapojily do v\u00fdzvy, byl tak\u00e9 Olomouck\u00fd kraj. Celkem p\u011bt radn\u00edch kraje zalo\u017eilo t\u00fdm, jen\u017e inspiroval ostatn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu.<em> \u201ePro n\u00e1s nebylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed bylo, \u017ee jsme dok\u00e1zali za\u010dlenit pravidelnou ch\u016fzi do sv\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch program\u016f. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e jsme to dok\u00e1zali my, dok\u00e1\u017ee to ka\u017ed\u00fd,&#8220;<\/em> \u0159ekl za v\u0161echny <strong>Jan \u0160afa\u0159\u00edk<\/strong>, n\u00e1m\u011bstek hejtmana Olomouck\u00e9ho kraje, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 ambasadorem v\u00fdzvy. Jak dod\u00e1v\u00e1, svoji v\u00fdzvu mohl splnit d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee m\u00edsto v\u00fdtahu za\u010dal chodit po schodech a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dubna nepou\u017eil v\u00fdtah ani jednou.<em> \u201eV\u00fdzva je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, jak nechat auto parkovat o p\u00e1r blok\u016f d\u00e1l nebo ob\u010das vyu\u017e\u00edt ve\u0159ejnou dopravu v kombinaci s ch\u016fz\u00ed. Je to mo\u017enost, jak se zamyslet nad na\u0161\u00ed dopravou a \u010dasem, kter\u00fd j\u00ed v\u011bnujeme,\u201c <\/em>shrnul v\u00fdznam v\u00fdzvy \u0160afa\u0159\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eZ klinick\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed v\u00edme, \u017ee velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st populace v\u00a0obdob\u00ed covidu ztloustla v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 2\u20133\u00a0kilogramy,\u201c<\/em> vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 profesorka <strong>Eli\u0161ka Sovov\u00e1<\/strong>, p\u0159ednostka Kliniky t\u011blov\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed a\u00a0kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed rehabilitace z Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice Olomouc. Na vin\u011b je podle n\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nedostatek pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, v kombinaci s vysoce energetickou, pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovanou stravou a psychologick\u00fdmi faktory. <em>\u201eDoporu\u010den\u00ed denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky 10 000 krok\u016f nem\u00e1 v\u011bdeck\u00fd podklad, ale je snadno zapamatovateln\u00e9 a lze ho doporu\u010dovat s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bchto krok\u016f by m\u011bla b\u00fdt v ost\u0159ej\u0161\u00edm tempu, aby se dos\u00e1hlo aspo\u0148 70 % maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed tepov\u00e9 frekvence,\u201c<\/em> doporu\u010duje Sovov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017de denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka krok\u016f je zcela individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, potvrzuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 organiz\u00e1to\u0159i v\u00fdzvy. \u201e<em>Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je jin\u00fd a\u00a0m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Proto jsme zavedli kategorii osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd vybrat to, co mu vyhovuje a co p\u0159edstavuje opravdovou v\u00fdzvu,\u201c <\/em>uvedla <strong>Sylva Machov\u00e1,<\/strong> mana\u017eerka v\u00fdzvy. Osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu, v rozsahu od 1 do 30 km denn\u011b, si stanovuje ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk na za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00fdzvy. Za spln\u011bnou metu lze pova\u017eovat, pokud dos\u00e1hne 27 a v\u00edce dn\u016f s pravideln\u00fdm pohybem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzva 10 000 krok\u016f je cestou k zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu a p\u0159edstavuje \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd prost\u0159edek pro boj proti neinfek\u010dn\u00edm chronick\u00fdm chorob\u00e1m (NCD), kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed dnes podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace glob\u00e1ln\u011b na sv\u011bdom\u00ed 71 % v\u0161ech \u00famrt\u00ed. Pohybov\u00e1 aktivita je kl\u00ed\u010dem k prevenci t\u011bchto nemoc\u00ed a\u00a0zlep\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho zdravotn\u00edho stavu populace. V\u00fdzva 10\u00a0000 krok\u016f je otev\u0159en\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed ud\u011blat n\u011bco pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a p\u0159isp\u011bt ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu nejen vlastn\u00edho, ale i cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podrobn\u00e9 informace o V\u00fdzv\u011b 10 000 krok\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>V\u00fdzva 10 000 krok\u016f <\/strong>je neziskov\u00fd projekt, kter\u00fd motivuje tis\u00edce lid\u00ed k tomu, aby za\u0159adili ch\u016fzi do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota a z\u00edskali vztah k m\u00edstu, v n\u011bm\u017e \u017eij\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 s ministerstvy a obcemi a sna\u017e\u00ed se o to, aby se jejich pozornost oto\u010dila zp\u00e1tky k lidem, k prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eij\u00ed, a na zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality jejich \u017eivota. Prvenstv\u00ed v po\u010dtu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f si vyslou\u017eilo moravsk\u00e9 m\u011bsto Prost\u011bjov, magistr\u00e1tn\u00ed t\u00fdm z\u00e1rove\u0148 zaznamenal v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed v kategorii m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f. \u201eMysl\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdzva je skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed nejen k rozpohybov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, ale tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost pod\u00edvat se jinak na mobilitu ve m\u011bst\u011b. Jen u n\u00e1s na radnici jsme m\u011bli postaven\u00fdch deset t\u00fdm\u016f,&#8220; \u0159ekl na vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed Franti\u0161ek Jura, prim\u00e1tor Prost\u011bjova. Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed m\u011bsta bylo tak\u00e9 jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d se vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed konalo pr\u00e1v\u011b v Prost\u011bjov\u011b. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0region\u016f, kter\u00e9 se aktivn\u011b zapojily do v\u00fdzvy, byl tak\u00e9 Olomouck\u00fd kraj. Celkem p\u011bt radn\u00edch kraje zalo\u017eilo t\u00fdm, jen\u017e inspiroval ostatn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu. \u201ePro n\u00e1s nebylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed bylo, \u017ee jsme dok\u00e1zali za\u010dlenit pravidelnou ch\u016fzi do sv\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch program\u016f. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e jsme to dok\u00e1zali my, dok\u00e1\u017ee to ka\u017ed\u00fd,&#8220; \u0159ekl za v\u0161echny Jan \u0160afa\u0159\u00edk, n\u00e1m\u011bstek hejtmana Olomouck\u00e9ho kraje, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 ambasadorem v\u00fdzvy. Jak dod\u00e1v\u00e1, svoji v\u00fdzvu mohl splnit d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee m\u00edsto v\u00fdtahu za\u010dal chodit po schodech a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dubna nepou\u017eil v\u00fdtah ani jednou. \u201eV\u00fdzva je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, jak nechat auto parkovat o p\u00e1r blok\u016f d\u00e1l nebo ob\u010das vyu\u017e\u00edt ve\u0159ejnou dopravu v kombinaci s ch\u016fz\u00ed. Je to mo\u017enost, jak se zamyslet nad na\u0161\u00ed dopravou a \u010dasem, kter\u00fd j\u00ed v\u011bnujeme,\u201c shrnul v\u00fdznam v\u00fdzvy \u0160afa\u0159\u00edk. \u201eZ klinick\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed v\u00edme, \u017ee velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st populace v\u00a0obdob\u00ed covidu ztloustla v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 2\u20133\u00a0kilogramy,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 profesorka Eli\u0161ka Sovov\u00e1, p\u0159ednostka Kliniky t\u011blov\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed a\u00a0kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed rehabilitace z Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice Olomouc. Na vin\u011b je podle n\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nedostatek pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, v kombinaci s vysoce energetickou, pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovanou stravou a psychologick\u00fdmi faktory. \u201eDoporu\u010den\u00ed denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky 10 000 krok\u016f nem\u00e1 v\u011bdeck\u00fd podklad, ale je snadno zapamatovateln\u00e9 a lze ho doporu\u010dovat s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bchto krok\u016f by m\u011bla b\u00fdt v ost\u0159ej\u0161\u00edm tempu, aby se dos\u00e1hlo aspo\u0148 70 % maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed tepov\u00e9 frekvence,\u201c doporu\u010duje Sovov\u00e1. \u017de denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka krok\u016f je zcela individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, potvrzuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 organiz\u00e1to\u0159i v\u00fdzvy. \u201eKa\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je jin\u00fd a\u00a0m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu, v rozsahu od 1 do 30 km denn\u011b, si stanovuje ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk na za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00fdzvy. Za spln\u011bnou metu lze pova\u017eovat, pokud dos\u00e1hne 27 a v\u00edce dn\u016f s pravideln\u00fdm pohybem. V\u00fdzva 10 000 krok\u016f je cestou k zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu a p\u0159edstavuje \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd prost\u0159edek pro boj proti neinfek\u010dn\u00edm chronick\u00fdm chorob\u00e1m (NCD), kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed dnes podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace glob\u00e1ln\u011b na sv\u011bdom\u00ed 71 % v\u0161ech \u00famrt\u00ed. Pohybov\u00e1 aktivita je kl\u00ed\u010dem k prevenci t\u011bchto nemoc\u00ed a\u00a0zlep\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho zdravotn\u00edho stavu populace.
