Pokud ano, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bude na va\u0161em stole mezi  dobrotami p\u0159ipraven\u00fdmi ke grilov\u00e1n\u00ed le\u017eet tak\u00e9 cibule a \u010desnek  &#8211; na\u0161e obl\u00edben\u00e9 st\u00e1lice, bez kter\u00fdch to prost\u011b nen\u00ed &#8222;ono&#8220;&#8230; O cibuli a \u010desneku (i o jejich v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch) se v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku rozepsala na\u0161e spolupracovnice, klinick\u00e1 naturopatka Ing. A nen\u00ed se co divit, v\u017edy\u0165 cibule se t\u011b\u0161ila velk\u00e9 popularit\u011b odprad\u00e1vna. Pro jej\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed benefity ji konzumovali u\u017e sta\u0159\u00ed Egyp\u0165an\u00e9 i \u0159\u00edm\u0161t\u00ed voj\u00e1ci. Ve st\u0159edov\u011bku slou\u017eila cibule i jako amulet proti moru.<\/strong><br>Na trhu nej\u010dast\u011bji najdeme cibuli \u017elutou, m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto cibuli b\u00edlou, kter\u00e1 je chu\u0165ov\u011b jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a na konzumaci za syrova vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, d\u00e1le \u0161alotku, jarn\u00ed cibulku a cibuli \u010dervenou. Ta je m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161tiplav\u00e1 ne\u017e klasick\u00e1 cibule \u017elut\u00e1, zato obsahuje nejv\u00edc protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch v&nbsp;d\u00fdchac\u00edm \u00fastroj\u00ed.<br>Jako bylina m\u00e1 cibule nejlep\u0161\u00ed p\u016fsoben\u00ed za syrova, tepelnou \u00fapravou a su\u0161en\u00edm ztr\u00e1c\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 ze sv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na sirn\u00e9 slou\u010deniny a flavonoidy (nap\u0159. kvercetin), d\u00e1le alicin, vitaminy skupiny B, vitamin C, z miner\u00e1l\u016f nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00e1pn\u00edk, drasl\u00edk, fosfor, m\u011b\u010f, chrom a mangan.<br>Kvercetin (bioflavonoid obsa\u017een\u00fd v cibuli) m\u00e1 antioxida\u010dn\u00ed a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011blu nejen bojovat s voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly, ale i zpev\u0148ovat c\u00e9vn\u00ed st\u011bny, m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zabra\u0148ovat vzniku k\u0159e\u010dov\u00fdch \u017eil. Kvercetin p\u016fsob\u00ed i jako antihistaminikum, tak\u017ee sni\u017euje projevy alergi\u00ed. Prom\u00edchejte a duste zaklopen\u00e9 zhruba 10 minut. Pot\u00e9 vm\u00edchejte balsamikov\u00fd ocet a t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr a na m\u00edrn\u00e9m stupni za ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0159te do zm\u011bknut\u00ed. Nechte vychladnout a pod\u00e1vejte, nap\u0159\u00edklad k r\u016fzn\u00fdm s\u00fdr\u016fm, masu, du\u0161en\u00e9 r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e9 kapust\u011b atd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cesnek<\/strong><br>\u010cesnek je \u2013 podobn\u011b jako cibule &#8212; potravina, bylina i ko\u0159en\u00ed. Syrov\u00fd (a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed) se dob\u0159e uplatn\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pomaz\u00e1nk\u00e1ch jako je humus, \u0159epov\u00e1, fazolov\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee se p\u0159idat do pol\u00e9vky gaspa\u010do, do pesta a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na topinky. N\u011bkomu m\u016f\u017ee zachutnat i chl\u00e9b s lu\u010dinou ozdoben\u00fd kole\u010dky nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9ho \u010desneku nebo \u010desnekov\u00fd dip, \u010desnek m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat k pe\u010den\u00e9 ko\u0159enov\u00e9 zelenin\u011b, cibuli a bat\u00e1t\u016fm, osv\u011bd\u010dil se i jako ko\u0159en\u00ed na maso a ryby. P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd je v dom\u00e1c\u00edm bylinkov\u00e9m m\u00e1sle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imunitn\u00ed elix\u00edr<\/strong><br>Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed i tzv. oxymel, co\u017e je vlastn\u011b imunitn\u00ed elix\u00edr.
