D\u0159\u00edve \u010dlov\u011bk nachodil mnoho kilometr\u016f denn\u011b, aby si opat\u0159il potravu, vodu a palivo. Jen m\u00e1lo duchapln\u00fdch lid\u00ed si zvyk v dostate\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e chodit udr\u017euje i v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b. Na rozd\u00edl od b\u011bhu \u010di jin\u00fdch sport\u016f ch\u016fze p\u0159itom nezp\u016fsobuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed. Pozitivn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed na v\u0161echny \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovliv\u0148uje hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s energi\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ebytk\u016f do tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob. Mnoho studi\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1 ch\u016fzi do souvislosti se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm \u00fazkost\u00ed a depres\u00ed.<br>Ch\u016fzi m\u016f\u017ee provozovat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdykoliv a kdekoliv. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich uraz\u00ed za stejnou dobu jin\u00fd \u00fasek cesty, ale p\u0159\u00ednos pro jejich t\u011blo bude podobn\u00fd.<br>Terapeutick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek rychl\u00e9 ch\u016fze je univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed a v r\u00e1mci kompenzace pohybov\u00e9ho nedostatku v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b by m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd uj\u00edt denn\u011b alespo\u0148 p\u011bt kilometr\u016f, proto\u017ee nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm nebo zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm pohybov\u00e9ho \u00fastroj\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed druhotn\u011b k funk\u010dn\u00edmu omezen\u00ed pohybu. Za\u010dnou bolesti a vznikne za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh, kdy pro nedostatek pohybu dojde k omezen\u00ed funkce a bolestem, kv\u016fli kter\u00fdm za\u010dne ch\u016fze d\u011blat pot\u00ed\u017ee. Stav se postupn\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 nevratn\u00fdm zejm\u00e9na u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed \u010dasto nemohou chodit v ter\u00e9nu a po schodech, tak\u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t, \u017ee jde o nevyhnuteln\u00fd probl\u00e9m st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<br>Sp\u00ed\u0161 ale jde o nedostatek v\u011bdom\u00ed toho, jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b chodit. V\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme o tom, jak zlep\u0161it dovednost, kterou prov\u00e1d\u00edme automaticky, od mali\u010dka. Pokud si za\u010dneme v\u0161\u00edmat toho, jak chod\u00edme, co se p\u0159i tom d\u011bje s na\u0161imi nohami, p\u00e1nv\u00ed, pa\u017eemi a hlavou, za\u010dne b\u00fdt tento zd\u00e1nliv\u011b jednoduch\u00fd pohyb pln\u00fd p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed.<br>V d\u011btsk\u00e9m v\u011bku se u\u010d\u00edme chodit a mluvit, ale jen m\u00e1lokdy p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme o tom, jak tento proces prob\u00edh\u00e1. V\u011bt\u0161inou je to napodobov\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f, u\u010ditel\u016f a spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f, a ka\u017ed\u00fd si tak osvojujeme dobr\u00e9 i \u0161patn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky, ani\u017e si pamatujeme, jak k tomu do\u0161lo. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad kulh\u00e1me, d\u011bl\u00e1me to cel\u00fdm t\u011blem, zm\u011bn\u00edme zp\u016fsob ch\u016fze, abychom zm\u00edrnili tlak na tu \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla, kter\u00e1 bol\u00ed. Takov\u00e1 ch\u016fze vy\u017eaduje zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 zapojov\u00e1n\u00ed sval\u016f ne\u017e ch\u016fze obvykl\u00e1. Vznik\u00e1 nerovnov\u00e1ha, kter\u00e1 spont\u00e1nn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje pohyb na\u0161ich doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, zad, krku, hlavy i pa\u017e\u00ed. Jakmile odstran\u00edme p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu kulh\u00e1n\u00ed, mus\u00edme se znovu u\u010dit chodit, proto\u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed ve svalech dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 a n\u011bkdy vede k dal\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dinnost ch\u016fze, mohou vznikat chronick\u00e9 bolesti. Teprve d\u016fsledn\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed komplexn\u00edho pohybu cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla vede k n\u00e1vratu k p\u0159irozen\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 ch\u016fzi. Za\u010d\u00edt chodit naboso a hned uj\u00edt dlouhou trasu n\u00e1s ale m\u016f\u017ee odradit od dal\u0161\u00edho pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed. To sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed i pro b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed. Mus\u00edme za\u010d\u00edt velmi pozvolna, jako ostatn\u011b s ka\u017ed\u00fdm nov\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm nebo sportem. V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed \u2013 a bylo tomu tak i u m\u011b \u2013 m\u00e1 ze za\u010d\u00e1tku bolav\u00e9 svaly na l\u00fdtk\u00e1ch a probl\u00e9my s Achillov\u00fdmi \u0161lachami. Na ch\u016fzi naboso i v bot\u00e1ch s tenkou podr\u00e1\u017ekou si mus\u00edme n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f zvykat. Jedn\u00e1 se o nov\u00fd pohyb, kter\u00fd se ale vyplat\u00ed, pokud vytrv\u00e1me. V klasick\u00fdch bot\u00e1ch pak za\u010dneme m\u00edt pocit nepohodl\u00ed, st\u00edsn\u011bnosti. Naboso toti\u017e chodil \u010dlov\u011bk po cel\u00fd sv\u016fj v\u00fdvoj, co\u017e je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s prvn\u00edmi n\u00e1lezy bot mnohokr\u00e1t del\u0161\u00ed doba.<br>Boty s tlumen\u00fdm dopadem se za\u010daly vyr\u00e1b\u011bt asi p\u0159ed t\u0159iceti lety. Ch\u016fze naboso nebo v bot\u00e1ch s tenkou podr\u00e1\u017ekou n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje naplno c\u00edtit zem a uv\u011bdomit si prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde se pohybujeme. Svaly a \u0161lachy na nohou objevuj\u00ed jin\u00fd sv\u011bt. T\u011blo dost\u00e1v\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm chodidel nov\u00e9 informace, co\u017e m\u00e1 vliv na postoj, dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a rovnov\u00e1hu. Kdy\u017e se hol\u00e1 chodidla dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed povrchov\u00fdch nerovnost\u00ed, drobn\u00fdch kam\u00ednk\u016f, p\u00edsku nebo hrub\u00e9ho asfaltu, jsou tak\u00e9 stimulov\u00e1ny akupresurn\u00ed body, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed funkci t\u011blesn\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f. Tato stimulace prosp\u00edv\u00e1 fyzick\u00e9mu i du\u0161evn\u00edmu zdrav\u00ed. Je vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed technikou pro v\u0161echny, kdo hledaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 odreagov\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sportu s maxim\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem na zdrav\u00ed.<br>S h\u016flkami m\u016f\u017ee chodit ka\u017ed\u00fd, v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sportovec i za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk, mlad\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk i lid\u00e9 v pokro\u010dil\u00e9m v\u011bku.
