V&nbsp;t\u00e9matu dubnov\u00e9 Medu\u0148ky, kter\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b vy\u0161la si p\u0159e\u010dtete, jak si zajistit dostatek energii a tak\u00e9 jak s&nbsp;n\u00ed nepl\u00fdtvat.<\/strong><br>\u010c\u00edst m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mojemedunka.cz\/index.php\/2020\/03\/18\/elektronickou-verzi-medunky-sezenete-na-emedunka-cz\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2535\">emedunka.cz<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z t\u00e9matu nov\u00e9 Medu\u0148ky vyb\u00edr\u00e1me \u010d\u00e1st \u010dl\u00e1nku<strong> nazvan\u00e9ho <em>\u017divotn\u00ed energie a my <\/em><\/strong>od na\u0161ich osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch autor\u016f<strong> &#8211; MUDr. Vla\u010fky Strnadelov\u00e9 a Jana Zerz\u00e1na z Institutu celostn\u00ed medic\u00edny.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lidsk\u00fd organismus je velmi slo\u017eit\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak n\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m funguje uvnit\u0159, ale i na tom, co p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed zvenku. Nav\u00edc m\u00e1me rozum a mnoh\u00e9 v\u011bci m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit, co\u017e n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ku prosp\u011bchu, ale jindy si bohu\u017eel m\u016f\u017eeme naopak ubl\u00ed\u017eit.<br>Kdy\u017e mluv\u00edme o \u017eivotn\u00ed energii, mysl\u00edme t\u00edm na\u0161i fyzickou i ment\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edlu k&nbsp;\u017eivotu, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed zdrav\u00ed ai \u017eivotn\u00ed pohodu. Pochopiteln\u011b to nen\u00ed energie poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z jednoho zdroje, ale soubor nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vnit\u0159n\u00edch i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch energi\u00ed, jej\u00edm\u017e v\u00fdsledkem je na\u0161e \u017eivotn\u00ed s\u00edla. V&nbsp;tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si \u0159ekneme o jej\u00edch nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u00edch.&nbsp;<br>Prvn\u00edm zdrojem je na\u0161e vrozen\u00e1 dispozice a s\u00edla, kterou jsme z\u00edskali p\u0159i narozen\u00ed a byla n\u00e1m d\u00e1na do v\u00ednku. Z\u00e1vis\u00ed na 32 generac\u00edch na\u0161ich p\u0159edk\u016f, od nich\u017e se odv\u00edj\u00ed na\u0161e dispozice. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed roli hraj\u00ed pochopiteln\u011b na\u0161i rodi\u010de, ale velk\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 pr\u016fb\u011bh t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a n\u00e1\u0161 vlastn\u00ed porod. N\u011bkdy se ud\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee dispozici m\u016f\u017ee do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry ovlivnit i to, jak str\u00e1v\u00edme prvn\u00ed rok \u017eivota. Ur\u010dit\u011b je podstatn\u00e9, co n\u00e1s formuje v d\u011btstv\u00ed, jak jsme vychov\u00e1v\u00e1ni a jak\u00e9 m\u00e1me \u017eivotn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 to \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee se narod\u00ed s dobr\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm i energetick\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem, a pak m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd handicap, co\u017e ale je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee bude po cel\u00fd \u017eivot str\u00e1dat, m\u00edt m\u00e1lo energie a \u017ee bude nemocn\u00fd. Na\u0161e celkov\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00ed energie se toti\u017e s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a poch\u00e1z\u00ed z mnoha zdroj\u016f, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e je jeden slab\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme to ovlivnit a doplnit jin\u00fdmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recept, jak na to<\/strong><br>To, \u017ee sv\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 zdroje m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit t\u00edm, co d\u011bl\u00e1me, co j\u00edme a jak se chov\u00e1me, je velmi pozitivn\u00ed. Ne nadarmo ve statistik\u00e1ch vych\u00e1z\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se slab\u0161\u00ed vrozenou dispozic\u00ed se do\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku oproti ostatn\u00edm, proto\u017ee se sna\u017e\u00ed \u017e\u00edt, chovat se a j\u00edst l\u00e9pe, co\u017e p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledek. Str\u00e1ven\u00ed potravy a z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed energie z n\u00ed se postupn\u011b sni\u017euje. Krom\u011b slo\u017een\u00ed stravy m\u00e1me ve sv\u00fdch rukou je\u0161t\u011b jednu d\u016fle\u017eitou v\u011bc, a tou je d\u016fsledn\u00e9 kous\u00e1n\u00ed a prosli\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddla.
