Tepl\u00e9 l\u00edvane\u010dky pot\u0159eme rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm m\u00e1slem a z jedn\u00e9 strany obal\u00edme v pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9m cukru prom\u00edchan\u00e9m se sko\u0159ic\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bramborov\u00e1 buchta d\u011bdy Jarou\u0161ka<\/strong><br>500 g polohrub\u00e9 mouky, 300 g va\u0159en\u00fdch brambor, 2 vejce, s\u016fl, 1 l\u017e\u00edce s\u00e1dla, 1\u00bd kosti\u010dky dro\u017ed\u00ed, \u00bd l ml\u00e9ka, 4 strou\u017eky \u010desneku, major\u00e1nka, 250 g va\u0159en\u00e9ho uzen\u00e9ho masa, 1 l\u017ei\u010dka cukru<br>Z tro\u0161ky vla\u017en\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, rozdroben\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed, l\u017e\u00edce mouky a cukru p\u0159iprav\u00edme kv\u00e1sek. Brambory jemn\u011b nastrouh\u00e1me, prom\u00edch\u00e1me s moukou, ml\u00e9kem, vejci, kv\u00e1skem, ut\u0159en\u00fdm \u010desnekem, sol\u00ed, major\u00e1nkou a uzen\u00fdm masem nakr\u00e1jen\u00fdm na mal\u00e9 kosti\u010dky. Z pl\u00e1tk\u016f chleba formi\u010dkou vykr\u00e1j\u00edme kole\u010dka, v\u017edy dv\u011b spoj\u00edme pomaz\u00e1nkou a nahoru d\u00e1me kope\u010dek pomaz\u00e1nky.
