Um\u00edr\u00e1m, proto\u017ee c\u00edt\u00edm, \u017ee jsem pr\u00e1v\u011b u konce sv\u00e9 cesty!<br>Jen vz\u00e1cn\u011b najdeme t\u011b\u017ece nemocn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, jen\u017e si naplno uv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee um\u00edr\u00e1 hlavn\u011b proto, \u017ee u\u017e nechce \u017e\u00edt, anebo <strong>t\u011b\u017ece nemocn\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd pochopil, \u017ee sv\u016fj \u017eivot zachr\u00e1n\u00ed jen znovunalad\u011bn\u00edm cel\u00e9 sv\u00e9 bytosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom m\u011bli v\u016fbec \u0161anci pod&nbsp; vlivem&nbsp; vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch, civiliza\u010dn\u00edch a objektivn\u011b negativn\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edch podm\u00ednek onemocn\u011bt a pak dokonce&nbsp; v jejich d\u016fsledku zem\u0159\u00edt, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt&nbsp; shora jmenovan\u00e9 nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 podm\u00ednky nejprve&nbsp; p\u0159eneseny z trojrozm\u011brnosti do na\u0161eho nitra a zde p\u0159evedeny do podoby&nbsp; v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch rozpor\u016f psychick\u00fdch, anebo se na\u0161e v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 rozpory psychick\u00e9 ukotv\u00ed v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch souvislostech vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho sv\u011bta, a odtud pak vzejde na\u0161e str\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<br><strong>Tento t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nesrozumiteln\u00fd fakt lze snadno vysv\u011btlit na p\u0159\u00edkladech dvou zn\u00e1m\u00fdch neur\u00f3z<\/strong>. Takzvan\u00e1 <strong>klaustrofobie <\/strong>se sice&nbsp;&nbsp; vyjevuje&nbsp; jako strach z uzav\u0159en\u00fdch prostor, ale ve skute\u010dnosti je \u010dasto v\u00e1z\u00e1na na \u00fazkosti a strachy v oblasti mo\u010den\u00ed, k\u00e1len\u00ed a zvracen\u00ed, tak\u017ee se pak lid\u00e9 trp\u00edc\u00ed klaustrofobi\u00ed vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad divadl\u016fm a podzemn\u00edm dopravn\u00edm prost\u0159edk\u016fm, ani\u017e by p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b po cel\u00fd \u017eivot m\u011bli p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost rozlu\u0161tit skute\u010dn\u00e9 (m\u00e9n\u011b efektn\u00ed) psychick\u00e9 pozad\u00ed sv\u00e9 klaustrofobie.&nbsp;<br><strong>Podobn\u011b je tomu u zd\u00e1nliv\u011b nesmysln\u00e9 agorafobie<\/strong> (strach z voln\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed), kter\u00e1&nbsp; ve skute\u010dnosti maskovan\u011b vyjad\u0159uje neuv\u011bdomovan\u00fd strach ze srde\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edhody nebo mdloby, kter\u00e1 by v pol\u00edch \u010di v hlubok\u00fdch les\u00edch mohla b\u00fdt pro osamocen\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1.<br>Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si tak\u00e9 na n\u011bkter\u00e9 experimenty s hypnoterapi\u00ed, p\u0159i nich\u017e byly pacient\u016fm nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b vyhl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed neurotick\u00e9 tiky v obli\u010deji, p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm hypnotick\u00fdch a posthypnotick\u00fdch sugesc\u00ed do m\u00edst, kde nebyly vid\u011bt &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad na cuk\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f u doln\u00edch kon\u010detin. Pacient sice z\u016fstal neurotikem, ale jeho neurotick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my p\u0159estaly b\u00fdt obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 a stresuj\u00edc\u00ed. Rozkol\u00edsan\u00e1 psychika, jen\u017e nev\u00ed, pro\u010d je rozkol\u00eds\u00e1na, si obecn\u011b (nej\u010dast\u011bji) vybere&nbsp; srozumiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010di soci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ijateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed&nbsp; z\u00e1minky a odzrcadl\u00ed&nbsp; v nich svoje rozkol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ijme je jako zrcadlo&nbsp; sv\u00e9ho rozkol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed, nebo je dokonce ozna\u010d\u00ed za p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu sv\u00e9ho rozkol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1sledek je pak vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n za p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu a jen m\u00e1lokdy se p\u0159ijde na to, \u017ee jde o omyl. Nemoc se pak p\u0159i\u0159kne jevu,&nbsp; kter\u00fd nemocn\u00fd objektivn\u011b nedok\u00e1\u017ee jakkoli ovlivnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se v\u0161ak tento sebe\u0161id\u00edc\u00ed proces odehraje? <\/strong><br>V praxi jej uskute\u010d\u0148uje mnoh\u00fd z n\u00e1s, ani\u017e by to tu\u0161il. Nap\u0159\u00edklad konzumace nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla (a z toho pramen\u00edc\u00ed \u010detn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed nemoci) odzrcadlov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nadm\u011brnou pot\u0159ebu siln\u00fdch psychick\u00fdch pro\u017eitk\u016f &#8211; pot\u0159ebu nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159edz\u00e1soben\u00ed a zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, pot\u0159ebu v\u00edce br\u00e1t ne\u017e d\u00e1vat,&nbsp; kompenzaci jin\u00fdch druh\u016f ukojen\u00ed (uspokojen\u00ed) nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e1sky, erotiky, uspokojen\u00e9 cti\u017e\u00e1dosti nebo uzn\u00e1n\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161ku. J\u00eddlo&nbsp; se hod\u00ed k tomuje k takov\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu docela dob\u0159e, proto\u017ee jeho konzumace&nbsp; aspo\u0148 na chv\u00edli zbavuje&nbsp; psychick\u00e9ho p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed a navozuje krati\u010dkou psychickou ukojenost.<br>Psychick\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed existovalo u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve samo o sob\u011b, ale pot\u0159ebovalo se po jist\u00e9m \u010dase n\u011bkde konkr\u00e9tn\u011b ukotvit podobn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy\u017e m\u00e1me vztek na sebe a hled\u00e1me pak n\u011bkoho, na kom bychom tento vztek mohli vyb\u00edt. J\u00eddlo se&nbsp;&nbsp; st\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vcelku p\u0159\u00edjemnou z\u00e1minkou k odvr\u00e1cen\u00ed tlaku&nbsp; psychick\u00e9ho str\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. Ten se pak ukotvuje a prohlubuje, proto\u017ee nen\u00ed pozn\u00e1n ani \u0159e\u0161en. A&nbsp; je pak \u00fapln\u011b jedno, jsme-li \u017erouti hory j\u00eddel (bulimici), anebo naopak j\u00eddlo zcela odm\u00edt\u00e1me, jako ti, co trp\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorexi\u00ed. Z&nbsp; j\u00eddla se v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech stala pouh\u00e1&nbsp; z\u00e1minka, kter\u00e1 si vytkla vcelku snadno srozumiteln\u00fd a splniteln\u00fd \u00fakol, kter\u00fd v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce rozvrac\u00ed \u010di drt\u00ed psychiku v pohodln\u011b nastolen\u00e9m pseudoprobl\u00e9mu: J\u00edst nebo nej\u00edst?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nadbytek \u010di nedostatek j\u00eddla n\u00e1m v\u0161ak \u0161kod\u00ed podstatn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e ony psychick\u00e9 rozpory<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou kv\u016fli malichern\u00fdm\u00a0 rozpor\u016fm j\u00edst nebo nej\u00edst\u00a0 d\u00e1le maskov\u00e1ny\u00a0 a potla\u010dov\u00e1ny. O\u00a0 nel\u00edtostn\u00e9 a velice nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 bitvy mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi komponenty na\u0161\u00ed psychiky nen\u00ed\u00a0 pak nouze, tak\u017ee p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b \u010dasto um\u00edraj\u00ed ruku v ruce ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorektici, \u017erouti i dlouholet\u00ed experiment\u00e1to\u0159i s p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fdmi dietami a tak\u00e9 vegani.<br>Vytrval\u00fd odpor k masu, \u010di ke v\u0161em \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdm komponent\u016fm potravy, m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkdy p\u0159edstavovat jen um\u011ble vybudovan\u00fd psychick\u00fd blok (z\u00e1stupn\u00fd probl\u00e9m), kter\u00fd v\u0161ak p\u0159esto, \u017ee jde o pseudoprobl\u00e9m, nebude moci b\u00fdt\u00a0 zdol\u00e1n, nemluv\u011b u\u017e o skute\u010dn\u00e9m a ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9m probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd je za j\u00eddlov\u00fdm pseudoprobl\u00e9mem dob\u0159e zamaskov\u00e1n, a\u00a0 kter\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vegana, vegetari\u00e1na, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorekti\u010dku i bulimistick\u00e9ho \u017erouta za n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das stejn\u011b spolehliv\u011b zlikviduje.<br><strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd\u00a0 fanatismus \u010di radikalismus je \u0161kodliv\u00fd, proto\u017ee maskuje a potla\u010duje\u00a0 n\u011bjakou opravdu zapeklitou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu, kter\u00e1 jej vyvolala. <\/strong>Zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd antikomunista i zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd komunista vykazuj\u00ed naprosto stejn\u00e9 osobnostn\u00ed znaky, proto\u017ee v jejich p\u0159\u00edpadech nen\u00ed podstatn\u00fd komunismus, <strong>diagnosticky cenn\u00e1 je pouze\u00a0 zap\u0159is\u00e1hlost<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 vyjad\u0159uje v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech stejnou zu\u0159ivou nespokojenost se sebou.<br>Obdobn\u011b zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd \u017erout, alkoholik, ku\u0159\u00e1k a fe\u0165\u00e1k,\u00a0 jsou zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b jinde, nap\u0159\u00edklad dlouho u\u017e marn\u011b tou\u017e\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad po l\u00e1sce, po sebeuplan\u011bn\u00ed, po sebezcelen\u00ed. Kdyby se tato jejich psychick\u00e1 la\u010dnost ukojila, snadno nebo aspo\u0148 snadn\u011bji by odhodili konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed z\u00e1vislostn\u00ed i toxick\u00e9 berli\u010dky.<br><strong>Pokud psychi\u010dn\u00e1 la\u010dnost nepomine, v\u0161echny dietn\u00ed a odvykac\u00ed tortury p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed pov\u011bt\u0161inou jen marn\u00e9 sebetr\u00fdzn\u011bn\u00ed a nesm\u00edrn\u00e9 sebepotla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Tak\u00e9 zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd vegetari\u00e1n vystavuje s\u00e1m sebe nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed zkou\u0161ce pevnosti trval\u00fdm potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm a trval\u00fdmi korekcemi, tak\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e vede parmanentn\u00ed \u00fatok proti vlastn\u00ed psychice. Jakkoli zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd\u00a0 a specializovan\u00fd fanatik sv\u00fdm fanatick\u00fdm od\u0159\u00edk\u00e1n\u00edm, z\u00e1vislost\u00ed \u010di jednosm\u011brnost\u00ed maskuje svou skute\u010dnou a nade v\u0161\u00edm dominuj\u00edc\u00ed &#8222;specializac\u00ed&#8220; nap\u0159\u00edklad neschopnost \u017e\u00edt naplno a ze dne na den, od p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti k p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti, tady a te\u010f, s\u00e1m se sebou v souladu, v souladu s bli\u017en\u00edmi, bez sebepotla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, sebetrest\u00e1n\u00ed a sebeomezov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br><strong>Jen\u017ee\u00a0 na\u0161e bytost pot\u0159ebuje harmonii bez potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, celistvost bez vyd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed, pozitivn\u00ed emoce bez utrpen\u00ed, soulad bez p\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; tedy harmonick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj<\/strong>.\u00a0 A tak se stane, \u017ee ve shod\u011b\u00a0 onemocn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b um\u00edraj\u00ed i ti, co \u017eili takzvan\u011b zap\u0159is\u00e1hle zdrav\u011b i zap\u0159is\u00e1hle nezdrav\u011b. Takzvan\u00e1 klaustrofobie se sice&nbsp;&nbsp; vyjevuje&nbsp; jako strach z uzav\u0159en\u00fdch prostor, ale ve skute\u010dnosti je \u010dasto v\u00e1z\u00e1na na \u00fazkosti a strachy v oblasti mo\u010den\u00ed, k\u00e1len\u00ed a zvracen\u00ed, tak\u017ee se pak lid\u00e9 trp\u00edc\u00ed klaustrofobi\u00ed vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad divadl\u016fm a podzemn\u00edm dopravn\u00edm prost\u0159edk\u016fm, ani\u017e by p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b po cel\u00fd \u017eivot m\u011bli p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost rozlu\u0161tit skute\u010dn\u00e9 (m\u00e9n\u011b efektn\u00ed) psychick\u00e9 pozad\u00ed sv\u00e9 klaustrofobie.&nbsp;Podobn\u011b je tomu u zd\u00e1nliv\u011b nesmysln\u00e9 agorafobie (strach z voln\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed), kter\u00e1&nbsp; ve skute\u010dnosti maskovan\u011b vyjad\u0159uje neuv\u011bdomovan\u00fd strach ze srde\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edhody nebo mdloby, kter\u00e1 by v pol\u00edch \u010di v hlubok\u00fdch les\u00edch mohla b\u00fdt pro osamocen\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1.Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si tak\u00e9 na n\u011bkter\u00e9 experimenty s hypnoterapi\u00ed, p\u0159i nich\u017e byly pacient\u016fm nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b vyhl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed neurotick\u00e9 tiky v obli\u010deji, p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm hypnotick\u00fdch a posthypnotick\u00fdch sugesc\u00ed do m\u00edst, kde nebyly vid\u011bt &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad na cuk\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f u doln\u00edch kon\u010detin. Pacient sice z\u016fstal neurotikem, ale jeho neurotick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my p\u0159estaly b\u00fdt obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 a stresuj\u00edc\u00ed. Rozkol\u00edsan\u00e1 psychika, jen\u017e nev\u00ed, pro\u010d je rozkol\u00eds\u00e1na, si obecn\u011b (nej\u010dast\u011bji) vybere&nbsp; srozumiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010di soci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ijateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed&nbsp; z\u00e1minky a odzrcadl\u00ed&nbsp; v nich svoje rozkol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ijme je jako zrcadlo&nbsp; sv\u00e9ho rozkol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed, nebo je dokonce ozna\u010d\u00ed za p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu sv\u00e9ho rozkol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1sledek je pak vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n za p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu a jen m\u00e1lokdy se p\u0159ijde na to, \u017ee jde o omyl. Nemoc se pak p\u0159i\u0159kne jevu,&nbsp; kter\u00fd nemocn\u00fd objektivn\u011b nedok\u00e1\u017ee jakkoli ovlivnit. Jak se v\u0161ak tento sebe\u0161id\u00edc\u00ed proces odehraje? V praxi jej uskute\u010d\u0148uje mnoh\u00fd z n\u00e1s, ani\u017e by to tu\u0161il. Nap\u0159\u00edklad konzumace nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla (a z toho pramen\u00edc\u00ed \u010detn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed nemoci) odzrcadlov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nadm\u011brnou pot\u0159ebu siln\u00fdch psychick\u00fdch pro\u017eitk\u016f &#8211; pot\u0159ebu nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159edz\u00e1soben\u00ed a zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, pot\u0159ebu v\u00edce br\u00e1t ne\u017e d\u00e1vat,&nbsp; kompenzaci jin\u00fdch druh\u016f ukojen\u00ed (uspokojen\u00ed) nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e1sky, erotiky, uspokojen\u00e9 cti\u017e\u00e1dosti nebo uzn\u00e1n\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161ku. J\u00eddlo&nbsp; se hod\u00ed k tomuje k takov\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu docela dob\u0159e, proto\u017ee jeho konzumace&nbsp; aspo\u0148 na chv\u00edli zbavuje&nbsp; psychick\u00e9ho p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed a navozuje krati\u010dkou psychickou ukojenost.Psychick\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed existovalo u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve samo o sob\u011b, ale pot\u0159ebovalo se po jist\u00e9m \u010dase n\u011bkde konkr\u00e9tn\u011b ukotvit podobn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy\u017e m\u00e1me vztek na sebe a hled\u00e1me pak n\u011bkoho, na kom bychom tento vztek mohli vyb\u00edt. J\u00eddlo se&nbsp;&nbsp; st\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vcelku p\u0159\u00edjemnou z\u00e1minkou k odvr\u00e1cen\u00ed tlaku&nbsp; psychick\u00e9ho str\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. Ten se pak ukotvuje a prohlubuje, proto\u017ee nen\u00ed pozn\u00e1n ani \u0159e\u0161en. A&nbsp; je pak \u00fapln\u011b jedno, jsme-li \u017erouti hory j\u00eddel (bulimici), anebo naopak j\u00eddlo zcela odm\u00edt\u00e1me, jako ti, co trp\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorexi\u00ed. Z&nbsp; j\u00eddla se v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech stala pouh\u00e1&nbsp; z\u00e1minka, kter\u00e1 si vytkla vcelku snadno srozumiteln\u00fd a splniteln\u00fd \u00fakol, kter\u00fd v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce rozvrac\u00ed \u010di drt\u00ed psychiku v pohodln\u011b nastolen\u00e9m pseudoprobl\u00e9mu: J\u00edst nebo nej\u00edst?&nbsp; Nadbytek \u010di nedostatek j\u00eddla n\u00e1m v\u0161ak \u0161kod\u00ed podstatn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e ony psychick\u00e9 rozpory, kter\u00e9 jsou kv\u016fli malichern\u00fdm\u00a0 rozpor\u016fm j\u00edst nebo nej\u00edst\u00a0 d\u00e1le maskov\u00e1ny\u00a0 a potla\u010dov\u00e1ny. O\u00a0 nel\u00edtostn\u00e9 a velice nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 bitvy mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi komponenty na\u0161\u00ed psychiky nen\u00ed\u00a0 pak nouze, tak\u017ee p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b \u010dasto um\u00edraj\u00ed ruku v ruce ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorektici, \u017erouti i dlouholet\u00ed experiment\u00e1to\u0159i s p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fdmi dietami a tak\u00e9 vegani.Vytrval\u00fd odpor k masu, \u010di ke v\u0161em \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdm komponent\u016fm potravy, m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkdy p\u0159edstavovat jen um\u011ble vybudovan\u00fd psychick\u00fd blok (z\u00e1stupn\u00fd probl\u00e9m), kter\u00fd v\u0161ak p\u0159esto, \u017ee jde o pseudoprobl\u00e9m, nebude moci b\u00fdt\u00a0 zdol\u00e1n, nemluv\u011b u\u017e o skute\u010dn\u00e9m a ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9m probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd je za j\u00eddlov\u00fdm pseudoprobl\u00e9mem dob\u0159e zamaskov\u00e1n, a\u00a0 kter\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vegana, vegetari\u00e1na, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorekti\u010dku i bulimistick\u00e9ho \u017erouta za n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das stejn\u011b spolehliv\u011b zlikviduje.Ka\u017ed\u00fd\u00a0 fanatismus \u010di radikalismus je \u0161kodliv\u00fd, proto\u017ee maskuje a potla\u010duje\u00a0 n\u011bjakou opravdu zapeklitou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu, kter\u00e1 jej vyvolala. Zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd antikomunista i zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd komunista vykazuj\u00ed naprosto stejn\u00e9 osobnostn\u00ed znaky, proto\u017ee v jejich p\u0159\u00edpadech nen\u00ed podstatn\u00fd komunismus, diagnosticky cenn\u00e1 je pouze\u00a0 zap\u0159is\u00e1hlost, kter\u00e1 vyjad\u0159uje v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech stejnou zu\u0159ivou nespokojenost se sebou.Obdobn\u011b zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd \u017erout, alkoholik, ku\u0159\u00e1k a fe\u0165\u00e1k,\u00a0 jsou zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b jinde, nap\u0159\u00edklad dlouho u\u017e marn\u011b tou\u017e\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad po l\u00e1sce, po sebeuplan\u011bn\u00ed, po sebezcelen\u00ed. Kdyby se tato jejich psychick\u00e1 la\u010dnost ukojila, snadno nebo aspo\u0148 snadn\u011bji by odhodili konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed z\u00e1vislostn\u00ed i toxick\u00e9 berli\u010dky.Pokud psychi\u010dn\u00e1 la\u010dnost nepomine, v\u0161echny dietn\u00ed a odvykac\u00ed tortury p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed pov\u011bt\u0161inou jen marn\u00e9 sebetr\u00fdzn\u011bn\u00ed a nesm\u00edrn\u00e9 sebepotla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 zap\u0159is\u00e1hl\u00fd vegetari\u00e1n vystavuje s\u00e1m sebe nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed zkou\u0161ce pevnosti trval\u00fdm potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm a trval\u00fdmi korekcemi, tak\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e vede parmanentn\u00ed \u00fatok proti vlastn\u00ed psychice.
