Jeho nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kniha nese p\u0159\u00edzna\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1zev <em><strong>Kdo je \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, je i zdrav\u00fd. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na\u0161e J\u00e1 (ego)&nbsp; pova\u017eujeme za jedin\u00e9 vt\u011blen\u00ed&nbsp; sebe sama, za bytost, kter\u00e1 je nav\u00edc nadosmrti zakotvena ve vlastn\u00ed nezam\u011bniteln\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 schr\u00e1nce, jen\u017e d\u00e1v\u00e1 na\u0161emu egu typick\u00fd v\u00fdraz a subjektivn\u00ed cenu v trojrozm\u011brnosti. V o\u010d\u00edch jin\u00fdch jsme pak mal\u00ed, hezc\u00ed, vysoc\u00ed, o\u0161kliv\u00ed, mlad\u00ed, star\u0161\u00ed, sympati\u010dt\u00ed, vzd\u011blan\u00ed \u010di nevzd\u011blan\u00ed, inteligentn\u00ed \u010di hlup\u00e1ci, chud\u00ed nebo bohat\u00ed, \u00factyhodn\u00ed \u010di bezectn\u00ed, odv\u00e1\u017en\u00ed nebo zbab\u011blci, odpuzuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010di p\u0159ita\u017eliv\u00ed, siln\u00ed nebo slab\u00ed, v\u00fdkonn\u00ed \u010di leno\u0161i, nemocn\u00ed, bolest\u00edni, hypochond\u0159i \u010di lid\u00e9 kyp\u00edc\u00ed zdrav\u00edm a vitalitou.&nbsp;Jen m\u00e1lokdo se dok\u00e1\u017ee odpoutat od tohoto veskrze povrchn\u00edho dojmu a od takto prvopl\u00e1novit\u00e9ho&nbsp; sebepojet\u00ed vlastn\u00ed existence,&nbsp; a p\u0159ipustit, \u017ee se&nbsp; jeho bytost rozprost\u00edr\u00e1&nbsp; v podstatn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm prostoru, ne\u017e je s to&nbsp; zabrat by\u0165&nbsp; jeho velice rozbujel\u00e9&nbsp; ego (J\u00e1).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A p\u0159itom ego (J\u00e1) m\u00e1 v na\u0161\u00ed bytosti p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b jen hlas poradn\u00ed, \u010di trefn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno hlas vzdorn\u00ed. Jen nemnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 u\u017e na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei poznali, \u017ee&nbsp; dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti jejich bytosti, a to v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a s rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edm hlasem, mnohdy nemaj\u00ed s egem (J\u00e1)&nbsp; dob\u0159e vylad\u011bn\u00e9 vztahy, a&nbsp; \u017ee tyto v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti na\u0161\u00ed psychiky p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b operuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 v jin\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch dimenz\u00edch a maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opera\u010dn\u00ed prostor ne\u017e jen trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd sv\u011bt, o n\u011bj\u017e n\u00e1s informuj\u00ed na\u0161e smysly. A \u017ee&nbsp; jsou nav\u00edc pod\u0159\u00edzeny nesmlouvav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a p\u0159esto obecn\u011b platn\u00fdm&nbsp; z\u00e1kon\u016fm, p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00edch&nbsp; hranice individua.&nbsp;&nbsp; Snad i proto se n\u011bkdy jev\u00ed&nbsp; nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm patr\u016fm na\u0161\u00ed psychiky sna\u017e\u0161\u00ed skoncovat s na\u0161\u00ed trojrozm\u011brnost\u00ed a podnikne k tomu konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby ze sv\u011bta sprovodilo celou na\u0161\u00ed bytost, ani\u017e by s t\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na\u0161e ego (J\u00e1) souhlasilo, ani\u017e by bylo o t\u011bchto opat\u0159en\u00edch p\u0159edem v\u016fbec informov\u00e1no. Na\u0161e ego&nbsp; je toti\u017e&nbsp; m\u00e1lokdy tak pozorn\u00e9, aby zaregistrovalo, \u017ee mu nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 patra&nbsp; psychiky&nbsp; propou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed&nbsp; informace o sv\u00fdch korektivn\u00edch z\u00e1m\u011brech a nesmlouvav\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00edch.&nbsp; Na\u0161e ego se pak mus\u00ed sna\u017eit, aby se&nbsp; obdobn\u011b v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u00fdch informac\u00ed domohlo jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na vlastn\u00ed p\u011bst.&nbsp;<br>A v tom je pr\u00e1v\u011b na\u0161e \u0161ance, \u0161ance na zdrav\u00ed a na dlouh\u00fd \u017eivot, jakou&nbsp; m\u00edvali na\u0161i p\u0159edci, kte\u0159\u00ed se u\u010dili naslouchat d\u011bn\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m nitru a vypozorovali zde nezru\u0161iteln\u00e9 vazby mezi celou svou psychikou a vlastn\u00edm egem, mezi jin\u00fdmi lidsk\u00fdmi psychikami,&nbsp; a dokonce vrozen\u00e9 vazby vlastn\u00ed psychiky s p\u0159\u00edrodou a kosmem, kdy\u017e toti\u017e po cel\u00e9 stovky let \u0159\u00edkali s v\u011bdom\u00edm souvislost\u00ed: Jak naho\u0159e, tak dole, jak vn\u011b, tak&nbsp; uvnit\u0159!&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Z\u00e1znamy ze zr\u016fdn\u00fdch experiment\u016f v nacistick\u00fdch koncentra\u010dn\u00edch a vyhlazovac\u00edch t\u00e1borech nicm\u00e9n\u011b nade v\u0161\u00ed pochybnost prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee zde pod tlakem tvrd\u00fdch a nel\u00edtostn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch podm\u00ednek um\u00edrali nejd\u0159\u00edve lid\u00e9 bez filozofick\u00e9ho \u010di politick\u00e9ho ukotven\u00ed. Jakmile v\u011bzn\u011bn\u00e9,&nbsp; t\u00fdran\u00e9&nbsp; a trvale stresovan\u00e9 ego ztratilo&nbsp; integritu (v\u00edra, nad\u011bje a l\u00e1ska), do\u0161lo ke kolapsu psychiky a n\u00e1sledn\u011b k selh\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00fdch funkc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U\u017e p\u011bt set let p\u0159ed na\u0161\u00edm letopo\u010dtem zformuloval Buddha pokyny k \u017eivotu pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed&nbsp; c\u00edtili, \u017ee jsou platnou a smysluplnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u0161ehom\u00edra: <\/strong>Popravd\u011b v\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee v tomto sotva s\u00e1h vysok\u00e9m t\u011ble je obsa\u017een cel\u00fd sv\u011bt, jeho zrod i z\u00e1nik, instruoval.&nbsp; Uplynulo dva a p\u016fl tis\u00edce let od Buddhovy smrti a v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee v ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ce lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, jsou ulo\u017eeny ve\u0161ker\u00e9 informace a cel\u00e9m jedinci, co\u017e jednoho dne nepochybn\u011b&nbsp; povede ke klonov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 bytosti. Je jist\u011b jen ot\u00e1zkou \u010dasu, kdy budou nejen v \u017eiv\u00e9 bu\u0148ce, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i v anorganick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech, objevov\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed&nbsp; souvislosti avizovan\u00e9 nejen Buddhou, ale i mnoha jin\u00fdmi filozofy. Mo\u017en\u00e1 pak zjist\u00edme, \u017ee cel\u00fd vesm\u00edr si podobn\u011b jako o\u0159ech m\u016f\u017eeme str\u010dit do kapsy, a \u017ee my v\u0161ichni jsme rovn\u011b\u017e&nbsp; o\u0159echy v kapse vesm\u00edru.<br>Mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s&nbsp; \u017eij\u00ed po cel\u00fd \u017eivot v tak velkolep\u011b myln\u00e9m dojmu o p\u0159esn\u00e9 ohrani\u010denosti,&nbsp; p\u0159ehlednosti a snadn\u00e9 ovladatelnosti vlastn\u00ed ps\u00fdchy, a je\u0161t\u011b&nbsp; sebev\u011bdom\u011b dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp; v cel\u00e9m vesm\u00edru existuj\u00ed jen t\u0159i rozm\u011bry poplatn\u00e9 toliko fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1kon\u016fm a ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9&nbsp; standardn\u00edm \u010dasem. J\u00e1 jsem j\u00e1, mysl\u00ed si v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s, v\u0161e je p\u0159ece jasn\u00e9 na prvn\u00ed pohled, kdy\u017e zav\u0159u o\u010di, setk\u00e1m se ve sv\u00e9m v\u011bdom\u00ed jen se sv\u00fdm egem.<br>V tom se v\u0161ak jednozna\u010dn\u011b m\u00fdl\u00edme, proto\u017ee existuj\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed po zav\u0159en\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed a kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m medita\u010dn\u00edm cvi\u010den\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed naopak zapudit dot\u011brn\u00e9ho ov\u00e1da&nbsp; sv\u00e9ho ega, aby pak v t\u00e9to \u00fadajn\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdnot\u011b nalezli je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bco nav\u00edc, n\u011bkoho dal\u0161\u00edho, bytost mnohem v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, cenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a snesiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1&nbsp; na\u0161e mnohdy tak rozbujel\u00e9 a po\u017eitk\u016f chtiv\u00e9 ego.<br>Nev\u011b\u0159it&nbsp; tomuto tvrzen\u00ed, to znamen\u00e1 neb\u00fdt v\u010das varov\u00e1n. Jde-li v\u0161ak o \u017eivot, jde m\u00e1lem o v\u0161echno. Kdy\u017e nev\u00edme, pro\u010d vlastn\u011b um\u00edr\u00e1me, kdo v n\u00e1s um\u00edr\u00e1, kdo o na\u0161\u00ed&nbsp; smrti rozhoduje,&nbsp; m\u011bli bychom se aspo\u0148 nechat informovat a p\u00eddit se pro jistotu&nbsp; je\u0161t\u011b v dobr\u00e9 kondici a p\u0159i pln\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed za obdobn\u00fdmi informacemi, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m nemohou nijak u\u0161kodit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u011bdi\u010dnost, negativn\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed&nbsp; podm\u00ednky a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl<\/strong><br>Nejsme nemocn\u00ed&nbsp; a neum\u00edr\u00e1me p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b&nbsp; zdaleka&nbsp; jen, jak to r\u00e1di zd\u016fraz\u0148ujeme s nezbytn\u00fdm pokr\u010den\u00edm ramen, v d\u016fsledku takzvan\u011b&nbsp;&nbsp; sedav\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota, \u010di &#8222;d\u00edky&#8220; \u00fa\u010dinku oz\u00f3nov\u00fdch d\u011br, n\u00e1sledkem chemizace, p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed, kou\u0159en\u00ed, alkoholismu, stresu a&nbsp; v\u00fdfukov\u00fdm plyn\u016fm. Tak\u00e9 se nest\u00e1v\u00e1me bezmocn\u00fdmi a bezbrann\u00fdmi ob\u011btmi d\u011bdi\u010dnosti jen proto, \u017ee jsme po p\u0159edc\u00edch zd\u011bdili nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dokonal\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 informace.&nbsp;<br>Obdobn\u00e9 stesky a stereotypy p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1me jeden od druh\u00e9ho, ani\u017e bychom se nad nimi vskutku v\u00e1\u017en\u011b zamysleli a posoudili jejich skute\u010dn\u00fd efekt. V\u017edy\u0165 velice&nbsp; mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eili po cel\u00fd \u017eivot&nbsp; pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u011bchto n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch, objektivn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch a nezdrav\u00fdch vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, nap\u0159\u00edklad v \u010din\u017e\u00e1c\u00edch nad nej\u017eiv\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi k\u0159i\u017eovatkami v Praze, se i dnes do\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v relativn\u00edm zdrav\u00ed bez probl\u00e9mu osmdes\u00e1tky, ale i devades\u00e1tky, a naopak podstatn\u011b mlad\u0161\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eili takzvan\u011b zdrav\u011b a v takzvan\u011b zdrav\u00e9m venkovsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, onemocn\u011bli&nbsp; rakovinou,&nbsp; obdobn\u011b jako ona shora jmenovan\u00e1 osmat\u0159icetilet\u00e1 \u017eena ze Svitavska, opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 man\u017eelem, matka dvou d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zem\u0159ela na rakovinu \u017eensk\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f.<br><strong>Nesm\u00edrn\u011b vn\u00edmav\u00fd pozorovatel Alfred Adler, v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u00fd n\u011bmeck\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159, upozornil&nbsp; u\u017e p\u0159ed sto lety na takzvanou vrozenou nedosta\u010divost n\u011bkter\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f, sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u0161ak zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee v psychice m\u00e1me dostate\u010dn\u00fd mocn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l k tomu, abychom&nbsp; tuto vrozenou slabost n\u011bkter\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f dostate\u010dn\u011b vykompenzovali <\/strong>a nemuseli trp\u011bt&nbsp; n\u00e1sledky zd\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9ho oslaben\u00ed, a tedy onemocn\u011bt \u010di p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b zem\u0159\u00edt jen v d\u016fsledku d\u011bdi\u010dnosti.&nbsp;<br>Geneticky oslaben\u00fd org\u00e1n v\u0161ak v\u017edycky dob\u0159e poslou\u017e\u00ed podobn\u011b jako prom\u00edtac\u00ed pl\u00e1tno k zobrazen\u00ed toho, co se d\u011bje, nebo se u\u017e d\u011blo v na\u0161\u00ed psychice. \u010casto se pak stane, \u017ee&nbsp; d\u011bdi\u010dnost\u00ed oslaben\u00e9 m\u00edsto na\u0161eho t\u011bla funguje jako spolehliv\u00fd barometr p\u0159i ur\u010dit\u00e9m druhu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Spolehliv\u011b a byst\u0159e zareaguje nap\u0159\u00edklad na silnou emo\u010dn\u00ed erupci, jej\u00ed\u017e potenci\u00e1l z\u016fstane z n\u011bjak\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f neodreagov\u00e1n. Nap\u0159\u00edklad mu\u017e ve st\u0159edn\u00edch letech, kter\u00fd \u017eije u\u017e l\u00e9ta s &#8222;dob\u0159e zaveden\u00fdmi hemoroidy&#8220;, vypozoroval, \u017ee na uveden\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b dojde k akutn\u00edmu z\u00e1n\u011btu spolehliv\u011b pot\u00e9, co se rozzu\u0159\u00ed a p\u0159itom si sv\u016fj hn\u011bv nech\u00e1 jen pro sebe, a&nbsp; kdy\u017e nesm\u00edrn\u011b silnou energii tak\u00e9 jin\u00fdch negativn\u00edch emoc\u00ed jednodu\u0161e&nbsp; potla\u010d\u00ed.&nbsp;<br>Podle Alfreda Adlera je jak\u00e1koli nedosta\u010divost (nap\u0159. pocit m\u00e9n\u011bcennosti) p\u0159irozenou v\u00fdzvou k rychl\u00e9mu n\u00e1hradn\u00edmu r\u016fstu nebo ke kompenzaci, co\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vztahuje i na vrozen\u00e9 oslaben\u00ed. Nen\u00ed-li v\u0161ak v\u00fdzva v\u011bdom\u011b akceptov\u00e1na, pak se z nedosta\u010divosti m\u016f\u017ee&nbsp; st\u00e1t nejen projek\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1tno, ale tak\u00e9 v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u00e1 brzda a pota\u017emo tak\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklad k dal\u0161\u00edmu zakr\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010di dokonce&nbsp; \u00famysln\u011b&nbsp; zbudovan\u00e1 a nep\u0159ekro\u010diteln\u00e1 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka (komplex, nemoc).<br>Mluv\u00edme-li o d\u011bdi\u010dnosti a o jej\u00edm zna\u010dn\u00e9m vlivu na kvalitu lidsk\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed,&nbsp; mluv\u00edme ov\u0161em ka\u017ed\u00fd o n\u011b\u010dem jin\u00e9m. Prok\u00e1zan\u00fd vliv d\u011bdi\u010dnosti na r\u016fzn\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je proto tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fd, n\u011bkdy je jasn\u011b viditeln\u00fd, jindy jen tu\u0161en\u00fd, n\u011bkdy jentaktak patrn\u00fd.
