V m\u00f3dn\u00edch trendech odpov\u011bdi nehledejte, proto\u017ee na\u0161e skute\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby b\u00fdvaj\u00ed jin\u00e9. Za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed jsou dob\u0159e p\u0159izp\u016fsobeny b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei a funguj\u00ed jako dokonal\u00fd anatomick\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/strong>. Vlivem cel\u00e9 \u0159ady faktor\u016f se v\u0161ak v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota m\u011bn\u00ed odolnost nohou k&nbsp;jejich zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a vznikaj\u00ed typick\u00e9 deformity. Jsou zp\u016fsobeny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm no\u0161en\u00edm nevhodn\u00fdch bot, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed nejenom vznik r\u016fzn\u00fdch statick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ale n\u00e1sledn\u011b n\u00e1s tak\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed po fyzick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce, psychicky, citov\u011b, a dokonce maj\u00ed vliv i na na\u0161i imunitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Druhy deformit<\/strong><br>Vliv na zdravotn\u00ed stav nohou m\u00e1 i p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a nedostatek tr\u00e9ninku. Po pl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00fdch infekc\u00edch tvo\u0159\u00ed statick\u00e9 deformity nej\u010detn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupinu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nohou. Trp\u00ed jimi a\u017e pades\u00e1t procent dosp\u011bl\u00e9 populace a ka\u017ed\u00fd dvac\u00e1t\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je v&nbsp;oblasti nohou operovan\u00fd.<br>Probl\u00e9my vznikaj\u00ed ji\u017e v&nbsp;d\u011btsk\u00e9m v\u011bku, v\u017edy\u0165 nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159etina dne\u0161n\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed nikdy neb\u011bhala naboso, a nav\u00edc nos\u00ed obuv, kter\u00e1 po\u0161kozuje zdrav\u00ed jejich nohou. Teprve kdy\u017e se nohy ozvou bolest\u00ed, za\u010dnou se jejich majitel\u00e9 sh\u00e1n\u011bt po odborn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku takov\u00e9 pomoci by m\u011bla v\u017edy b\u00fdt jasn\u00e1 diagn\u00f3za, kter\u00e1 je zalo\u017eena nejen na&nbsp;vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed bolav\u00fdch nohou, ale tak\u00e9 na anal\u00fdze stoje, ch\u016fze a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b b\u011bhu. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak porovn\u00e1n\u00ed no\u0161en\u00e9 obuvi s velikost\u00ed nohou. <strong>V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed s nohama je toti\u017e zp\u016fsobena (nebo p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm zhor\u0161ena) nevhodnou obuv\u00ed. B\u00fdvaj\u00ed to boty r\u016fzn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem poni\u010den\u00e9, se\u0161majdan\u00e9 a tvarovan\u00e9 tak, \u017ee se pro chozen\u00ed nehod\u00ed. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm m\u00f3dn\u00ed obuv dok\u00e1\u017ee prsty nohou zm\u00e1\u010dknout siln\u011b k&nbsp;sob\u011b zcela mimo osu n\u00e1rtn\u00edch kost\u00ed, tak\u017ee chodidla dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed chorobnou podobu.<\/strong><br>Zarostl\u00e9 nehty najdeme u majitel\u016f bot s n\u00edzk\u00fdm profilem, vbo\u010den\u00e9 palce, mozoly a klad\u00edvkov\u00e9 prsty u bot s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi, \u00fazk\u00fdmi \u0161pi\u010dkami a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm podpatkem. <strong>Pr\u00e1v\u011b vysok\u00e9 podpatky p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed v\u00e1hu t\u011bla na p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st nohou<\/strong>. Konstrukce bot se v\u0161ak v\u011bt\u0161inou bohu\u017eel \u0159\u00edd\u00ed m\u00f3dou, ne pot\u0159ebami na\u0161ich nohou a podle toho to pak vypad\u00e1. Posedlost chodit v bot\u00e1ch podle posledn\u00ed m\u00f3dy je rovn\u011b\u017e odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za \u010detn\u00e9 pl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e9 infekce nohou, v\u010detn\u011b neht\u016f. Tepl\u00e9, vlhk\u00e9 a nev\u011btran\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00fdch bot toti\u017e vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro pl\u00edsn\u011b. K&nbsp;\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vznikl\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f konven\u010dn\u00ed model n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy odborn\u00edka poskytuj\u00edc\u00edho l\u00e9ky a instrukce ale dlouhodob\u011b ne\u00fa\u010dinkuje. Pokud chceme n\u011bco zm\u011bnit, a neplat\u00ed to jen o noh\u00e1ch, mus\u00edme zmobilizovat svoji vlastn\u00ed kapacitu, up\u0159esnit si c\u00edl sv\u00e9ho sna\u017een\u00ed, metody, podle kter\u00fdch budeme postupovat, a nepodl\u00e9hat l\u00e1kav\u00e9 p\u0159edstav\u011b, \u017ee na\u0161e nohy zachr\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd. Chceme-li j\u00edt \u017eivotem s&nbsp;jistotou a bez klop\u00fdt\u00e1n\u00ed, vyplat\u00ed se n\u00e1m hled\u011bt dol\u016f k&nbsp;noh\u00e1m s&nbsp;l\u00e1skou a porozum\u011bn\u00edm tomu, co od n\u00e1s za svoji n\u00e1mahu po\u017eaduj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00f3dn\u00ed trendy v&nbsp;obouv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><br>Pro oble\u010den\u00ed jsou pro n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed sez\u00f3nu p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1ny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pohodln\u00e9 a voln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed st\u0159ihy. To sam\u00e9 bude platit u bot. Nepohodln\u00e9, i kdy\u017e na prvn\u00ed pohled zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 boty o sv\u00e9m majiteli n\u011bco vypov\u00eddaj\u00ed. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b tedy sleduji i sign\u00e1ly spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje v&nbsp;obouv\u00e1n\u00ed a lze to nazvat minimalismem.
