Tohle v\u0161e je ale prevence sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed nikoli prim\u00e1rn\u00ed. Jako kdyby bylo zapomenuto na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu, anebo se na ni rezignovalo.<\/strong><br>Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed prevence se dot\u00fdk\u00e1 ko\u0159en\u016f na\u0161\u00ed bytosti. Je to nastaven\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1lady, zp\u016fsobu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, vd\u011b\u010dnosti, prost\u011b pocit\u016f, kter\u00e9 s n\u00e1mi jsou neust\u00e1le. A pak tu jsou dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00e1me i n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t denn\u011b, a tak\u00e9 denn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me potravu, a\u010d z&nbsp;toho, co se dnes nab\u00edz\u00ed k j\u00eddlu, se ned\u00e1 mnoh\u00e9 nazvat zdrav\u00fdm. Dokonce m\u00e1me i \u201ejunk food\u201c, co\u017e je v p\u0159ekladu j\u00eddlo kvality odpadk\u016f.&nbsp; Bohu\u017eel se v n\u011bm to\u010d\u00ed velk\u00e9 pen\u00edze, pr\u016fmysl, zam\u011bstnanost a k lep\u0161\u00edmu se to m\u011bn\u00ed jen pomalu.<br>Je tomu tak proto, \u017ee nehl\u00edd\u00e1me br\u00e1ny sv\u00fdch smysl\u016f a podl\u00e9h\u00e1me vychytral\u00e9 reklam\u011b v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 soukrom\u00e9 honi\u010dky, ale za \u010d\u00edm se vlastn\u011b hon\u00edme? Za po\u017eitky? \u010clov\u011b\u010de, zastav se! Pro kus \u017evance ti unik\u00e1 kr\u00e1sa okam\u017eiku i mo\u017enost rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi t\u00edm, co chci, anebo nechci. Jen\u017ee to nen\u00ed tak jednoduch\u00e9! P\u0159estat b\u00fdt ve vleku sv\u00fdch smysl\u016f vy\u017eaduje \u010das a n\u011bkdy i roky meditace, zklid\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00ed. Odm\u011bna za na\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed se v\u0161ak ni\u010demu nevyrovn\u00e1! Jej\u00ed hodnota je opravdu nevy\u010d\u00edsliteln\u00e1! Prvn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky medita\u010dn\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00ed se dostavuj\u00ed u\u017e b\u011bhem t\u00fddn\u016f a jsou to z\u00e1vany opravdov\u00e9 svobody.<br>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pokus\u00edm sestavit alespo\u0148 jedno vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00eddlo, co\u017e na cest\u011b ke zdrav\u00ed hraje svoji roli. P\u0159i j\u00eddle nejde jen o chu\u0165 a po\u017eitek z&nbsp;j\u00eddla, ale tak\u00e9 je t\u0159eba, aby n\u00e1m prosp\u00edvalo a bylo pro n\u00e1s zdrav\u00e9! Ur\u010dit\u011b v\u0161ak ne\u010dekejte zkratky, proto\u017ee jde o celkovou \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou i dal\u0161\u00ed aspekty. Nav\u00edc ide\u00e1ln\u011b by m\u011bla b\u00fdt strava slo\u017eena i s ohledem na na\u0161i konstituci a dal\u0161\u00ed okolnosti, tak\u017ee obecn\u011b doporu\u010dovan\u00e9 rady nemus\u00ed v\u017edy sed\u011bt \u00fapln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9mu.&nbsp; P\u0159esto v&nbsp;tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku z\u00edsk\u00e1te zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 informace.<br>Podle tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny je zdrav\u00ed zcela voln\u00e9 proud\u011bn\u00ed \u010dchi, krve i energie bez jak\u00fdchkoliv p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek. D\u00edt\u011b se p\u0159irozen\u011b neust\u00e1le h\u00fdbe, ale \u010d\u00edm jsme star\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm se h\u00fdbeme m\u00e9n\u011b, i kdy\u017e by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt sp\u00ed\u0161e naopak. Proto\u017ee s v\u011bkem proud\u011bn\u00ed krve zpomaluje, a pokud k tomu p\u0159id\u00e1me t\u0159i b\u00edl\u00e9 potraviny (mouku, ml\u00e9ko, cukr), t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 tu\u010dn\u00e1 j\u00eddla a stresy, ani se nem\u016f\u017eeme tomu, jak dnes vypad\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed stav populace divit. Prudk\u00e9 pohyby mohou b\u00fdt ve star\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, ale pomal\u00e9 pohyby jako p\u0159i taichi, \u010dchikungu, hathajoze, tanci, ch\u016fzi, plav\u00e1n\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch podobn\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch n\u00e1m rozhodn\u011b prosp\u00edvaj\u00ed.<br><strong>\u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159i l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edroda uzdravuje, tedy pokud ji respektujeme. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 to zdravou \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu, dostatek kvalitn\u00edho sp\u00e1nku, nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt s alkoholem ani j\u00eddlem, nato\u017e pak s kou\u0159en\u00edm. P\u0159ed des\u00edtkami let kdosi prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee chemick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum kon\u010d\u00ed u kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9ho hrnce.&nbsp;<\/strong> Motivace pro v\u00fdzkum stravy b\u00fdvala minim\u00e1ln\u00ed, a nakonec vznikl specifick\u00fd obor v\u00fdzkum\u016f v\u00fd\u017eivy \u00fapln\u011b mimo l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed, tak\u017ee vy\u010derpan\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i ani nest\u00edhaj\u00ed registrovat jeho v\u00fdsledky.<br>A farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je zalo\u017een na tom, aby se to vyplatilo. Kdyby lid\u00e9 jedli&nbsp; pro jejich zdrav\u00ed jen prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 potraviny, farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl by mo\u017en\u00e1 vyd\u011bl\u00e1val m\u00e9n\u011b. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee nikoho nezaj\u00edmalo to tis\u00edckr\u00e1t \u201enic\u201c modern\u00ed stravy, kter\u00e9 denn\u011b j\u00edme, a nakonec n\u00e1s umo\u0159\u00ed jako osl\u00edky. Souvis\u00ed to s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee 50 % v\u0161ech \u00famrt\u00ed je zp\u016fsobeno nemocemi kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, lapid\u00e1rn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno zan\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm na\u0161ich c\u00e9v. Je to podobn\u00e9, jako kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m zan\u00e1\u0161\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 vodovodn\u00ed potrub\u00ed. Proto ur\u010dit\u00e1 strava je pro jednoho l\u00e9kem a pro druh\u00e9ho \u201ejedem\u201c, co\u017e zohled\u0148ovaly starobyl\u00e9 syst\u00e9my l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed \u00e1jurv\u00e9dy nebo klasick\u00e9 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny. Stovky generac\u00ed zde shrom\u00e1\u017edily a vyt\u0159\u00eddily obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed poznatk\u016f. Neptaly se, co j\u00edst, aby p\u0159e\u017eily, ale jak b\u00fdt v harmonii s\u00e1m se sebou, se svou konstituc\u00ed, s ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00edm, s rodinou, p\u0159\u00edrodou i s cel\u00fdm vesm\u00edrem. Sd\u011bluj\u00ed n\u00e1m, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b je lehk\u00e9 u\u017eivit \u010dlov\u011bka, ale vyhov\u011bt rozmar\u016fm jeho chut\u00ed je slo\u017eit\u00e9. V\u0161ichni tak\u00e9 v\u00edme, \u017ee j\u00eddlo se hodiny p\u0159ipravuje, ale sn\u00ed se b\u011bhem chv\u00edle. Takov\u00e1 nevd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 \u010dinnost va\u0159en\u00ed, kterou vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed zpravidla \u017eeny doma u spor\u00e1ku je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neviditeln\u00e1, a p\u0159esto m\u00e1 nedoz\u00edrn\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed i n\u00e1ladu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co (ne) j\u00edst<\/strong><br>Tak\u017ee co tedy m\u00e1me j\u00edst? Z pohledu zdrav\u00ed, ekologie i z\u00e1kona harmonie m\u00e1me j\u00edst v\u017edy p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm to, co pr\u00e1v\u011b roste kolem n\u00e1s. Od nepam\u011bti se lid\u00e9 v na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch \u017eivili ka\u0161emi z obil\u00ed, sem\u00ednek a lu\u0161t\u011bnin, proto\u017ee se daly dlouhodob\u011b uchovat. Nav\u00edc v\u0161echny tyto potraviny obsahovaly mno\u017estv\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 vl\u00e1kniny, co\u017e je samostatn\u00fd faktor jak v prevenci n\u00e1dor\u016f, tak i nadv\u00e1hy, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch a dal\u0161\u00edch chorob. K tomu v\u017edy jedli i zeleninu, kter\u00e1 se d\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e uchovat i p\u0159es zimu, d\u00e1le sezonn\u00ed plody i ovoce a ob\u010das si p\u0159ilep\u0161ili \u010d\u00edmkoli dal\u0161\u00edm v\u010detn\u011b divoce rostouc\u00edch bylinek a ko\u0159en\u00ed. Pro n\u011bkter\u00e1 ko\u0159en\u00ed lid\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve riskovali i svoje \u017eivoty na dalek\u00fdch plavb\u00e1ch a dnes v\u00edme pro\u010d. Podobn\u011b jako vysok\u00fd v\u00fdskyt cirh\u00f3zy jater u anglick\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f v hork\u00e9 Indii, kte\u0159\u00ed si p\u0159ilep\u0161ovali alkoholem. V&nbsp;hork\u00fdch tropech pili p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hork\u00e9 p\u00e1lenky a jejich j\u00e1tra rychle podl\u00e9hala zk\u00e1ze.
