Ostr\u00fdm no\u017eem ji rozkroj\u00edme na 2 p\u016flky, dob\u0159e odstran\u00edme semena a d\u00fdni nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na mal\u00e9 kousky. V hrnci si osma\u017e\u00edme na olivov\u00e9m oleji cibulku s kousky d\u00fdn\u011b, potom v\u0161e zalijeme vodou, osol\u00edme mo\u0159skou sol\u00ed a nech\u00e1me asi 30 minut va\u0159it. V hrnci si zp\u011bn\u00edme cibulku na olivov\u00e9m oleji a p\u0159id\u00e1me kousky d\u00fdn\u011b a jemn\u011b orestujeme, dle pot\u0159eby podlijeme vodou, p\u0159id\u00e1me ocet, pep\u0159, s\u016fl a smetanu a va\u0159\u00edme do zm\u011bknut\u00ed.<br>Podobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ipravit i d\u00fd\u0148ovou om\u00e1\u010dku, jenom nepodl\u00e9v\u00e1me tak moc vodu a zachov\u00e1me si hust\u0161\u00ed konzistenci. Cibuli a d\u00fdni osmahneme na tro\u0161e oleje, a\u017e se nevytvo\u0159\u00ed celistv\u00e1 hmota &#8211; asi 20 a\u017e 25 minut.
