P\u0159esn\u00e1 definice postcovidov\u00e9ho syndromu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 relativn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e1, proto\u017ee na rozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch syndrom\u016f \u010di nemoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky nejsou omezeny na jeden syst\u00e9m nebo na p\u0159esnou skupinu p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f. Extenzivn\u00ed studie identifikovaly p\u0159es dv\u011b st\u011b p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch prakticky ka\u017ed\u00fd syst\u00e9m a org\u00e1n na\u0161eho organismu. V&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti je tedy postcovidov\u00fd syndrom charakterizov\u00e1n p\u0159\u00edznaky, kter\u00e9 po n\u00e1kaze coronavirem trvaj\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e 12 t\u00fddn\u016f. Mohou se objevit ji\u017e b\u011bhem prvotn\u00ed n\u00e1kazy anebo i b\u011bhem zotavov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nelze je spojit s&nbsp;jin\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, jinou diagn\u00f3zou a u jedince nebyly p\u0159\u00edtomny p\u0159ed n\u00e1kazou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky a rizikov\u00e9 skupiny<\/strong><br>Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bji popisovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed \u00fanava, vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, du\u0161nost, zm\u011bny sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9ho re\u017eimu a nespavost, \u00fazkosti a\u017e depresivn\u00ed stavy. D\u00e1le pak probl\u00e9my se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm, schopnost\u00ed udr\u017eet z\u00edskan\u00e9 informace a u\u010den\u00edm obecn\u011b, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee jako jsou palpitace \u010di v\u00fdkyvy krevn\u00edho tlaku (v\u00edce do hypotenze), bolesti hlavy, sval\u016f a\/nebo kloub\u016f a citlivost poko\u017eky. \u0158ada lid\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 nov\u011b registruje probl\u00e9my se za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm a vn\u00edm\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161enou citlivost na potraviny, s&nbsp;nimi\u017e dosud nem\u011bli probl\u00e9my. Mohou trp\u011bt pr\u016fjmy \u010di syndromem dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm a bolestmi v&nbsp;oblasti st\u0159ev, kter\u00e9 jsou zp\u016fsobeny nadm\u011brnou plynatost\u00ed. Ukazuje se tak\u00e9, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st zasa\u017een\u00e9 populace nen\u00ed schopna vykon\u00e1vat b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 denn\u00ed \u00fakony jako doposud.<br>\u010cast\u011bji jsou postcovidov\u00fdm syndromem zasa\u017eeny \u017eeny, lid\u00e9 star\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku a osoby s&nbsp;ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edmi zdravotn\u00edmi obt\u00ed\u017eemi jako je diabetes, vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, obezita, autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, a tak\u00e9 osoby s&nbsp;psychick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teorie prevence<\/strong><br>Skoro ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je \u017eena, jednu p\u011btinu \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky tvo\u0159\u00ed senio\u0159i a zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st populace m\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 komorbidity. V\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;n\u00e1s se tedy spr\u00e1vn\u011b pt\u00e1: \u201eLze se n\u011bjak preventivn\u011b chr\u00e1nit?\u201c Bohu\u017eel v&nbsp;tuto chv\u00edli st\u00e1le nem\u00e1me uspokojivou odpov\u011b\u010f, kter\u00e1 by plo\u0161n\u011b zaru\u010dila, \u017ee se v\u00e1m postcovidov\u00fd syndrom vyhne.<br>N\u011bco m\u00e1lo ale u\u017e v\u00edme. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b relativn\u011b obs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed studi\u00ed zn\u00e1me rizikov\u00e9 skupiny. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00edme, \u017ee COVID-19 je infek\u010dn\u00ed virov\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Nelze se mu tedy stoprocentn\u011b vyhnout. Pokud jste b\u011b\u017en\u011b ve styku s&nbsp;lidmi, existuje riziko, \u017ee se d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji nakaz\u00edte. Proto se z&nbsp;hlediska prevence soust\u0159ed\u00edme na 2 oblasti.<br><strong>Prvn\u00ed oblast\u00ed je tzv. \u201eimmunity priming\u201c neboli podpora (posilov\u00e1n\u00ed) imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Jist\u011b jste ji\u017e sly\u0161eli o nutrientech, kter\u00e9 jsou pro imunitu vhodn\u00e9, a tedy zm\u00ednka o vitaminu D, vitaminu C a zinku pro v\u00e1s nebude nic nov\u00e9ho.<\/strong> Jejich konzumace by m\u011bla b\u00fdt dostate\u010dn\u00e1, aby zajistili spr\u00e1vnou imunitn\u00ed vybavenost (pozor! &#8211; nemohou v\u0161ak zajistit, \u017ee se infekc\u00ed nenakaz\u00edte). U vitaminu D je pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 zkontrolovat hodnoty z krve, i kdy\u017e je pravdou, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina populace je deficitn\u00ed. Vitamin C nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt br\u00e1n v&nbsp;extr\u00e9mn\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch v&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1dech tis\u00edc\u016f miligram\u016f, jak je n\u011bkdy doporu\u010dov\u00e1no. Denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem 500 mg vitaminu C je pro imunitn\u00ed vybavenost dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. Nejl\u00e9pe je konzumovat ho jako sou\u010d\u00e1st j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku (v \u010derstv\u00e9m ovoci a zelenin\u011b), proto\u017ee tak p\u0159ijmete i \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00ed nutrient\u016f a fytonutrient\u016f, kter\u00e9 imunitu podporuj\u00ed. Se zinkem je to obdobn\u00e9 jako s&nbsp;vitaminem C a d\u00e1vka kolem 20 mg pro dosp\u011blou osobu imunitu podpo\u0159\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nenaru\u0161\u00ed jemnou synergickou rovnov\u00e1hu s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi nutrienty (nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u011bd\u00ed), kter\u00e9 by imunitu mohly naopak oslabit. V&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bohu\u017eel nelze nab\u00eddnout specifickou nutri\u010dn\u00ed nebo bylinnou terapii z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu r\u016fznorodosti zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f a individu\u00e1ln\u00edho nastaven\u00ed jedince. Spolupr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;kvalifikovan\u00fdm klinick\u00fdm naturopatem \u010di jin\u00fdm terapeutem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nam\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>\u010casto jsou na vin\u011b EB viry<\/strong><br>Jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;vin\u00edk\u016f postcovidov\u00e9ho syndromu jsou latentn\u00ed viry Epstain-Barrov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 jsou coronavirovou infekc\u00ed reaktivov\u00e1ny. EB vir\u016fm, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed do \u010deledi herpes vir\u016f, byla vystavena v\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;n\u00e1s v&nbsp; ml\u00e1d\u00ed. Jsou to viry oportunistick\u00e9, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jejich proliferace nebo aktivace je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na kvalit\u011b na\u0161\u00ed imunitn\u00ed obrany. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem je opar, kter\u00fd je tak\u00e9 herpeso virem, a kter\u00fd se \u010dasto projev\u00ed p\u0159i oslaben\u00ed organismu (nachlazen\u00ed, stresu, sp\u00e1len\u00ed sluncem apod.). EB viry funguj\u00ed stejn\u011b. U postcovidov\u00e9ho syndromu jsou tedy \u010dasto EB viry reaktivov\u00e1ny. Zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed silnou \u00fanavu a\u017e vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, probl\u00e9my se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm, bolesti kloub\u016f a sval\u016f (stejn\u011b tak jak je tomu u chronick\u00e9ho \u00fanavov\u00e9ho syndromu). D\u00e1le maj\u00ed tendenci zhor\u0161ovat autoimunitn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky a naru\u0161uj\u00ed nervovou soustavu. Je tedy dobr\u00e9 mo\u017enou reaktivaci EB vir\u016f testovat jako sou\u010d\u00e1st vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed u pacient\u016f trp\u00edc\u00edm postcovidem s&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edznaky. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se reaktivace prok\u00e1\u017ee, je vhodn\u00e1 aplikace nutrient\u016f specificky c\u00edl\u00edc\u00edch na jejich potla\u010den\u00ed. Ko\u0159en l\u00e9ko\u0159ice je jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch antivirotik.
