Nap\u0159\u00edklad 1 kilogram plod\u016f pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u016fl ro\u010dn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu vitamin\u016f C a A.&nbsp; D\u00e1le ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, \u017eelezo, s\u00edru, b\u00f3r a titan, pektiny, t\u0159\u00edsloviny, flavonoidy a organick\u00e9 kyseliny. Tyto cenn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky se vyskytuj\u00ed i v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stech rostliny, n\u00fdbr\u017e v&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed koncentraci. Nahoru p\u0159isypeme tro\u0161ku kyseliny citr\u00f3nov\u00e9 a v\u0161e sterilujeme 10 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd n\u00e1poj<\/strong><br>Na jeho v\u00fdrobu pot\u0159ebujeme rakytn\u00edkov\u00e9 listy a listy medu\u0148ky nebo m\u00e1ty peprn\u00e9 v&nbsp;pom\u011bru 1:1.
