O co vlastn\u011b jde?<\/strong><br>Metodu thetahealing uvedla do sv\u011bta Viana Stibal, americk\u00e1 v\u011bdom\u00e1 \u017eena a l\u00e9\u010ditelka, kter\u00e1 si sama pro\u0161la n\u011bkolika nemocemi, je\u017e l\u00e9ka\u0159i ozna\u010dili za nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e9.<br>Kdy\u017e pracovala s&nbsp;klienty, vrtalo j\u00ed hlavou, pro\u010d se n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 vyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b, zat\u00edmco jin\u00fdm to trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le a n\u011bkdo se nevyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed v\u016fbec. Zjistila, \u017ee je to syst\u00e9mem podv\u011bdom\u00fdch p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 si lid\u00e9 osvojuj\u00ed b\u011bhem d\u011btstv\u00ed a \u017eivota. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, kdo ve sv\u00e9m podv\u011bdom\u00ed v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee se uzdrav\u00ed, ten se uzdrav\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00ednalo n\u00e1s tehdy p\u011bt. Bylo to kr\u00e1sn\u00e9, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a velmi hlubok\u00e9. Hodn\u011b jsme se nasm\u00e1li a tak\u00e9 naplakali.<br>P\u0159ed t\u00edmto prvn\u00edm kurzem thetahealingu jsem si myslela, \u017ee o neviditeln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b a o energi\u00edch n\u011bco v\u00edm, ov\u0161em Arrameia m\u011b hned prvn\u00ed den vyvedla z&nbsp;omylu. I tam jsem m\u011bla \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na u\u010ditele. Pardubick\u00e9 shiatsu a taiji je fakt \u0161pi\u010dka. Jeho zakladatel Honza Plet\u00e1nek m\u011b nau\u010dil vn\u00edmat energii, poznat ji na sv\u00e9m t\u011ble a pracovat s&nbsp;n\u00ed u druh\u00fdch. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se dnes v\u011bnuji thetahealingu, t\u00edm v\u00edc si uv\u011bdomuji, \u017ee jsem k&nbsp;jin\u00e9 \u010dinnosti vlastn\u011b ani nep\u0159e\u0161la. D\u011bl\u00e1m v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b tot\u00e9\u017e, jen trochu jinak.
