Vybrali jsme uk\u00e1zku z \u010dl\u00e1nku <em><strong>MUDr. Vla\u010fky Strnadelov\u00e9 a Jana Zerz\u00e1na<\/strong><\/em>, informuj\u00edc\u00edho o r\u016fzn\u00fdch druz\u00edch p\u016fstu a jejich p\u0159\u00ednosu pro zdrav\u00ed. <br>      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Druhy p\u016fst\u016f a jejich p\u0159\u00ednos<\/strong><br>P\u016fsty jsou vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed o\u010distou organismu. Mohou b\u00fdt i dlouh\u00e9 a vylo\u017een\u011b l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9, ale o t\u011bch v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku ps\u00e1t nebudeme. Sp\u00ed\u0161e bychom cht\u011bli probrat b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u016fsty, kter\u00e9 jsou v nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed form\u011b vhodn\u00e9 pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed.<br>Jsou p\u016fsty v\u016fbec pot\u0159ebn\u00e9? Jsou a m\u00e1 to n\u011bkolik d\u016fvod\u016f. \u010cas od \u010dasu je pot\u0159eba uklidit ve sv\u00e9m byt\u011b, du\u0161i i t\u011ble.<br>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b \u017eijeme v&nbsp;nadbytku a j\u00edme rozhodn\u011b v\u00edc, ne\u017e pot\u0159ebujeme. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed j\u00edt zdrav\u011b. Na\u0161e strava vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nadbytky, a to jak mno\u017estv\u00edm, tak slo\u017een\u00edm. Mno\u017estv\u00ed je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, ale i ve slo\u017een\u00ed stravy v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou probl\u00e9my. Dne\u0161n\u00ed strava neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 schopnostem a konstrukci na\u0161eho tr\u00e1vic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, a pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159ebytky. Ty se pak v&nbsp;t\u011ble r\u016fzn\u011b ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed a organismus zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed, kde jsou ji\u017e v\u00edce opot\u0159ebovan\u00e9 detoxika\u010dn\u00ed a vylu\u010dovac\u00ed org\u00e1ny, je schopnost zbavov\u00e1n\u00ed se t\u011bchto depozit t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<br>P\u016fsty a o\u010disty byly v\u017edy sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zvyk\u016f. Byly v\u00e1zan\u00e9 na n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, nebo\u0165 podle nich se d\u0159\u00edve odv\u00edjel b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u017eivot. N\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed zahrnovala nejen psychickou pot\u0159ebu o\u010disty, ale tak\u00e9 o\u010distu fyzick\u00e9ho t\u011bla.<br>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u017eena v\u00ed, \u017ee se v dom\u00e1cnosti nejv\u00edc ukl\u00edz\u00ed na ja\u0159e a na podzim (nebo na za\u010d\u00e1tku zimy). Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na tradi\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fsty, v\u017edy byly v tomto obdob\u00ed. Je to p\u0159irozen\u00e9, nebo\u0165 v t\u00e9to dob\u011b se \u010dist\u00ed a m\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edroda a o\u010disty pak prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v harmonii s p\u0159\u00edrodou. Proto v tomto obdob\u00ed nezapome\u0148me o\u010distit n\u00e1\u0161 byt, t\u011blo i du\u0161i.<br>Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd a i na\u0161e schopnost d\u011blat p\u016fsty je rozd\u00edln\u00e1. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s snese jinou d\u00e9lku a hloubku p\u016fstu. Jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed mohou hladov\u011bt hodn\u011b dn\u00ed a je to pro n\u011b jednoduch\u00e9. Jin\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk s t\u00edm v\u0161ak m\u00e1 probl\u00e9m, a i jednodenn\u00ed p\u016fst pro n\u011bho m\u016f\u017ee znamenat velkou psychickou i fyzickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Ani jeden z&nbsp;nich nen\u00ed \u0161patn\u00fd, jen m\u00e1 jinou cestu a jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Pokud nejsme na p\u016fsty a o\u010disty zvykl\u00ed, je t\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt pomalu a postupn\u011b. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1me fyzick\u00fd nebo psychick\u00fd probl\u00e9m s t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u016fbec nej\u00edme a pijeme pouze vodu, vol\u00edme jin\u00fd druh omezen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Masop\u016fst a dal\u0161\u00ed<\/strong><br>Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je \u010dty\u0159icetidenn\u00ed masop\u016fst, kdy ze stravy vy\u0159ad\u00edme v\u0161echny \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty. Je to pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b jed\u00ed hodn\u011b \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 stravy a pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed se pro\u010distit. Proto\u017ee to je men\u0161\u00ed omezen\u00ed, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jeho d\u00e9lka po dobu \u010dty\u0159iceti dn\u016f. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce omez\u00edme sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, t\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt o\u010dista krat\u0161\u00ed. Proto m\u016f\u017eeme volit nap\u0159\u00edklad takov\u00e9 p\u016fsty, kdy vysad\u00edme nejen \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty, ale i ostatn\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny, tedy i rostlinn\u00e9 lu\u0161t\u011bniny. Na ja\u0159e je tak\u00e9 velmi v\u00fdhodn\u00fd p\u016fst s vysazen\u00edm tuku z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu odleh\u010den\u00ed j\u00e1tr\u016fm. Ob\u011b tyto o\u010disty m\u016f\u017eeme navz\u00e1jem kombinovat a na sebe nav\u00e1zat. Prov\u00e1d\u00edme je zhruba po dobu \u010dtrn\u00e1cti dn\u016f.<br>Velmi obl\u00edben\u00fdm p\u016fstem je r\u00fd\u017eov\u00fd p\u016fst, kdy j\u00edme pouze r\u00fd\u017ei, a to n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t denn\u011b v&nbsp;nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed form\u011b (va\u0159en\u00e1 zrna, r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 t\u011bstoviny, r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 chleb\u00ed\u010dky aj.). Takovou o\u010distu prov\u00e1d\u00edme p\u011bt dn\u00ed a\u017e t\u00fdden. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch jedinc\u016f lze dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed i zkr\u00e1tit. Nav\u00e1zat m\u016f\u017eeme je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolika dny bez tuku a b\u00edlkovin a pak sortiment j\u00eddla postupn\u011b zase roz\u0161i\u0159ovat. Nezapome\u0148me, \u017ee u ka\u017ed\u00e9 o\u010disty je t\u0159eba zv\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin, a to hlavn\u011b vody. Je to proto, abychom to, co se uvoln\u00ed, mohli z organismu vylou\u010dit.<br>Tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme praktikovat p\u016fsty jen o tekutin\u00e1ch nebo jen o vod\u011b a mohou b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u011b dlouh\u00e9. Pro b\u011b\u017enou o\u010distu jsou skv\u011bl\u00e9 jednodenn\u00ed p\u016fsty o vod\u011b. D\u011blaj\u00ed se tak, \u017ee posledn\u00edm j\u00eddlem je ve\u010de\u0159e, dal\u0161\u00ed den nej\u00edme a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den sn\u00eddan\u00ed.
