Z\u00a0hlediska imunologie t\u00edm jsou posti\u017eeny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017eeny s\u00a0oslabenou imunitou, a proto je stejn\u011b jako v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jin\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch hrozeb p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nutn\u00e9 pracovat na pos\u00edlen\u00ed imunity zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem.  <br>Na\u0161e autorky a autor p\u0159ipravili \u010dl\u00e1nky pln\u00e9 fundovan\u00fdch informac\u00ed, rad, n\u00e1vod\u016f a tip\u016f, kter\u00e9 pomohou zm\u011bnit stav k lep\u0161\u00edmu. S&nbsp;ostatn\u00edm se toti\u017e na\u0161e t\u011blo u\u017e vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 samo.<br>P\u0159esto\u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 postupy proti endometri\u00f3ze zab\u00edraj\u00ed, je vhodn\u00e9 je doplnit i jin\u00fdmi, alternativn\u00edmi zp\u016fsoby l\u00e9\u010dby. Xenoestrogeny zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed disbalanci \u017eensk\u00e9ho hormon\u00e1ln\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e vede k&nbsp;mnoha zdravotn\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm, v\u010detn\u011b endometri\u00f3zy. Xenoestrogen je v\u0161ude kolem n\u00e1s a nejde se mu tud\u00ed\u017e zcela vyhnout. Je v\u0161ak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jej konzumovat co nejm\u00e9n\u011b.<br>Pokud se chcete endometri\u00f3zy zbavit napo\u0159\u00e1d, m\u011bli byste tedy p\u0159estat konzumovat ve\u0161ker\u00e9 um\u011bl\u00e9, tov\u00e1rn\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. Od nyn\u011bj\u0161ka by v\u00e1\u0161 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek m\u011bl obsahovat pouze \u010derstv\u00e9, kvalitn\u00edch bio potraviny, bio maso, ale i bio zeleninu a bio ovoce s&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem toxin\u016f, kter\u00e9 nav\u00edc i mnohem l\u00e9pe chutnaj\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed zelenina nav\u00edc obsahuje tzv fytoestrogeny, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou efektivn\u011b sni\u017eovat p\u016fsoben\u00ed xenoestrogen\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 fytoestrogeny<\/strong><br>Fytoestrogeny se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v&nbsp;zelenin\u011b, jako je kv\u011bt\u00e1k, kapusta, fazole a jin\u00e9 lu\u0161t\u011bniny. V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eou neutralizovat nadm\u011brnou hladinu xenoestrogenu v t\u011ble a br\u00e1nit tak hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ze, kter\u00e1 vede ke vzniku endometri\u00f3zy a dal\u0161\u00edch nemoc\u00ed. Funguje to vlastn\u011b docela jednodu\u0161e. Fytoestrogeny&nbsp; maj\u00ed schopnost v\u00e1zat se na bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 receptory estrogenu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e sni\u017euj\u00ed jeho vliv na organismus. Fytoestrogen\u016f je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Izoflavony<\/strong><br>Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupinou fytoestrogen\u016f jsou izoflavony, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed hlavn\u011b v&nbsp;lu\u0161t\u011bnin\u00e1ch, zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;s\u00f3ji a dok\u00e1\u017eou sni\u017eovat mno\u017estv\u00ed estrogenu v t\u011ble. Bohat\u00fdmi zdroji izoflavon\u016f jsou i s\u00f3jov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jako je tofu, tempeh, s\u00f3jov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko \u010di s\u00f3jov\u00e1 mouka. Op\u011bt ov\u0161em v bio kvalit\u011b a bez GMO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kumestany<\/strong><br>Dal\u0161\u00ed rozs\u00e1hlou skupinu fytoestrogen\u016f jsou kumestany. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah kumestan\u016f najdete v jetelov\u00fdch a s\u00f3jov\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010dc\u00edch. Hlavn\u00edm zdrojem v&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9 potrav\u011b jsou lu\u0161t\u011bniny. Existuj\u00ed i vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed specializovan\u00e9 prepar\u00e1ty s jetelem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lignany<\/strong><br>Mezi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 fytoestrogeny pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 lignany, kter\u00e9 jsou \u0161iroce zastoupeny v rostlin\u00e1ch. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm zdrojem je ln\u011bn\u00e9 a sezamov\u00e9 sem\u00ednko, celozrnn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky z obilnin, r\u00fd\u017ee, lu\u0161t\u011bniny, zelenina a ovoce. Najdete je i v zelen\u00e9m a \u010dern\u00e9m \u010daji. Proto ur\u010dit\u011b doporu\u010duji za\u0159adit do diety neloupanou r\u00fd\u017ei, celozrnn\u00e9 pe\u010divo atp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stilbeny<\/strong><br>Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1stupcem t\u00e9to skupiny fytoestrogen\u016f je resveratrol, kter\u00fd je obsa\u017een ve slupce modr\u00fdch hrozn\u016f, a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 v \u010derven\u00e9m v\u00edn\u011b, kde jej m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt a\u017e 14,5 mg\/l. Skleni\u010dka bio \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna 3x t\u00fddn\u011b je proto zdrav\u00ed velmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v boji proti endometri\u00f3ze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1<\/strong><br>V\u00e1\u0161 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek by m\u011bl sest\u00e1vat zejm\u00e9na ze zeleniny, lu\u0161t\u011bnin a ovoce.
