J<\/strong>de o<strong> druh\u00fd soubor vybran\u00fdch text\u016f<\/strong>, <strong>kter\u00e9 jejich autorka, na\u0161e spolupracovnice <em>MUDr. Ludmila Elekov\u00e1<\/em>, p\u0159ipravila b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika let pro Medu\u0148ku.<\/strong> V\u011bnuje se v nich r\u016fzn\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm t\u00e9mat\u016fm, \u010dl\u00e1nky jsou fundovan\u00e9, ale velmi srozumiteln\u00e9 a obsahuj\u00ed mnoho u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdch a cenn\u00fdch informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete okam\u017eit\u011b za\u010dlenit do sv\u00e9ho b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota. <strong>Knihy MUDr. Elekov\u00e9 (i mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch titul\u016f z na\u0161\u00ed edice) z\u00edsk\u00e1te na na\u0161em e-shopu, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knihovnickamedunky.cz\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"www.knihovnickamedunky.cz\">www.knihovnickamedunky.cz<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hormony a zima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d v&nbsp;zim\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd ztloustne? Pro\u010d jsou jarn\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla \u010dasopis\u016f pro \u017eeny pln\u00e9 rad, jak shodit do&nbsp;jarn\u00edho oble\u010den\u00ed? Jen\u017ee tyto rady zjevn\u011b nefunguj\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u010dervnov\u00e1 vyd\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u011bnuj\u00ed zoufal\u00e9mu hubnut\u00ed do&nbsp;plavek na&nbsp;posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli.<br>Ano, lze zhubnout n\u011bkolik kilogram\u016f za&nbsp;pouh\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m zb\u00fdv\u00e1 do dovolen\u00e9, ale vy\u017eaduje to znalost metabolismu. Ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e nenabereme v&nbsp;zim\u011b, nen\u00ed na&nbsp;ja\u0159e co shazovat. \u010ct\u011bte d\u00e1l, i&nbsp;kdy\u017e zimn\u00ed nab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 probl\u00e9m. N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed text toti\u017e souvis\u00ed s&nbsp;civiliza\u010dn\u00edmi nemocemi, jako je metabolick\u00fd syndrom a&nbsp;jeho komplikace, ale i&nbsp;s&nbsp;dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak funguje na\u0161e t\u011blo?<\/strong><br>Na&nbsp;bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 \u00farovni na\u0161e t\u011blo funguje takto: jednotliv\u00e9 bu\u0148ky maj\u00ed na&nbsp;sv\u00e9m povrchu receptory pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, hormony, neurotransmitery, imunitn\u00ed substance, \u017eiviny a&nbsp;miner\u00e1ly. Tak\u00e9 vn\u00edmaj\u00ed elektromagnetick\u00e9 vln\u011bn\u00ed, ale to nechme pro tentokr\u00e1t stranou. J\u00e1dro, kde je DNA, na&nbsp;kter\u00e9 jsou ulo\u017eeny geny, je a\u017e uvnit\u0159 bu\u0148ky. Reaguje na&nbsp;to, co se d\u011bje v&nbsp;okol\u00ed a na&nbsp;membr\u00e1n\u011b bu\u0148ky. Cokoli, co se nav\u00e1\u017ee na&nbsp;n\u011bjak\u00fd receptor bu\u0148ky, do&nbsp;n\u00ed bu\u010f vstoup\u00ed, nebo spust\u00ed kask\u00e1du d\u011bj\u016f uvnit\u0159 bu\u0148ky a\u017e k&nbsp;j\u00e1dru s&nbsp;DNA. Geny se mus\u00ed nejd\u0159\u00edve zapnout, aby v\u016fbec n\u011bco d\u011blaly, sp\u00edc\u00ed geny nemaj\u00ed na&nbsp;funkci bu\u0148ky \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd efekt. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pochopit: vstupy z&nbsp;vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho okol\u00ed bu\u0148ky vedou k&nbsp;eventu\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b v&nbsp;genech. V\u011bda, kter\u00e1 studuje vliv prost\u0159ed\u00ed na&nbsp;geny, se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 epigenetika. Epi znamen\u00e1 \u0159ecky nad, epigenetika tedy popisuje d\u011bje, kter\u00e9 jsou nad geny. Na\u0161e geny a&nbsp;jejich expresi ovliv\u0148uje ka\u017ed\u00fd vliv zven\u010d\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, ka\u017ed\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00e1 d\u00e1vka l\u00e9ku, kvalita sp\u00e1nku ka\u017edou noc \u2013 neexistuje neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed vliv na&nbsp;na\u0161e bu\u0148ky. A&nbsp;pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto vlivy ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota znamenaj\u00ed v&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu rozd\u00edl mezi nemoc\u00ed a&nbsp;zdrav\u00edm, mezi dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed a&nbsp;p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdm skonem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organismus ale nen\u00ed pouh\u00fd shluk bun\u011bk, je organizov\u00e1n a&nbsp;hormon\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159\u00edzen. Hormony \u2013 l\u00e1tky, vylu\u010dovan\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zami s&nbsp;vnit\u0159n\u00ed sekrec\u00ed \u2013 reguluj\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011bk<\/strong>. Receptory pro hormony m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e1 bu\u0148ka. Ka\u017ed\u00fd hormon m\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinek na&nbsp;cel\u00e9 t\u011blo. Hlavn\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed \u017el\u00e1zou je hypothalamus, kter\u00fd produkuje spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hormon\u016f v&nbsp;hypof\u00fdze. Hypof\u00fdza, podv\u011bsek mozkov\u00fd, produkuje stimula\u010dn\u00ed hormony pro jednotliv\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy: \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zu, nadledvinky, ledviny, pohlavn\u00ed \u017el\u00e1zy a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 tukovou tk\u00e1\u0148. Tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 je jednou z&nbsp;nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u017el\u00e1z. V\u0161e v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b se pod\u0159izuje p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. P\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed jedince je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee pouze dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouho p\u0159e\u017eiv\u0161\u00ed jedinec se m\u016f\u017ee rozmno\u017eit. P\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed je naprosto nad\u0159azen\u00e9 v\u0161emu ostatn\u00edmu.<br>Regulaci energetick\u00fdch z\u00e1sob \u0159\u00edd\u00ed hormon leptin, produkovan\u00fd tukovou tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Leptin se vylu\u010duje v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku konzumace dostatku tuk\u016f a&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mozku \u201ebyl dobr\u00fd lov\u201c. Chceme m\u00edt n\u00edzkou hladinu leptinu a&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u011b hypothalamus, kter\u00fd je na&nbsp;n\u011bj p\u011bkn\u011b citliv\u00fd. N\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina leptinu a&nbsp;vysok\u00e1 citlivost na&nbsp;n\u011bj (tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed pro inzulin) maj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed souvislost s&nbsp;d\u00e9lkou \u017eivota \u2013 jedinci s&nbsp;n\u00edzkou hladinou leptinu a&nbsp;inzulinu \u017eij\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e ti s&nbsp;vysokou.<br>Hladiny v\u0161ech hormon\u016f neust\u00e1le kol\u00edsaj\u00ed, jsou \u0159\u00edzeny st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm dne a&nbsp;noci (cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed fluktuace). Hladina kortizolu je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed r\u00e1no, kdy m\u00e1 zajistit bd\u011blost a&nbsp;rychl\u00e9 probuzen\u00ed a&nbsp;m\u00e1 klesat k&nbsp;ve\u010deru, kdy se naopak zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed hladina serotoninu a&nbsp;melatoninu a&nbsp;umo\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1m usnout. Naru\u0161en\u00fd biorytmus, tj. neschopnost v&nbsp;noci usnout a&nbsp;r\u00e1no naopak vst\u00e1t, je zn\u00e1mkou rozhozen\u00fdch cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00edch rytm\u016f hormon\u016f.<br>Pohlavn\u00ed hormony fluktuuj\u00ed v&nbsp;souvislosti s&nbsp;r\u016fstem a&nbsp;v\u00fdvojem (puberta), u&nbsp;\u017een pak ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc podle zr\u00e1n\u00ed vaj\u00ed\u010dka, m\u011bn\u00ed se v&nbsp;t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a&nbsp;nakonec v&nbsp;menopauze. Hladiny hormon\u016f u&nbsp;mu\u017e\u016f jsou stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale podl\u00e9haj\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vliv\u016fm. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladina inzulinu z&nbsp;nadbytku sacharid\u016f zvy\u0161uje hladinu enzymu aromat\u00e1zy, kter\u00e1 se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bny androgen\u016f (testosteronu) na&nbsp;estrogen. Chce-li si mu\u017e zachovat mu\u017enou postavu bez tu\u010dn\u00e9ho b\u0159icha, zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00fdch prs\u016f a&nbsp;ztr\u00e1ty ochlupen\u00ed, pak by m\u011bl j\u00edst n\u00edzkosacharidovou stravu, sportovat, zejm\u00e9na posilovat a&nbsp;sprintovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edch dob<\/strong><br>Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee pohlavn\u00ed hormony nejsou produkov\u00e1ny nez\u00e1visle na ostatn\u00edch, v\u0161e je v&nbsp;t\u011ble prov\u00e1z\u00e1no. Naru\u0161en\u00ed hormon\u016f na&nbsp;vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm stupni \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se projev\u00ed na&nbsp;v\u0161ech ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad naru\u0161en\u00e1 funkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy se m\u016f\u017ee u&nbsp;\u017eeny projevit prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016f s&nbsp;menstruac\u00ed: siln\u00fdm a&nbsp;dlouh\u00fdm krv\u00e1cen\u00edm, v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm premenstru\u00e1ln\u00edm syndromem, r\u016fstem myom\u016f nebo sn\u00ed\u017eenou obranyschopnost\u00ed v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku naru\u0161en\u00e9 produkce kortizolu.<br>Vra\u0165me se ale k&nbsp;leptinu jako\u017eto \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edmu hormonu p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. Uv\u011bdomme si, co formovalo na\u0161e geny \u2013 jak\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed to bylo. Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1me teplo, roste tr\u00e1va, kv\u011btiny, zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 plodiny, sn\u00edh je v&nbsp;zim\u011b jen n\u011bkdy a&nbsp;kr\u00e1tce. Takto je to ale v&nbsp;na\u0161em podnebn\u00edm p\u00e1smu jen kr\u00e1tkou dobu, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b p\u00e1r des\u00edtek tis\u00edc let. Zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed v&nbsp;Evrop\u011b p\u0159i\u0161lo a\u017e s&nbsp;\u0158\u00edmany, tedy p\u0159ed dv\u011bma tis\u00edcilet\u00edmi. A&nbsp;i&nbsp;v&nbsp;t\u00e9 dob\u011b byla zima citeln\u00e1, p\u0159esto\u017ee nebyla doba ledov\u00e1. Lid\u00e9 nem\u011bli \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed topen\u00ed, pohybovali se v\u00edc venku, nem\u011bli dokonale izoluj\u00edc\u00ed tepl\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed. V&nbsp;zim\u011b jim prost\u011b byla zima. Tohle je v&nbsp;na\u0161ich genech: st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edch obdob\u00ed. Rok za&nbsp;rokem, cyklus za&nbsp;cyklem. Na\u0161e geny to \u010dekaj\u00ed, na\u0161e hormony to \u010dekaj\u00ed. Savci maj\u00ed dv\u011b metabolick\u00e9 cesty, jednu pro tepl\u00e9 obdob\u00ed a&nbsp;druhou pro studen\u00e9. V&nbsp;chladu je organismus \u0159\u00edzen jinak, leptin a&nbsp;inzulin funguj\u00ed jinak. V&nbsp;chladu se leptin \u0159\u00edd\u00ed podle teploty k\u016f\u017ee, chlad p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed k&nbsp;povrchu t\u011bla mu d\u00e1 sign\u00e1l, \u017ee p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed zima, a&nbsp;zm\u011bn\u00ed se metabolismus.<br><strong>My jsme toti\u017e jedin\u00ed savci, kte\u0159\u00ed v&nbsp;zim\u011b tloustnou<\/strong>.<strong> V\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed tloustnou v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b a&nbsp;v&nbsp;zim\u011b hubnou.<\/strong> Jako jedin\u00ed savci nerespektujeme zimu. P\u0159edstavte si podneb\u00ed, kde v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b je hojnost tr\u00e1vy, rostlin, snad i&nbsp;t\u011bch hl\u00edz a&nbsp;koncem l\u00e9ta i&nbsp;prav\u011bk\u00e9ho ovoce, n\u011bjak\u00fdch t\u011bch bobul\u00ed. V\u0161ichni maj\u00ed dost j\u00eddla, b\u00fdlo\u017eravci, v\u0161e\u017eravci i&nbsp;maso\u017eravci. Ale pak se ochlad\u00ed, rostliny uschnou a&nbsp;zmrznou, p\u0159\u00edroda zazimuje a&nbsp;v\u0161ude je sn\u00edh. Co z\u016fstane k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu? Pro b\u00fdlo\u017eravce nic moc, proto mnoho z&nbsp;nich v&nbsp;zim\u011b hibernuje, podobn\u011b jako n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u0161e\u017eravci, nap\u0159. medv\u011bdi. Zpomal\u00ed metabolismus a&nbsp;\u017eij\u00ed z&nbsp;tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob, kter\u00e9 si v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b ud\u011blali. Pred\u00e1to\u0159i lov\u00ed jako obvykle, co\u017e je tak\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm nedostatku j\u00eddla pro b\u00fdlo\u017eravce. V\u0161e\u017eravci jako \u010dlov\u011bk, kte\u0159\u00ed nehibernuj\u00ed, \u010del\u00ed razantn\u011b zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a&nbsp;sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 dostupnosti stravy.<br>V&nbsp;zim\u011b nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sacharidy, jen b\u00edlkoviny a&nbsp;tuky. V&nbsp;zim\u011b \u010dlov\u011bk lovil, jedl jen zv\u00ed\u0159ata bez p\u0159\u00edlohy. Na&nbsp;sacharidy se v&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nemohl spolehnout, na\u0161el maxim\u00e1ln\u011b n\u011bjakou tu zmrzlou bobuli, ko\u0159\u00ednky ur\u010dit\u011b pod sn\u011bhem nehledal \u2013 vynalo\u017een\u00e1 energie by se mu nevr\u00e1tila.<br>Dostupnost rostlin, ovoce, o\u0159ech\u016f a&nbsp;hl\u00edz pro n\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus znamen\u00e1, \u017ee trv\u00e1 l\u00e9to a&nbsp;zima teprve p\u0159ijde. L\u00e9to je t\u0159eba vyu\u017e\u00edt ke&nbsp;ztloustnut\u00ed, ke&nbsp;konzumaci co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u00e9to potravy (sacharidy jsou v\u00fdkrmn\u00e9, proto\u017ee vedou k&nbsp;vyplaven\u00ed inzulinu a&nbsp;ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tuku), abychom p\u0159e\u017eili zimu. Proto na&nbsp;sacharidy nem\u00e1me z\u00e1klopku, sn\u00edme jich v\u017edy tolik, kolik jen m\u016f\u017eeme, proto tloustneme, kdy\u017e je j\u00edme, proto\u017ee sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me: \u201eVykrm se, \u010dek\u00e1 t\u011b zima, je\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 nab\u00edrat.\u201c Sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu pom\u016f\u017eeme setrv\u00e1vat v&nbsp;tomto bludu i&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee jsme st\u00e1le v&nbsp;teple.<br>Konzumace frukt\u00f3zy vede k&nbsp;inzulinov\u00e9 rezistenci a&nbsp;k&nbsp;nab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed tuku. Dnes n\u00e1m to vad\u00ed, proto\u017ee j\u00eddla m\u00e1me nadbytek, ale v&nbsp;prav\u011bku bylo nutn\u00e9 se um\u011bt vykrmit ovocem a&nbsp;jin\u00fdmi sacharidy. Proto\u017ee tehdy opravdu platilo, \u017ee kdy\u017e byli tlust\u00ed huben\u00ed, byli huben\u00ed d\u00e1vno studen\u00ed. Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bka \u010dekalo n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f tuh\u00e9 zimy, extra vrstva tuku se velmi hodila. Do&nbsp;jara toti\u017e byla pry\u010d.<br>Na&nbsp;zimu reaguje i&nbsp;obsah nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, omega 3 a&nbsp;omega 6. Jejich pom\u011br se v&nbsp;t\u011ble divok\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at sezonn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed, stoup\u00e1 v&nbsp;zim\u011b, aby jim tyto kyseliny umo\u017enily dobr\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n v&nbsp;chladu, podobn\u011b jako je tomu u&nbsp;ryb z&nbsp;chladn\u00fdch vod. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;tomu i&nbsp;u&nbsp;lid\u00ed. A&nbsp;tady je probl\u00e9m: mno\u017estv\u00ed nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin m\u00e1 stoupnout v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku chladu a&nbsp;nedostatku sacharid\u016f, pak maj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed biologickou funkci. Jen\u017ee my si celoro\u010dn\u011b dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1me sm\u011bs spousty omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin (rafinovan\u00e9 oleje ze semen) se spoustou frukt\u00f3zy, \u010d\u00edm\u017e si metabolick\u00fd syndrom zhor\u0161ujeme, a&nbsp;hlavn\u011b je to trval\u00fd stav. Zima ne a&nbsp;ne p\u0159ij\u00edt&#8230; My dnes extrahujeme nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny celoro\u010dn\u011b ze semen rostlin, ale pra\u010dlov\u011bk je jedl jen sezonn\u011b, kdy\u017e byly o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky. O\u0159echy byly na&nbsp;podzim sou\u010dasn\u011b s&nbsp;bobulemi. Kombinace omega&nbsp;6 a&nbsp;frukt\u00f3zy spustila hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 vedly k&nbsp;p\u011bkn\u00e9mu ztu\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed na&nbsp;nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed zimu.
