Milena Kr\u00e1lov\u00e1 je citliv\u00e1 a moudr\u00e1 autorka a jej\u00ed nov\u00e1 kniha p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed inspiraci k \u00favah\u00e1m a zastaven\u00edm v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm shonu&#8230;<br>Knihu z\u00edsk\u00e1te na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knihovnickamedunky.cz\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"www.knihovnickamedunky.cz\">www.knihovnickamedunky.cz<\/a> &#8211; a pokud chcete n\u011bkoho pot\u011b\u0161it novoro\u010dn\u00edm d\u00e1rkem, m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edm b\u00fdt pr\u00e1v\u011b tato kniha&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cas je fenom\u00e9n<\/strong>. Lidsk\u00fd \u010das, podle kter\u00e9ho se v\u0161ichni \u0159\u00edd\u00edme, je veli\u010dina, kterou vymyslel \u010dlov\u011bk. Rozd\u011blil p\u0159itom doby na tis\u00edcilet\u00ed, stalet\u00ed, roky, m\u011bs\u00edce, dny, hodiny, minuty a vte\u0159iny. \u010cas se \u010dlov\u011bk pokou\u0161el m\u011b\u0159it od prad\u00e1vna r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby. Od vyn\u00e1lezu hodinov\u00fdch stroj\u016f a strojk\u016f m\u00e1 v\u0161ak \u010das nad \u010dlov\u011bkem vl\u00e1du, p\u0159esto\u017ee bychom si v\u0161ichni p\u0159\u00e1li, aby vl\u00e1du nad \u010dasem m\u011bl \u010dlov\u011bk.<br>\u010clov\u011bk stvo\u0159il chronologick\u00fd \u010das, tzv. Chronos, av\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edroda a vesm\u00edr se st\u00e1le \u0159\u00edd\u00ed sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm \u010dasem Kairos, tedy sv\u00fdmi epochami, rytmy, f\u00e1zemi, ro\u010dn\u00edmi obdob\u00edmi a cykly. Lidsk\u00fd \u010das je pro n\u011b nepodstatn\u00fd. Po dni p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed noc, po l\u00e9tu zima, po p\u0159\u00edlivu odliv, po n\u00e1dechu v\u00fddech, po \u017eivot\u011b smrt a po smrti znovuzrozen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cas je relativn\u00ed<\/strong><br>Toto tvrzen\u00ed v\u011bdecky dok\u00e1zal Albert Einstein. \u010cas neb\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u0161ude a za v\u0161ech okolnost\u00ed stejn\u011b, a to ani podle fyzick\u00fdch, ani podle duchovn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f. P\u0159ed t\u00edmto objevem se v\u0161ak pova\u017eovalo za fakt, \u017ee \u010das plyne v\u0161ude a v\u0161em stejn\u011b a je konstantn\u00ed. Ale on nen\u00ed!<br>V\u0161ichni v\u00edme, \u017ee kdy\u017e se tr\u00e1p\u00edme, kdy\u017e n\u00e1s n\u011bco bol\u00ed, n\u011b\u010deho se ob\u00e1v\u00e1me, anebo nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f, na kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, \u010das se doslova vle\u010de. Vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee takov\u00e1 chv\u00edle \u010di takov\u00fd den nikdy neskon\u010d\u00ed. A naopak, kdy\u017e jsme s milovan\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem, na kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m v\u00fdlet\u011b nebo na dovolen\u00e9, anebo se pot\u0159ebujeme dosyta vyspat, pak p\u0159esto\u017ee bychom takovou chv\u00edli tak r\u00e1di prodlou\u017eili, \u010das ut\u00edk\u00e1 velmi rychle. Na tom je jasn\u011b vid\u011bt, \u017ee \u010das nem\u00e1 jen rozm\u011br a hodnotu fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed (Chronos), ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm psychologickou a duchovn\u00ed (Kairos.) D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je v\u017edy osobn\u00ed pro\u017eitek \u010dasu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s.<br>Obecn\u011b \u017eijeme v p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee v t\u00e9to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me m\u00e1lo \u010dasu. Je to ale naopak, proto\u017ee velmi mnoho \u010dasu promrh\u00e1v\u00e1me a nech\u00e1v\u00e1me ho proplout bez vyu\u017eit\u00ed a bez pov\u0161imnut\u00ed. St\u00e1le se teprve u\u010d\u00edme \u017e\u00edt v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti, uv\u011bdomovat si to, co n\u00e1s obklopuje, co pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1me, tedy b\u00fdt \u201etady a te\u010f\u201c a um\u011bt si sv\u016fj \u010das, sv\u016fj \u017eivot, pro\u017e\u00edt a u\u017e\u00edt opravdu dosyta.<br><strong>Bd\u011blost \u010dili uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si pr\u00e1v\u011b \u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nad\u010dasovosti ka\u017ed\u00e9 chv\u00edle je zp\u016fsob prodlou\u017een\u00ed a p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed \u010dasu.<\/strong>Pr\u00e1v\u011b to je na\u0161e jedin\u00e1 moc, kterou nad n\u00edm m\u00e1me. Bd\u011blost lze p\u0159itom praktikovat kdekoli a p\u0159i jak\u00e9koli \u010dinnosti \u2013 p\u0159i um\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u00ed, \u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed brambor, plet\u00ed z\u00e1honu, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed auta, ve\u010dern\u00edm sprchov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di dal\u0161\u00edch oby\u010dejn\u00fdch \u010dinnostech, kter\u00e9 tak ale z\u00edskaj\u00ed naprosto jin\u00fd rozm\u011br. Uv\u011bdomujete si, kdy\u017e jdete nebo jedete post\u00e9 stejnou cestou k domovu, jak\u00e9 domy, stromy \u010di lidi po cest\u011b vid\u00edte? Anebo jak\u00e9 sly\u0161\u00edte zvuky? Nebo fungujete na autopilota bez pov\u0161imnut\u00ed \u010dehokoliv, ztraceni ve sv\u00fdch my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch na budoucnost nebo v p\u0159em\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed o minulosti? Pak jste tento \u010das, kter\u00fd se u\u017e nikdy nevr\u00e1t\u00ed, ztratili.<br>Bd\u011blost znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, ale vn\u00edmat. A uv\u011bdomovat si v\u0161e, co se pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u011bje. T\u00edm nast\u00e1v\u00e1 zpomalen\u00ed, slow moment. Pokud n\u011bco d\u011bl\u00e1me v\u011bdom\u011b a pln\u011b to pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me tak ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b v\u00edce \u010dasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dalajl\u00e1ma se nad na\u0161\u00edm v\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm sp\u011bchem pozastavuje s \u00fadivem:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201eLid\u00e9 ob\u011btuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, aby vyd\u011blali hodn\u011b pen\u011bz. Pak ob\u011btuj\u00ed ty pen\u00edze, aby znovu z\u00edskali ztracen\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Lituj\u00ed minulosti a znepokojuj\u00ed se budoucnost\u00ed, tak\u017ee ne\u017eij\u00ed ani v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. \u017dij\u00ed tak, jako by nem\u011bli nikdy zem\u0159\u00edt, a pak zem\u0159ou, ani\u017e by p\u0159edt\u00edm v\u016fbec \u017eili.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jan Werich do\u0161el k podobn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201eNe\u0159\u00edkej, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee\u0161, kdy\u017e jen nechce\u0161. Proto\u017ee p\u0159ijdou velmi brzy dny, kdy to bude daleko hor\u0161\u00ed. Bude\u0161 pro zm\u011bnu cht\u00edt, ale nebude\u0161 moci.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><br><strong>P\u0159elo\u017eeno: Ud\u011blejme si na sebe \u010das, dokud je \u010das! V\u00edc pen\u011bz si vyd\u011blat m\u016f\u017eeme, v\u00edc \u010dasu ne.<\/strong><br><strong>Salvador Dal\u00ed zase \u0159ekl:<\/strong><br><strong><em>\u201eZa\u010dne-li pr\u0161et, t\u011b\u0161 se na duhu. Za\u010dne-li se stm\u00edvat, t\u011b\u0161 se na hv\u011bzdy. Pamatuj, \u017ee tv\u016fj \u017eivot m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v ka\u017ed\u00e9m okam\u017eiku barvu. Pokud ji nem\u00e1, nen\u00ed to vina \u017eivota. To ty se boj\u00ed\u0161 sv\u00e9mu \u017eivotu tu barvu d\u00e1t.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><br><br>Tak\u00e9 m\u00e1m velmi r\u00e1da p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy Mal\u00e9ho prince od Saint-Exup\u00e9ryho. V\u0161echny maj\u00ed velk\u00e9 poselstv\u00ed, ale jeden z nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch se t\u00fdk\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b plynut\u00ed \u010dasu:<br><strong><em>Dobr\u00fd den, pozdravil mal\u00fd princ.<br>Dobr\u00fd den, \u0159ekl obchodn\u00edk.<br>Byl to obchodn\u00edk s patentn\u00edmi pilulkami ut\u011b\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed \u017e\u00edze\u0148. Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk polkne jednu t\u00fddn\u011b, nemus\u00ed u\u017e p\u00edt.<br>Pro\u010d to prod\u00e1v\u00e1\u0161? zeptal se mal\u00fd princ.<br>Je to velk\u00e1 \u00faspora \u010dasu, odpov\u011bd\u011bl obchodn\u00edk. Znalci to vypo\u010d\u00edtali. U\u0161et\u0159\u00ed se pades\u00e1t t\u0159i minuty za t\u00fdden.<br>A co se ud\u011bl\u00e1 s t\u011bmito pades\u00e1ti t\u0159emi minutami?<br>Co kdo chce &#8230;<br>Kdybych j\u00e1 m\u011bl pades\u00e1t t\u0159i minuty nazbyt, \u0159ekl si mal\u00fd princ, \u0161el bych docela pomalou\u010dku ke stud\u00e1nce&#8230;\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00ednos meditace<\/strong><br>Dal\u0161\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se nenechat ovl\u00e1dat a stresovat \u010dasem je meditace. Meditace umo\u017en\u00ed \u010das prodlou\u017eit, zastavit a p\u0159es\u00e1hnout. Ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed se v\u00fdznam i hodnota \u010dasu m\u011bn\u00ed a alespo\u0148 deset minut meditace denn\u011b je pro zpomalen\u00ed st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a vyhnut\u00ed se n\u00e1sledk\u016fm stresu nezbytn\u00e9. Dosa\u017een\u00fd pocit jednoty se sebou sam\u00fdm, se sv\u011btem a s vesm\u00edrem je investice k nezaplacen\u00ed. A p\u0159itom investujeme \u201ejen\u201c sv\u016fj \u010das, kter\u00fd tak ur\u010dit\u011b nepromarn\u00edme.<br>Str\u00e1v\u00edme chv\u00edli jen sami se sebou m\u00edsto toho, abychom se ignorovali nebo p\u0159ed sebou ut\u00edkali. Meditac\u00ed sami sebe povzneseme. Dovede n\u00e1s k dosa\u017een\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bdom\u00ed i k jin\u00e9mu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasu. Postupn\u011b n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee zbavit se my\u0161lenkov\u00e9ho balastu a neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho a vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed. P\u0159inese n\u00e1m vnit\u0159n\u00ed klid, kter\u00fd se n\u00e1sledn\u011b projevuje i ve vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, a to podle z\u00e1kona p\u0159ita\u017elivosti, nebo\u0165 plat\u00ed \u201ejak uvnit\u0159, tak vn\u011b\u201c. Ve star\u00fdch tibetsk\u00fdch spisech se prav\u00ed <strong><em>\u201eB\u016fh k v\u00e1m p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed mnohokr\u00e1t, ale nikdy v\u00e1s nezastihne tam, kde jste.\u201c <\/em><\/strong>Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee nejsme doma, \u010dili nejsme v sob\u011b a nejsme v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nad \u010dasem m\u016f\u017eeme z\u00edskat kontrolu i dal\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd je v\u0161ak trochu paradoxn\u00ed \u2013 prost\u011b si ho p\u0159estaneme tolik v\u0161\u00edmat.<\/strong> Nemus\u00edme p\u0159ece ka\u017edou chv\u00edli v\u011bd\u011bt, kolik je p\u0159esn\u011b hodin. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by se n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot nem\u011bl st\u00e1t stereotypem, proto\u017ee rutina a jednotv\u00e1rnost n\u00e1\u0161 \u010das zrychluj\u00ed, tak\u017ee n\u00e1m ho jakoby ub\u00edraj\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 a inspiruj\u00edc\u00ed pro\u017eitky \u010das naopak n\u00e1sob\u00ed. Nepro\u017eit\u00e9 dny se n\u00e1m pozd\u011bji slij\u00ed v jeden ztracen\u00fd \u010das a v cel\u00e1 l\u00e9ta pr\u00e1zdnoty, kdy si ve vzpom\u00ednk\u00e1ch neum\u00edme v\u016fbec vybavit, co jsme pro\u017e\u00edvali. T\u00edm jsme sv\u016fj \u010das vlastn\u011b ztratili. Kdy\u017e dovol\u00edme, aby n\u00e1s ovl\u00e1dly stereotypy a my\u0161len\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se zaob\u00edr\u00e1 jen minulost\u00ed nebo budoucnost\u00ed, tehdy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me st\u00e1rnout. Do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry je tedy proces st\u00e1rnut\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na n\u00e1s. A to, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me st\u00e1rnout, pozn\u00e1me podle toho, jak \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me sebezakl\u00ednadla typu \u201eV m\u00e9m v\u011bku se to u\u017e neslu\u0161\u00ed\u201c, \u201eNa to u\u017e jsem star\u00fd\u201c, \u201eJ\u00e1 u\u017e se nezm\u011bn\u00edm\u201c a dal\u0161\u00ed.<br>V\u011bdci vypo\u010d\u00edtali, \u017ee s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi l\u00e9ty ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd \u00fasek tvo\u0159\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed zlomek \u017eivotn\u00edho celku. Zd\u00e1nliv\u00e1 d\u00e9lka ur\u010dit\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho \u00faseku v \u017eivot\u011b \u010dlov\u011bka je tedy \u00fam\u011brn\u00e1 celkov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce jeho \u017eivota. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee nap\u0159. desetilet\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1 \u010dasov\u00fd \u00fasek jednoho roku jako jednu desetinu sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Pades\u00e1tilet\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk vn\u00edm\u00e1 jeden rok jako jednu pades\u00e1tinu sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Plat\u00ed zde nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 \u00fam\u011bra: \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce se zpomaluje n\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus, t\u00edm rychleji n\u00e1m ut\u00edk\u00e1 \u010das. Na\u0161e babi\u010dky p\u0159ece v\u017edycky \u0159\u00edkaly, co toho d\u0159\u00edve zastaly a ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed m\u00edsto deseti v\u011bc\u00ed ud\u011blaly ve stejn\u00e9m \u010dase sotva jednu. A to je p\u0159esn\u011b ono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d maj\u00ed d\u011bti hodn\u011b \u010dasu<\/strong><br>\u010cas mal\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed plyne \u00fapln\u011b jinak ne\u017e \u010das dosp\u011bl\u00fdch<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong> Mal\u00e9 d\u011bti maj\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d plno \u010dasu, proto\u017ee o n\u011bm nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed a neznaj\u00ed hodiny. Je\u0161t\u011b ani nerozli\u0161uj\u00ed mezi pojmy dopoledne, odpoledne, dnes, v\u010dera, z\u00edtra, letos nebo loni. Pln\u011b jsou zaujat\u00e9 sv\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi, kter\u00e9 d\u011blaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f. Jsou pohlceny sv\u00fdmi pro\u017eitky a v\u011bnuj\u00ed jim plnou pozornost. \u010cas pro n\u011b prost\u011b p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 existovat a nem\u00e1 nad nimi \u017e\u00e1dnou moc. Je spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no a dok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b do p\u011bti let v\u011bku pro\u017eije stejn\u011b tolik intenzivn\u00edch z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f jako potom od p\u011bti do sedmdes\u00e1ti let.<br>Podobn\u011b to maj\u00ed i domorod\u00e9 kultury, kter\u00e9 neznaj\u00ed mechanick\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu. Neznaj\u00ed tedy ani nervozitu, netrp\u011blivost a stres. \u017dij\u00ed v nekone\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti a v\u017edy d\u011blaj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b to, co je pot\u0159eba d\u011blat v dan\u00e9m okam\u017eiku. Nepl\u00e1nuj\u00ed budoucnost, ani ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed minulost. Vlastn\u011b ani nev\u011bd\u00ed, kolik jim je let, a tak ani nev\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e maj\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt st\u00e1rnout. P\u0159esto, nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee neznaj\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu, v\u011bd\u00ed, kdy nastal spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das pro tu \u010di onu \u010dinnost. D\u011blaj\u00ed zkr\u00e1tka spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u011bci ve spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das.<br>I my bychom se m\u011bli vr\u00e1tit ke sv\u00e9mu p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu rytmu a od z\u00e1vislosti na \u010dase se osvobodit. Lidsk\u00fd \u010das je pro n\u011b nepodstatn\u00fd. Po dni p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed noc, po l\u00e9tu zima, po p\u0159\u00edlivu odliv, po n\u00e1dechu v\u00fddech, po \u017eivot\u011b smrt a po smrti znovuzrozen\u00ed. \u010cas je relativn\u00edToto tvrzen\u00ed v\u011bdecky dok\u00e1zal Albert Einstein. \u010cas neb\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u0161ude a za v\u0161ech okolnost\u00ed stejn\u011b, a to ani podle fyzick\u00fdch, ani podle duchovn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f. P\u0159ed t\u00edmto objevem se v\u0161ak pova\u017eovalo za fakt, \u017ee \u010das plyne v\u0161ude a v\u0161em stejn\u011b a je konstantn\u00ed. Ale on nen\u00ed!V\u0161ichni v\u00edme, \u017ee kdy\u017e se tr\u00e1p\u00edme, kdy\u017e n\u00e1s n\u011bco bol\u00ed, n\u011b\u010deho se ob\u00e1v\u00e1me, anebo nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f, na kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, \u010das se doslova vle\u010de. Vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee takov\u00e1 chv\u00edle \u010di takov\u00fd den nikdy neskon\u010d\u00ed. Nepro\u017eit\u00e9 dny se n\u00e1m pozd\u011bji slij\u00ed v jeden ztracen\u00fd \u010das a v cel\u00e1 l\u00e9ta pr\u00e1zdnoty, kdy si ve vzpom\u00ednk\u00e1ch neum\u00edme v\u016fbec vybavit, co jsme pro\u017e\u00edvali.
