Ka\u017ed\u00fd z&nbsp;n\u00e1s m\u00e1 jedine\u010dnou konstituci a genetick\u00fd z\u00e1klad, jedine\u010dn\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ry, \u017eije v&nbsp;odli\u0161n\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, j\u00ed jinou stravu, m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed podm\u00ednky.<br>Probl\u00e9my n\u00e1m mohou zp\u016fsobovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 slo\u017eky potravy, kter\u00e9 bu\u010fto stimuluj\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed reakci, nebo n\u00e1s jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno mechanicky dr\u00e1\u017ed\u00ed.<br>Ty, co v&nbsp;n\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed reakci, se d\u011bl\u00ed do dvou skupin. Prvn\u00ed reakce stimuluje imunoglobuliny E (IgE), kter\u00e9 se postaraj\u00ed o velice rychlou (v \u0159\u00e1dech vte\u0159in, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b minut) reakci. Po poz\u0159en\u00ed potraviny se m\u016f\u017ee vytvo\u0159it vyr\u00e1\u017eka, ot\u00e9kaj\u00ed \u00fasta, uzav\u00edr\u00e1 se d\u00fdchac\u00ed trubice, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt i k&nbsp;anafylaktick\u00e9mu \u0161oku. Tato reakce je pravou alergi\u00ed.<br>Druh\u00e1, takt\u00e9\u017e imunitn\u011b stimulovan\u00e1 reakce, provokuje imunoglobuliny G (IgG). T\u00e9to reakci se \u010dasto tak\u00e9 hovorov\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 alergie, pon\u011bvad\u017e zp\u016fsobuje nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 projevy jako jsou sv\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee, pr\u016fjem \u010di otoky sliznic. O pravou alergii se v\u0161ak nejedn\u00e1. Reakce IgG je spr\u00e1vn\u011b naz\u00fdv\u00e1na p\u0159ecitliv\u011blost\u00ed. Ze zdravotn\u00edho hlediska je v\u0161ak skoro stejn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 jako prav\u00e1 alergie, pon\u011bvad\u017e dr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu je trval\u00e9 a m\u016f\u017ee se projevit v&nbsp;mnoha form\u00e1ch. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i si proto va\u0161e zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;reakc\u00ed IgG ani spojit nemus\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m chyb\u011bt enzym, kter\u00fd ur\u010ditou slo\u017eku stravy pom\u00e1h\u00e1 natr\u00e1vit, ale tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme reagovat na l\u00e1tku jako takovou. T\u011bmto reakc\u00edm se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 intolerance. Do intoleranc\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed enzymatick\u00e9 intolerance (nap\u0159. na lakt\u00f3zu), intolerance na konzerva\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e1tky a p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, biogenn\u00ed aminy, salicyl\u00e1ty nebo glutam\u00e1ty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J<strong>ak zjist\u00edm, co mi ned\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e?<\/strong><br>U IgE reakc\u00ed je to jasn\u00e9, pon\u011bvad\u017e je reakce tak\u0159ka okam\u017eit\u00e1. A pokud m\u00e1te pravou alergii, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b o n\u00ed v\u00edte.<br>U IgG reakc\u00ed (schov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch se za spoustu zdravotn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si zpo\u010d\u00e1tku ani nemus\u00edte s&nbsp;p\u0159ecitliv\u011blost\u00ed spojit) m\u016f\u017eete vyzkou\u0161et elimina\u010dn\u00ed dietu nebo koupit dom\u00e1c\u00ed test, kter\u00fd testuje reakci na 60 nej\u010dast\u011bji konzumovan\u00fdch potravin. Pak lze tak\u00e9 nav\u0161t\u00edvit nemocnici, kde v&nbsp;laborato\u0159i z&nbsp;krve otestuj\u00ed citlivost cca 80 \u2013 220 potravin.<br>Pro zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zda organismus produkuje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed enzym\u016f jako jsou &nbsp;nap\u0159. lakt\u00e1za, kter\u00e1 \u0161t\u011bp\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd cukr, nebo MAO (monoamin oxid\u00e1za) a DAO (diamin oxid\u00e1za), kter\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bp\u00ed biogenn\u00ed aminy, se u l\u00e9ka\u0159e m\u016f\u017eete domluvit na odb\u011br krve nebo biopsii.
