A t\u011bch \u017eivot p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed celkem dost. Nap\u0159\u00edklad: Kolegyn\u011b v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci v\u00e1s pomlouv\u00e1, v\u00edte o tom, ale boj\u00edte se to \u0159e\u0161it. Kamar\u00e1dka \u010dasto chce, abyste j\u00ed pohl\u00eddala d\u011bti, a vy m\u00e1te strach odm\u00edtnout. R\u00e1da byste se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sila na vysokou \u0161kolu, ale co kdy\u017e neud\u011bl\u00e1te zkou\u0161ky? Chcete pozvat kolegyni na k\u00e1vu, ale p\u0159edem po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1te s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00e1s odm\u00edtne. Proch\u00e1z\u00edte partnersk\u00fdm rozchodem a c\u00edt\u00edte se st\u00e1le h\u016f\u0159 a h\u016f\u0159. Dostala jste v&nbsp;zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f a poci\u0165ujete bezmoc, nespravedlnost i obavy, \u017ee u\u017e nikdy \u017e\u00e1dnou pr\u00e1ci nez\u00edsk\u00e1te. V\u00e1\u017en\u011b jste onemocn\u011bla. N\u011bkdo bl\u00edzk\u00fd v\u00e1m zem\u0159el.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>V&nbsp;hlav\u011b se v\u00e1m proh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 katastrofick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e, my\u0161lenky p\u0159eskakuj\u00ed jedna p\u0159es druhou, c\u00edt\u00edte strach, bezmoc, vztek, beznad\u011bj, t\u011blo se st\u00e1hne, vn\u00edm\u00e1te vnit\u0159n\u00ed neklid a nedok\u00e1\u017eete rozumn\u011b jednat. \u201eJak to?\u201c, pt\u00e1te se. \u201eTo jsem tak m\u00e1lo psychicky odoln\u00fd\/\u00e1?\u201c Rozhodn\u011b ne. Podobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem reaguje v\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;n\u00e1s.<br>Na na\u0161\u00ed psychick\u00e9 odolnosti se pod\u00edl\u00ed mnoho faktor\u016f. Velkou roli hraje na\u0161e emo\u010dn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed <strong>z\u00e1va\u017enosti obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 situace. N<\/strong>esrovn\u00e1vejte se s&nbsp;druh\u00fdmi, ka\u017ed\u00fd je toti\u017e citliv\u00fd na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Bu\u010fte k&nbsp;sob\u011b laskav\u00ed a dejte si \u010das.<br>Tak\u00e9 jste zd\u011bdili ur\u010dit\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 struktury, vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed a pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 bylo, <strong>jak se rodina,<\/strong> ve kter\u00e9 jste vyr\u016fstali, stav\u011bla k&nbsp;nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm situac\u00edm. Co jste tam odkoukali a co jste se tam nau\u010dili? Vid\u011bli jste sp\u00ed\u0161e bezmoc a postoj \u201es t\u00edm se ned\u00e1 nic d\u011blat\u201c, \u201epro\u010d se to stalo zrovna m\u011b\u201c? Nebo sp\u00ed\u0161 aktivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup \u201eto zvl\u00e1dnu\u201c? Nebojte se, pokud budete cht\u00edt, vzorce se daj\u00ed p\u0159enastavit.<br>Pro na\u0161i psychickou otu\u017eilost maj\u00ed velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam <strong>v\u0161echny na\u0161e ne\u00fasp\u011bchy<\/strong>, ze kter\u00fdch jsme se dok\u00e1zali vzpamatovat. Pokud je dob\u0159e uchop\u00edme, mohou n\u00e1m velmi obohatit \u017eivot a st\u00e1t se na\u0161imi vnit\u0159n\u00edmi zdroji p\u0159i zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch situac\u00ed. \u201eKdy\u017e jsme to zvl\u00e1dli tenkr\u00e1t, tak te\u010f to zvl\u00e1dneme taky.\u201c To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 \u201emantra\u201c. Kdy\u017e s&nbsp;klienty \u0159e\u0161\u00edme jejich sou\u010dasn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, \u010dasto stav\u00edme pr\u00e1v\u011b na tom, co jim v&nbsp;minulosti pomohlo.<br>Jist\u011b jste sly\u0161eli \u010di \u010detli o lidech, kte\u0159\u00ed se dostali t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na \u00fapln\u00e9 dno, ale dok\u00e1zali se z&nbsp;n\u011bj odrazit a nastartovat novou kari\u00e9ru, man\u017eelstv\u00ed\u2026 a \u010dasto to potom bylo mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si v&nbsp;dob\u011b \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed krize v\u016fbec dok\u00e1zali p\u0159edstavit.<br>Moje klientka, pan\u00ed Marta, se p\u0159ed t\u0159emi lety roze\u0161la se sv\u00fdm dlouholet\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edtelem a \u0159e\u0161ila, kde bude bydlet a jak se postar\u00e1 o sv\u00e9ho syna. Dnes je spokojen\u011b vdan\u00e1, na\u0161la si nov\u00e9ho partnera a maj\u00ed spolu dceru.<br>Petr p\u0159i\u0161el p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159mi lety o pr\u00e1ci a narodilo se mu posti\u017een\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b. Dnes maj\u00ed s&nbsp;man\u017eelkou vlastn\u00ed firmu, p\u00e9\u010di o d\u00edt\u011b zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed a uva\u017euj\u00ed o dal\u0161\u00edm miminku. Tato technika je siln\u00e1 a dok\u00e1\u017ee b\u011bhem jednoho m\u011bs\u00edce p\u0159esm\u011brovat zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed pozornosti v\u00edce na pozitivn\u00ed v\u011bci, kter\u00fdch byste si b\u011b\u017en\u011b ani nev\u0161imli. A nav\u00edc t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed span\u00edm pro\u017eijete znovu trochu radosti a vd\u011b\u010dnosti.&nbsp;<\/em><br>Dal\u0161\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed psychicky otu\u017eil\u00fdch lid\u00ed je, \u017ee jsou <strong>otev\u0159eni nov\u00fdm zku\u0161enostem<\/strong> a v\u00edtaj\u00ed zm\u011bny.<br><em>Odpov\u011bzte si na ot\u00e1zku, jak se stav\u00edte ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m?
