A pr\u00e1v\u011b pro &#8222;za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed otu\u017eilce&#8220; jsme p\u0159ipravili <strong>hlavn\u00ed t\u00e9ma z\u00e1\u0159ijov\u00e9 Medu\u0148ky,<\/strong> ve kter\u00e9m v\u00e1s spolu s na\u0161imi autory chceme inspirovat <strong>ke zdrav\u00e9mu otu\u017eov\u00e1n<\/strong>\u00ed. P\u0159ipravili ho na\u0161i dlouholet\u00ed auto\u0159i <strong>MUDr. Vladim\u00edra Strnadelov\u00e1<\/strong> a <strong>Jan Zerz\u00e1n<\/strong> z <strong>Institutu celostn\u00ed medic\u00edny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu a je mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed s n\u00edm maj\u00ed velmi dobr\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a pomohlo jim ve zdrav\u00ed i v \u017eivot\u011b.<\/strong> Ned\u00e1 se to zpochybnit, ale na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je ot\u00e1zka, jestli je otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed naprosto univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed metodou, kter\u00e1 je vhodn\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho. <strong>Je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159i otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed postupovat u v\u0161ech stejn\u011b?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ob\u011b ot\u00e1zky je t\u0159eba odpov\u011bd\u011bt NE. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme toti\u017e jin\u00fd a ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s vych\u00e1z\u00ed z jin\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho i zdravotn\u00edho z\u00e1kladu, co\u017e je t\u0159eba v\u017edy vz\u00edt v \u00favahu. <strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 \u201estartovn\u00ed\u201c podm\u00ednky a pokud je nevn\u00edm\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee se nejen zklamat nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdm postupem, ale tak\u00e9 si zdravotn\u011b ubl\u00ed\u017eit. <\/strong>Ve vysv\u011btlen\u00ed n\u00e1m pomohou z\u00e1klady tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed rozd\u00edly mezi lidmi, jejich pocity, funkcemi org\u00e1n\u016f a zdravotn\u00edm stavem. V\u0161e, co zde uvedeme, budeme vztahovat k na\u0161\u00ed schopnosti a mo\u017enosti se otu\u017eovat opravdu dob\u0159e, a jednozna\u010dn\u011b t\u00edm p\u0159isp\u011bt k&nbsp;pos\u00edlen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed.Tak, jak jsme ka\u017ed\u00fd jin\u00fd, m\u00e1me tak\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd jinou schopnost teplotn\u00ed pohody. Jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zimom\u0159iv\u00ed, mus\u00ed se v\u00edce obl\u00e9kat, p\u00edt tepl\u00e9 n\u00e1poje apod. Jin\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou naopak horkokrevn\u00ed, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u00edce chladu i studen\u00fdch tekutin. Je proto pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee rozd\u00edln\u00e1 bude i jejich cesta k otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159\u00ed\u010din, pro\u010d je \u010dlov\u011bk zimom\u0159iv\u00fd \u010di horkokrevn\u00fd, je v organismu v\u00edce, nej\u010dast\u011bji to v\u0161ak z\u00e1vis\u00ed na funk\u010dnosti na\u0161ich ledvin. Proto, abychom mohli posoudit svoje mo\u017enosti otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, je proto pot\u0159eba si \u0159\u00edci je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je stav ledvin<\/strong><br>Ledviny jsou org\u00e1n, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 mnoho funkc\u00ed, a to z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, co maj\u00ed na starost, je harmonie mezi vodou a sol\u00ed. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, ledviny zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, aby n\u00e1\u0161 organismus byl dostate\u010dn\u011b zavla\u017eov\u00e1n i mineralizov\u00e1n. Voda a s\u016fl jsou tak\u00e9 atributy jinu a jangu. Voda je jinov\u00e1, ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed, zvla\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed a uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed. S\u016fl (miner\u00e1ly) jsou naopak zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed, vysu\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed a zpev\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed. Tato harmonie je mimo jin\u00e9 z\u00e1kladem na\u0161eho pocitu chladu a tepla.<br><strong>Mo\u017en\u00e1 ji\u017e tak\u00e9 v\u00edte, \u017ee na\u0161e ledviny jsou s\u00eddlem vrozen\u00e9 energie. Velmi \u010dasto se st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee si v tomto org\u00e1nu neseme ji\u017e od narozen\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1hu mezi jinem a jangem.<\/strong> Tato nerovnov\u00e1ha se m\u016f\u017ee projevit i b\u011bhem \u017eivota prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed a nemoc\u00ed. B\u011bhem \u017eivota se harmonie mezi jinem a jangem v tomto org\u00e1nu tak\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed a jsou \u017eivotn\u00ed obdob\u00ed, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad menopauza, kdy u jinu \u010di jangu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oslaben\u00ed Proto se m\u016f\u017ee b\u011bhem \u017eivota m\u011bnit i n\u00e1\u0161 pocit chladu a horka, a t\u00edm se m\u011bn\u00ed i pro n\u00e1s vhodn\u00e9 \u010di nevhodn\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Poj\u010fme si tedy p\u0159edstavit dv\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1hy ledvin a jejich projevy v na\u0161em organismu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nedostatek jangu ledvin<\/strong><br>\u010cast\u011bji postihuje \u017eeny, ale v\u00fdjimkou nejsou ani mu\u017ei. \u010clov\u011bk je zimom\u0159iv\u00fd a m\u00edv\u00e1 studen\u00e9 ruce a nohy. Mnohdy je i studen\u00fd nos a zade\u010dek. \u010casto je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed chlad ve\u010der a v&nbsp;noci, a proto je takov\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 sp\u00e1vat v&nbsp;pono\u017ek\u00e1ch, nebo si p\u0159ed span\u00edm zah\u0159\u00e1t nohy. P\u0159i nedostatku jangu ledvin je nerovnov\u00e1ha mezi vodou a sol\u00ed \u2013r\u00e1mcov\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee je zde v\u00edce vody ne\u017e soli. Proto doch\u00e1z\u00ed nejen k pocitu chladu, ale tak\u00e9 je men\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159eba pit\u00ed tekutin. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tendence k hromad\u011bn\u00ed vody a otok\u016fm, u \u017een se objevuj\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 v\u00fdtoky, \u00fanava, slabost a pobol\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nedostatek jinu ledvin<\/strong><br>Nej\u010dast\u011bji se vyskytuje u mu\u017e\u016f nebo u \u017een v menopauze. V&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je \u010dlov\u011bk sp\u00ed\u0161e horkokrevn\u00fd, tak\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt n\u00e1valy horka a pocit tepla dlan\u00ed i nohou. V noci m\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu se odkr\u00fdvat a \u010dasto se pot\u00ed. V noci \u010di r\u00e1no m\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 sucho v puse a \u017e\u00edze\u0148. Stav m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt prov\u00e1zen nap\u011bt\u00edm a bolestmi v z\u00e1dech, \u010dastou \u017e\u00edzn\u00ed a pot\u0159ebou p\u00edt chladn\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. P\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed organismu m\u00e1 pak za n\u00e1sledek p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed jater, srdce a c\u00e9vn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Pat\u0159\u00ed k&nbsp;tomu i tendence k vysok\u00e9mu tlaku, blok\u00e1d\u00e1m p\u00e1te\u0159e a bolestem hlavy.<br>Z t\u011bchto popis\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee tyto dv\u011b skupiny lid\u00ed maj\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed pocit i pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed chladu. <strong>Pokud spolu v jedn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti \u017eij\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad horkokrevn\u00fd mu\u017e a zimom\u0159iv\u00e1 \u017eena je opravdu t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se dohodnout na teplot\u011b v m\u00edstnosti, otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed oken \u010di na tom, jak se kdo m\u00e1 obl\u00e9ct. <\/strong>Jeden druh\u00e9mu nerozum\u00ed a ka\u017ed\u00fd je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd o sv\u00e9 pravd\u011b. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee pravdu maj\u00ed oba \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd ze sv\u00e9 pozice a \u00fahlu pohledu. Nez\u0159\u00eddka to kon\u010d\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee horkokrevn\u00fd mu\u017e, kter\u00fd je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd o tom, \u017ee on je v po\u0159\u00e1dku, vy\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 sv\u00e9 zimom\u0159iv\u00e9 \u017een\u011b jej\u00ed k\u0159ehkost a zimom\u0159ivost a kon\u010d\u00ed to slovy, aby se otu\u017eovala. V\u017edy\u0165 on se m\u016f\u017ee klidn\u011b pol\u00edt ledovou vodou a m\u00e1 z toho skv\u011bl\u00fd pocit!<br>Kdy\u017e se nad t\u00edm zamysl\u00edme, je n\u00e1m jasn\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edstup t\u00e9to hypotetick\u00e9 dvojice k otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b z jin\u00e9ho nastaven\u00ed, a tud\u00ed\u017e je naprosto odli\u0161n\u00fd. Horkokrevn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk (v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mu\u017e) m\u016f\u017ee s&nbsp;otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt rychle a bez probl\u00e9m\u016f. Ud\u011bl\u00e1 mu dob\u0159e pocitov\u011b i zdravotn\u011b, c\u00edt\u00ed se l\u00e9pe a m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee tak to bude platiti i pro v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed. Jeho zimom\u0159iv\u00e1 \u017eena je na tom v\u0161ak naprosto odli\u0161n\u011b.<br>\u010clov\u011bk s velk\u00fdm nedostatkem jangu ledvin m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt opravdu velmi zimom\u0159iv\u00fd a v tomto stavu je jen pouh\u00e1 p\u0159edstava jak\u00e9hokoliv chladu a otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed velmi problematick\u00e1 a psychicky zat\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed. Pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v t\u011ble chlad a t\u00edm i p\u0159ebytek vody, je proto prvn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem pos\u00edlit jang ledvin a organismus proh\u0159\u00e1t. Jinak dojde je\u0161t\u011b k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ze a zhor\u0161\u00ed se nejen pocit chladu, ale i otoky a tak\u00e9 zes\u00edl\u00ed pocit strachu a \u00fazkosti. Stejn\u011b to dopad\u00e1, kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk ve snaze zlep\u0161it svoje ledviny za\u010dne p\u00edt mnoho tekutin.<br>M\u016f\u017ee se tedy zimom\u0159iv\u00e1 \u017eena otu\u017eovat, aby si neubl\u00ed\u017eila? Pochopiteln\u011b m\u016f\u017ee, ale ur\u010dit\u011b jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem a tempem ne\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd je horkokrevn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak tedy za\u010d\u00edt<\/strong> <br>V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159ebas s otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt v l\u00e9t\u011b nebo na sklonku l\u00e9ta, kdy je v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159irozen\u011b v\u00edce horkosti. Nejhor\u0161\u00ed je to naopak na podzim a ja\u0159e, kdy se organismus ji\u017e vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1 s&nbsp;venkovn\u00ed teplotn\u00ed zm\u011bnou v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b. Hlavn\u011b je pak pot\u0159eba postupovat velmi pomalu podle vlastn\u00edch pocit\u016f. Prvn\u00edm krokem je, aby se \u010dlov\u011bk na otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed opravdu c\u00edtil.
