M\u00e1me teplo nebo chl\u00e1dek podle pot\u0159eby, dostatek j\u00eddla, sp\u00edme v&nbsp;m\u011bkk\u00fdch postel\u00edch, voz\u00edme se auty, ma\u010dk\u00e1me knofl\u00edky. Pohodl\u00ed je nebezpe\u010dn\u011b l\u00e1kav\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee d\u0159\u00edve bylo vz\u00e1cn\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teprve se zaveden\u00edm elekt\u0159iny, \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho topen\u00ed, tekouc\u00ed vody, s vynalezen\u00edm pra\u010dek, my\u010dek, v\u00fdtah\u016f, aut a dal\u0161\u00edch technick\u00fdch vymo\u017eenost\u00ed a s celkov\u011b vysokou \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed se lid\u00e9 vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed stresor\u016fm, kter\u00e9 formovaly jejich evoluci a nerozlu\u010dn\u011b je prov\u00e1zely \u017eivotem.<br>Star\u0161\u00ed z&nbsp;n\u00e1s si pamatuj\u00ed, \u017ee v&nbsp;domech b\u00fdvala kamna jen v&nbsp;jedin\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti, n\u011bkdy se topilo jen tehdy, kdy\u017e se va\u0159ilo. Voda se nosila ze studny a musela se oh\u0159\u00e1t. Splachovac\u00ed z\u00e1chod neexistoval, chodilo se do kadibudky na zahradu, a to i v&nbsp;mrazech. Mnohem v\u00edc se toho nachodilo bez ohledu na po\u010das\u00ed. Z&nbsp;d\u011btstv\u00ed si pamatuji, jak \u010dasto mi byla zima, kolikr\u00e1t jsem zmokla, nateklo mi do bot. Taky jsem m\u011bla b\u011b\u017en\u011b hlad, ne proto, \u017ee by nebylo dost j\u00eddla, ale jedlo se jen t\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b, nebylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 si jen tak kupovat j\u00eddlo, jen n\u011bkdy zmrzlinu nebo bonb\u00f3ny. Cel\u00e1 odpoledne jsme byli venku, n\u011bkdy n\u00e1m bylo horko a m\u011bli jsme \u017e\u00edze\u0148 (tehdy se nenosilo s sebou pit\u00ed), jindy jsme mrzli. U babi\u010dky jsem ve\u010der zal\u00e9zala do ledov\u00fdch pe\u0159in, vst\u00e1vala do studen\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti. Na jednom t\u00e1bo\u0159e, kde jsme byli t\u0159i t\u00fddny, tekla jen studen\u00e1 (a jak studen\u00e1!) voda. To blaho, nalo\u017eit se po n\u00e1vratu dom\u016f do hork\u00e9 vany\u2026<br>Ale i toto v\u0161e bylo velmi pohodln\u00e9 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;t\u00edm, co za\u017e\u00edvaly p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace. Bosky od jara do zimy, n\u011bkolik kilometr\u016f do \u0161koly, m\u00edsto rukavic jen hork\u00e1 brambora v&nbsp;kapse, kter\u00e1 pak poslou\u017eila jako sva\u010dina, neexistovaly kvalitn\u00ed nepromokav\u00e9 boty, oble\u010den\u00ed ani funk\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1dlo a vodu odpuzuj\u00edc\u00ed membr\u00e1nov\u00e9 textilie, mnohdy nebylo v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed. Vzpome\u0148te na obr\u00e1zky Josefa Lady, na kter\u00fdch maj\u00ed d\u011bti kolem trupu omotan\u00e9 \u0161\u00e1tky m\u00edsto kab\u00e1tu!<br>Zat\u00edmco si u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me modern\u00edch vymo\u017eenost\u00ed a sv\u00fdm d\u011btem a vnuk\u016fm vypr\u00e1v\u00edme pro n\u011b neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy o zim\u011b a hladu, m\u011bli bychom si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee pohodl\u00ed zab\u00edj\u00ed. Nejen t\u00edm, \u017ee se p\u0159i pohodln\u00e9m \u017eit\u00ed snadn\u011bji tloustne a ztr\u00e1c\u00ed kondice, ale hlavn\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee t\u011blu odp\u00edr\u00e1me d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 a um\u00ed se s&nbsp;nimi vypo\u0159\u00e1dat. Plat\u00ed, \u017ee co n\u00e1s nezabije, to n\u00e1s pos\u00edl\u00ed.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo a chlad<\/strong><br>O prosp\u011b\u0161nosti ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho hladu a intenzivn\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 n\u00e1mahy jsem ji\u017e psala, dnes se p\u0159id\u00e1m k&nbsp;ostatn\u00edm autor\u016fm s&nbsp;t\u00e9matem otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jak prosp\u00edv\u00e1 expozice chladu lidsk\u00e9mu t\u011blu?<br>D\u00e1v\u00e1 do po\u0159\u00e1dku hormony: inzulin, leptin, testosteron, adiponectin, podporuje neurotransmitery a mozkovou funkci (noradrenalin, dopamin a BDNF) a t\u00edm podporuje u\u010den\u00ed, pozornost, n\u00e1ladu, obnovu nervov\u00fdch bun\u011bk a ment\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon. Sni\u017euje v\u00fdznamn\u011b m\u00edru z\u00e1n\u011btu a bolest. Zlep\u0161uje tonus c\u00e9v a funkci vegetativn\u00edho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu celkov\u011b. Je to vliv po\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 intenzit\u011b a trv\u00e1n\u00ed, ale p\u0159i ob\u010dasn\u00e9m a kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m p\u016fsoben\u00ed t\u011blu prosp\u00edv\u00e1. M\u00e1 vliv na funkce gen\u016f a bun\u011bk a u\u010d\u00ed t\u011blo chlad a jin\u00e9 stresory l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dat.<br>Intenzivn\u00ed chlad zlep\u0161uje n\u00e1ladu, zn\u00e1 to ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo po saun\u011b sko\u010dil do ledov\u00e9 vody. Jednou z&nbsp;nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch reakc\u00ed t\u011bla na chlad je mohutn\u00e1 sekrece noradrenalinu do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu i do mozku. Noradrenalin je neurotransmiter podporuj\u00edc\u00ed bd\u011blost, pozornost, soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a n\u00e1ladu. Uvol\u0148uje se p\u0159i aktivaci sympatick\u00e9ho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu jako sou\u010d\u00e1st reakce <em>ute\u010d-bojuj<\/em>. Jeho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 produkce souvis\u00ed s&nbsp;nepozornost\u00ed, nesoust\u0159ed\u011bnost\u00ed, hor\u0161\u00edmi kognitivn\u00edmi schopnostmi, \u00fanavou a depres\u00ed. ADHD a deprese se n\u011bkdy l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed l\u00e9ky zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edmi aktivitu noradrenalinu na synaps\u00edch. Noradrenalin \u00fa\u010dinkuje i jako hormon, zvy\u0161uje vasokonstrikci (sta\u017een\u00ed c\u00e9v). V&nbsp;chladu pot\u0159ebujeme st\u00e1hnout c\u00e9vy hlavn\u011b v&nbsp;k\u016f\u017ei a podko\u017e\u00ed, abychom omezili ztr\u00e1ty tepla. Krom\u011b chladu ho zvy\u0161uje i horko a kyselina ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1 jako produkt intenzivn\u00edho cvi\u010den\u00ed.<br>Jak moc se pot\u0159ebujeme ochladit, abychom aktivovali sympatikus a razantn\u011b zvedli noradrenalin? Voda o teplot\u011b 20 \u00b0 C po dobu jedn\u00e9 hodiny nesta\u010d\u00ed, ale hodina ve vod\u011b o teplot\u011b 14 \u00b0 C ho zvedla p\u011btin\u00e1sobn\u011b a dopamin 2,5 n\u00e1sobn\u011b! Brrr. Ov\u0161em nen\u00ed t\u0159eba dlouh\u00e9ho pobytu v&nbsp;chladu. Jedna studie porovn\u00e1vala lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se no\u0159ili do vody 4,4 \u00b0 C studen\u00e9 na 20 sekund s&nbsp;lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed provozovali celot\u011blovou kryoterapii p\u0159i -110 \u00b0C 2 minuty 3x t\u00fddn\u011b po dobu 12 t\u00fddn\u016f. Zjistilo se, \u017ee v&nbsp;obou p\u0159\u00edpadech noradrenalin stoupl 2 a\u017e 3x a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed se neredukovalo adaptac\u00ed na chlad.<br>Mnoho informac\u00ed o fyziologick\u00fdch reakc\u00edch na chlad poch\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;v\u00fdzkumu hibernuj\u00edc\u00edch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f. Hibernace (zimn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek) zahrnuje v\u00fdrazn\u00fd metabolick\u00fd posun, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm \u0161et\u0159it energi\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ochlazen\u00ed t\u011bla vyp\u00edn\u00e1 mnoho gen\u016f, s&nbsp;v\u00fdjimkou gen\u016f \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch tukov\u00fd metabolismus a tzv. proteiny chladov\u00e9ho \u0161oku. Tyto dv\u011b skupiny gen\u016f p\u0159i ochlazen\u00ed naopak zvy\u0161uj\u00ed svou aktivitu<\/strong>. Jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;protein\u016f chladov\u00e9ho \u0161oku je RNA binding motif 3 (RBM3). Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se v&nbsp;mozku, srdci, j\u00e1trech a kostern\u00edch svalech. Nervov\u00e9 synapse se p\u0159i ochlazen\u00ed odbour\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Ale kdy\u017e se p\u0159ezimuj\u00edc\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159e znovu oh\u0159eje, jeho synapse se \u00fapln\u011b obnov\u00ed. Mechanismus obnovy synaps\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed na aktivit\u011b RBM3. My\u0161i s&nbsp;neurodegenerativn\u00ed nemoc\u00ed zp\u016fsobenou experiment\u00e1ln\u011b priony, kter\u00e9 byly v&nbsp;ml\u00e1d\u00ed vystaveny dv\u011bma cykl\u016fm expozice chladu, byly chr\u00e1n\u011bny proti ztr\u00e1t\u011b synaps\u00ed a neprojevila se u nich neurodegenerace.<br>Jak moc se mus\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit j\u00e1drov\u00e1 teplota t\u011bla, aby se RBM3 aktivoval? Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed j\u00e1drov\u00e9 teploty o 1 \u00b0 C je dostate\u010dn\u00e9 ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed produkce protein\u016f chladov\u00e9ho \u0161oku v&nbsp;lidsk\u00fdch mozkov\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Vliv chladu na z\u00e1n\u011bt a imunitn\u00ed funkce<\/strong><br>Z\u00e1n\u011bt je z\u00e1kladn\u00edm procesem poh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie r\u016fzn\u00fdch marker\u016f u star\u00fdch lid\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b lid\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch 100 let zjistila, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00e1 m\u00edra z\u00e1n\u011btu byla jedin\u00fd ukazatel, kter\u00fd predikoval p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed a kognitivn\u00ed schopnosti.<br>Noradrenalin inhibuje z\u00e1n\u011bt t\u00edm, \u017ee sni\u017euje aktivitu siln\u011b z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9ho TNF\u00ad alfa, kter\u00fd se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed p\u0159i t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech lidsk\u00fdch nemocech od diabetu 2. typu, p\u0159es z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed st\u0159ev a\u017e k&nbsp;rakovin\u011b.<br>Studie sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pacienty s&nbsp;artritidou zjistila, \u017ee celot\u011blov\u00e1 kryoterapie (-110 \u00b0 C) po dobu 20 minut t\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila bolest. Lok\u00e1ln\u00ed aplikace chladu na posti\u017eenou tk\u00e1\u0148 sni\u017euje aktivitu kolagen\u00e1zy, enzymu rozkl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edho kolagen a aktivitu z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch prostaglandin\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Souvislost z\u00e1n\u011btu a n\u00e1lady<\/strong> <br>Z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 molekuly proch\u00e1zej\u00ed hematoencefalickou bari\u00e9rou a aktivuj\u00ed mikroglie, imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky mozku. P\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k&nbsp;depresi a \u00fazkosti blok\u00e1dou uvoln\u011bn\u00ed serotoninu na synaps\u00edch. St\u00e1rnut\u00ed je charakteristick\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00edm a zhor\u0161en\u00edm funkce imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk, tzv. imunosenescenc\u00ed. Hromad\u00ed se star\u00e9, nefunk\u010dn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, celkov\u011b se po\u010det imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk sni\u017euje.<br>Schopnost do\u017e\u00edt se velmi vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku (p\u0159es 100 let) souvis\u00ed s&nbsp;dobrou z\u00e1sobou zdrav\u00fdch imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk. Chceme m\u00edt dost imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b chceme, aby byly v&nbsp;klidu, pokud nemaj\u00ed d\u016fvod b\u00fdt aktivn\u00ed. Jak chlad ovliv\u0148uje imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky?
