Pod\u00edvejme se na n\u011bkter\u00e9 z&nbsp;t\u011bchto b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch rostlin na\u0161ich zahrad jin\u00fdma o\u010dima, o\u010dima bylink\u00e1\u0159ky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kop\u0159iva dvoudom\u00e1<\/strong><br>Zahr\u00e1dk\u00e1\u0159i pova\u017euj\u00ed kop\u0159ivu za obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd plevel a nen\u00ed se jim co divit. Kop\u0159iva m\u00e1 v&nbsp;zemi velmi odoln\u00e9 oddenky, kter\u00fdmi se rychle \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed po stanovi\u0161ti a jejich likvidace je velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1.<br>Vyu\u017eit\u00ed kop\u0159ivy&nbsp;pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed je ohromn\u00e9. Kop\u0159iva m\u016f\u017ee pomoci podpo\u0159it l\u00e9\u010dbu chudokrevnosti a tak\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dbu z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f mo\u010dov\u00fdch cest, zlep\u0161it kvalitu vlas\u016f. Jak o n\u00ed kdysi napsala rakousko-\u010desk\u00e1 bylin\u00e1\u0159ka Maria Treben ve sv\u00e9 knize Zdrav\u00ed z bo\u017e\u00ed l\u00e9k\u00e1rny: \u201e\u2026kdyby lid\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bli, jak je l\u00e9\u010div\u00e1, tak by p\u011bstovali&nbsp;jen kop\u0159ivu.\u201c Jak pov\u011bdom\u00ed o \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch rostlin v\u0161eobecn\u011b roste, tak se i kop\u0159iva kone\u010dn\u011b po letech zapomn\u011bn\u00ed dost\u00e1v\u00e1 na v\u00fdslun\u00ed, kam bezesporu pat\u0159\u00ed. Kop\u0159iva jako jedna z&nbsp;m\u00e1la bylin je l\u00e9\u010div\u00e1 cel\u00e1, od oddenku p\u0159es stonky, listy a\u017e po kv\u011bty a pozd\u011bji sem\u00ednka. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je kop\u0159iva dvoudom\u00e1 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ena ve v\u0161ech v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch stupn\u00edch, a to velmi hojn\u011b. Vyskytuje se kolem cest, na nevyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch m\u00edstech, rumi\u0161t\u00edch, v&nbsp;zahrad\u00e1ch\u2026 Naj\u00edt kop\u0159ivu nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Pro sb\u011br je v\u017edy pot\u0159eba naj\u00edt \u010dist\u00e9, ekologicky nezat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 stanovi\u0161t\u011b daleko od frekventovan\u00fdch cest a z\u00e1stavby. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je p\u011bstovat kop\u0159ivy na zahr\u00e1dce, tak m\u00e1te jistotu, \u017ee sesb\u00edran\u00e9 listy budou \u010dist\u00e9. Listy kop\u0159ivy obsahuj\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, \u017eelezo, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, vitamin B2 a C, stopov\u00e9 prvky ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, fosfor, drasl\u00edk a sod\u00edk. Kop\u0159iva je bohat\u00e1 na kyseliny k\u0159emi\u010ditou, mraven\u010d\u00ed, octovou, pantotenovou a dal\u0161\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako je chlorofyl. Listy kop\u0159ivy obsahuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 glykosidy.
