Vznikaj\u00ed v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku oslaben\u00ed \u017eiln\u00ed st\u011bny a nedomykavosti \u017eiln\u00edch chlopn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 krvi putuj\u00edc\u00ed zp\u011bt k&nbsp;srdci br\u00e1n\u00ed ve zp\u011btn\u00e9m toku.&nbsp; Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku drobn\u00e1 vada na kr\u00e1se prob\u00edh\u00e1 na \u00farovni mal\u00fdch i velk\u00fdch \u017eil a m\u00e1 tendenci se roz\u0161i\u0159ovat. Posti\u017een\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt drobn\u00e9 \u017eilky, kter\u00e9 se ukazuj\u00ed jako tzv. metli\u010dky, d\u00e1le podko\u017en\u00ed \u017e\u00edly st\u0159edn\u00ed velikosti, ale tak\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed \u017eiln\u00ed kmeny. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevence a l\u00e9\u010dba <\/strong><br>D\u016fsledkem stagnace krve v&nbsp;\u017eil\u00e1ch je i stagnace krve v&nbsp;kapil\u00e1r\u00e1ch a lymfatick\u00fdch c\u00e9v\u00e1ch. Kapil\u00e1rn\u00ed krev pak poskytuje tk\u00e1n\u00edm doln\u00edch kon\u010detin kysl\u00edk a \u017eiviny jen omezen\u011b a stagnuj\u00edc\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f podporuj\u00ed vznik chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu.
