Autorka v n\u00ed voln\u011b navazuje na svou p\u0159edchoz\u00ed knihu <strong>ZAHR\u00c1DK\u00c1\u0158EM V\u011aDOM\u011a <\/strong>a nab\u00edz\u00ed mnoho vyzkou\u0161en\u00fdch rad a tip\u016f pro malou i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zahr\u00e1dku, pro zahr\u00e1dk\u00e1\u0159e za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed i zku\u0161en\u00e9, ale i pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed zat\u00edm svou zahr\u00e1dku nemaj\u00ed a pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed p\u011bstovat bylinky t\u0159eba v truhl\u00edku na balkon\u011b \u010di terase.. Vybrali jsme zeleninu, kterou prost\u011b  nem\u016f\u017eeme pominout a bez kter\u00e9 se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 hospody\u0148ka p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed neobejde a kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee v\u00edc, ne\u017e b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed gul\u00e1\u0161e nebo jin\u00fdch pikantn\u00edch pokrm\u016f: <strong>CIBULI!!!!!! Na z\u00e1hon si pro cibulky vyb\u011bhneme u\u017e za\u010d\u00e1tkem l\u00e9ta.<br>Pokud se rozhodneme vys\u00e9vat cibulku ze sem\u00ednek, pak ide\u00e1ln\u00ed doba je konec b\u0159ezna a\u017e polovina dubna. Sem\u00ednka vys\u00e9v\u00e1me do \u0159\u00e1dk\u016f vzd\u00e1len\u00fdch od sebe cca 30 cm, do hloubky 3 cm. Hust\u00e9 sazeni\u010dky pak vyjednot\u00edme na cca 10 cm, aby si vz\u00e1jemn\u011b nekonkurovaly. Cibuli m\u016f\u017eeme p\u011bstovat i na balkonech \u010di teras\u00e1ch ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1dob\u00e1ch.<br><strong>V\u00fdborn\u00e9 sousedsk\u00e9 vztahy m\u00e1 cibule s&nbsp;jahodami a mrkv\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co cibule obsahuje?<\/strong><br>Cibule kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 je bohat\u00e1 na vitamin C, d\u00e1le obsahuje thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, pyridoxin, kyselinu pantotenovou. Z&nbsp;vitamin\u016f rozpustn\u00fdch v&nbsp;tuc\u00edch je to beta-karoten a vitamin E. Co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek a stopov\u00fdch prvk\u016f, je to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, drasl\u00edk, fosfor, chrom, kobalt, mangan, molybden, nikl, selen, s\u00edra, sod\u00edk, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, \u017eelezo a zinek.
