V\u00edt Syrov\u00fd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krom\u011b hmotn\u00fdch faktor\u016f je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v \u00favahu i vliv psychosomatiky, tzn. zjevn\u00fdch souvislost\u00ed mezi du\u0161evn\u00edm stavem a r\u016fzn\u00fdmi chorobami<\/strong><em>.<\/em> P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny mnoha probl\u00e9m\u016f \u010dasto vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z&nbsp;nerovnov\u00e1hy \u010di disharmonie ukryt\u00e9 hluboko v&nbsp;na\u0161em nitru. Pokud je v&nbsp;sob\u011b potla\u010dujeme a ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edme je, mohou se po \u010dase projevit jako t\u011blesn\u00e1 nemoc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my<\/strong><br>Jestli\u017ee tyto disharmonie nech\u00e1me voln\u011b projevit, tedy pokud se dostanou do na\u0161\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00e9 mysli a my na n\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem reagujeme, p\u0159ekvap\u00edme mo\u017en\u00e1 touto reakc\u00ed nejen sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed, ale i sebe sam\u00e9. Toto \u017ee bylo ukryto v z\u00e1kout\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed du\u0161e<em>? <\/em>I kdy\u017ejsme se p\u0159edt\u00edm domn\u00edvali, \u017ee jsme vyrovnan\u00ed a celkem v&nbsp;po\u0159\u00e1dku, nem\u016f\u017eeme t\u0159eba najednou cel\u00e9 noci sp\u00e1t, hystericky k\u0159i\u010d\u00edme nebo se projevujeme jin\u00fdm ne\u010dekan\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. M\u00e1lokdo si ov\u0161em dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159iznat, \u017ee reaguje-li takto nevyrovnan\u011b, nebude patrn\u011b du\u0161evn\u011b zcela v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<br>O takov\u00fdchto pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch v\u011bt\u0161inou hovo\u0159\u00edme sp\u00ed\u0161 jako o psychick\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech. P\u0159itom je to jen jin\u00e9 vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed, proto\u017ee pojem psychika je odvozen od&nbsp;\u0159eck\u00e9ho slova psych\u00e9, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 du\u0161e.<a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Du%C5%A1e\"> <\/a>Tento souhrnn\u00fd pojem se u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k&nbsp;popisu v\u00edce \u00farovn\u00ed lidks\u00e9 osobnosti. Psychika m\u00e1 tedy pojmout ve\u0161ker\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed formy a d\u011bje, je\u017e v&nbsp;\u010dlov\u011bku prob\u00edhaj\u00ed &#8212; od schopnosti spr\u00e1vn\u011b vn\u00edmat okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt, ch\u00e1pat vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 vztahy a z\u00e1konitosti r\u016fzn\u00fdch&nbsp;jev\u016f a\u017e po odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed reakce na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podn\u011bty. Jen\u017ee kdo o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee tvrdit, \u017ee toto v\u0161e dokonale zvl\u00e1d\u00e1? P\u0159itom zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed projevy jsou jen \u201evrcholkem cel\u00e9ho ledovce\u201c, ukryt\u00e9ho v&nbsp;podv\u011bdom\u00ed a v dal\u0161\u00edch b\u011b\u017en\u011b neviditeln\u00fdch hladin\u00e1ch na\u0161\u00ed osobnosti. Mnoho lid\u00ed ani netu\u0161\u00ed, co v\u0161echno se v&nbsp;jejich nitru ukr\u00fdv\u00e1.<br>Leckdy si lid\u00e9 ani neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed nesm\u00edrn\u00fd v\u00fdznam du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my podce\u0148uj\u00ed a neberou je tak v\u00e1\u017en\u011b jako choroby fyzick\u00e9. \u010clov\u011bka trp\u00edc\u00edho v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm \u010di rakovinou ostatn\u00ed \u010dasto lituj\u00ed a mo\u017en\u00e1 si pomysl\u00ed:\u201eJen aby to nepotkalo mne\u2026\u201c Nad psychick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my, t\u0159eba i v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdmi, mnohdy lid\u00e9 m\u00e1vnou rukou s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee \u201edepku p\u0159ece ob\u010das m\u00edv\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd\u201c\u2026<br>\u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd pro\u017eil t\u011b\u017ekou depresi, m\u016f\u017ee potvrdit, \u017ee du\u0161evn\u00ed bolesti b\u00fdvaj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017eli t\u011blesn\u00e9. Kdy\u017e se l\u00e9ka\u0159i dotazovali skupiny lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b prod\u011blali jednak rakovinu, ale i depresi, kdy se c\u00edtili h\u016f\u0159e, ozna\u010dila v\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch za mnohem hor\u0161\u00ed deprese. Ty lze tak\u00e9 br\u00e1t jako smrteln\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nem\u00e1lo z&nbsp;takto posti\u017een\u00fdch sp\u00e1chalo sebevra\u017edu. Proto bychom t\u011bmto stav\u016fm m\u011bli v\u011bnovat n\u00e1le\u017eitou pozornost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Epidemie du\u0161evn\u00edch chorob<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 sou\u010dasn\u00fd sv\u011bt se zjevn\u011b dostal do vnit\u0159n\u00ed krize. Denn\u011b to sledujeme kolem sebe a mnoh\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy uve\u0159ej\u0148ovan\u00e9 v&nbsp;m\u00e9di\u00edch m\u016f\u017eou v\u00e9st k&nbsp;a\u017e domn\u011bnce, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 z\u0159ejm\u011b \u201eze\u0161\u00edleli\u201c. Bohu\u017eel stoup\u00e1 po\u010det nep\u0159\u00ed\u010detn\u00fdch nebo agresivn\u00edch \u010din\u016f, vra\u017ed a dal\u0161\u00edch projev\u016f destruktivn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Sebevra\u017edu pr\u00fd v \u010cesku sp\u00e1chaj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b t\u0159i lid\u00e9 denn\u011b. \u010c\u00e1st na\u0161\u00ed populace je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch. Podle statistik m\u00e1me nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebu alkoholu ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, marihuana se podle expert\u016f stala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 normou. T\u0159etina populace u\u017e n\u011bkdy vyzkou\u0161ela neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed drogu\u2026<br>P\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 lid\u00ed s&nbsp;psychick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my a je nam\u00edst\u011b hledat p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny. P\u0159esto\u017ee materialisticky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed lid\u00e9 sv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed vznik t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f na r\u016fzn\u00e9 nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 hmotn\u00e9 vlivy \u010di patogeny (viry, parazity atd.), je zjevn\u00e9, \u017ee s&nbsp;takov\u00fdmito vysv\u011btlen\u00edmi u\u017e nevysta\u010d\u00edme. Skute\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny le\u017e\u00ed mnohem hloub\u011bji. Ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti na\u0161\u00ed osobnosti byly dlouho potla\u010dov\u00e1ny a zaml\u017eovalo se v\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed o b\u011b\u017en\u011b neviditeln\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch. Proto se dnes tyto oblasti bou\u0159liv\u011b oz\u00fdvaj\u00ed a cht\u011bj\u00ed se uplatnit.<br>V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed ov\u0161em dnes nem\u00e1 \u010das nebo se ani nechce zab\u00fdvat neviditeln\u00fdmi substancemi, &nbsp;jako je du\u0161e. Nenach\u00e1zej\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fd smysl \u017eivota, sna\u017e\u00ed se v\u0161emo\u017en\u011b utlumit nutkav\u00e9 napom\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho nitra. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed se zahlcuj\u00ed p\u0159em\u00edrou rozumov\u00fdch informac\u00ed, jin\u00ed vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 po\u017eitky a podl\u00e9haj\u00ed nezdrav\u00e9 \u017eivotospr\u00e1v\u011b, z\u00e1vislostem atd. P\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vykov\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke vzniku skute\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch stav\u016f, nap\u0159. toxick\u00e9 psych\u00f3zy, je\u017e m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ej\u00edt a\u017e do schizofrenie.<br>I zd\u00e1nliv\u011b men\u0161\u00ed proh\u0159e\u0161ky proti zdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed nemal\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Mnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 si sv\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed nev\u00e1\u017e\u00ed nebo s&nbsp;n\u00edm p\u0159\u00edmo hazarduj\u00ed. V&nbsp;d\u016fsledku toho pak churav\u00ed na t\u011ble i na du\u0161i a um\u00edraj\u00ed o mnoho d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e by m\u011bli. Lid\u00e9 se \u010dasto vymlouvaj\u00ed na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 faktory, ale takov\u00fd alibismus nikomu nepom\u016f\u017ee. Chceme-li se ve zdrav\u00ed do\u017e\u00edt po\u017eehnan\u00e9ho v\u011bku, je nutn\u00e9 zm\u011bnit k&nbsp;lep\u0161\u00edmu &#8212; v&nbsp;sob\u011b a kolem sebe \u2013 to, co zm\u011bnit m\u016f\u017eeme.<br>Inspiraci ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m najdeme nejen v&nbsp;liter\u00e1rn\u00edch zdroj\u00edch, ale symbolick\u00e1 pou\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1m nab\u00edzej\u00ed i rozli\u010dn\u00ed \u017eivo\u010dichov\u00e9. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je sezn\u00e1mit se t\u0159eba s \u017eivotem v\u010del. Uv\u00e1d\u00ed se, \u017ee v\u010dela d\u011blnice, kter\u00e1 v&nbsp;sezon\u011b l\u00e9t\u00e1 od kv\u011btu ke kv\u011btu a do \u00falu piln\u011b nos\u00ed med, se do\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 od t\u0159\u00ed do \u0161esti t\u00fddn\u016f. Jestli\u017ee jsou v\u010dely d\u011blnice v&nbsp;zimn\u00edm \u010dase v&nbsp;klidu, mohou se do\u017e\u00edt kolem \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. V\u010del\u00ed kr\u00e1lovna je na\u017eivu od t\u0159\u00ed do p\u011bti let, co\u017e se n\u011bkdy vysv\u011btluje t\u00edm, \u017ee je \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b krmena mate\u0159\u00ed ka\u0161i\u010dkou. Ov\u0161em krom\u011b toho nach\u00e1z\u00ed sv\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v&nbsp;kladen\u00ed vaj\u00ed\u010dek a spl\u0148uje sv\u00e9 posl\u00e1n\u00ed.<br>Jak\u00e9 pou\u010den\u00ed z&nbsp;toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 pro n\u00e1s? Krom\u011b v\u00fdznamu hodnotn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy, obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u0161echny nezbytn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit i d\u016fle\u017eitost pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku. Nenab\u00e1d\u00e1me t\u00edm k&nbsp;lenosti, ale m\u011bli bychom si naj\u00edt na sebe \u010das, ud\u011blat si \u201epo\u0159\u00e1dek\u201c ve sv\u00e9 du\u0161i, po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b se vyspat atd. Nen\u00ed p\u0159ece nutn\u00e9 \u201eupracovat se k&nbsp;smrti\u201c a st\u00e1le p\u0159eb\u00edhat od jedn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti ke&nbsp;druh\u00e9. Nejsme na sv\u011bt\u011b jen kv\u016fli hmotn\u00fdm z\u00e1le\u017eitostem! To pochop\u00edme, kdy\u017e se ob\u010das dok\u00e1\u017eeme zastavit v&nbsp;b\u011bhu v\u0161edn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed a budeme-li v&nbsp;klidu naslouchat sv\u00e9mu nitru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co \u0161kod\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed du\u0161i <\/strong><br>Kdy\u017e se zklidn\u00edme a pono\u0159\u00edme do sv\u00e9ho nitra, z\u0159ejm\u011b brzo odhal\u00edme, co m\u00e1me d\u011blat a co n\u00e1s nejv\u00edc zat\u011b\u017euje nebo co n\u00e1m \u0161kod\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, nezvl\u00e1dan\u00e9 emoce, nezpracovan\u00e9 bolestn\u00e9 pro\u017eitky, nevyrovnan\u00e9 projevy apod. To v\u0161e m\u00e1 zjevn\u00fd vliv na rozli\u010dn\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed hladiny. Jakoby se t\u00edm zakalila \u010di rozv\u00ed\u0159ila na\u0161e vnit\u0159n\u00ed voda. Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee voda jako \u201erezon\u00e1tor\u201c do sv\u00e9 struktury p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 v\u0161e, co do n\u00ed pronikne. P\u0159itom to, co vych\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;na\u0161eho nitra, m\u00e1 na na\u0161i vnit\u0159n\u00ed vodu leckdy v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv ne\u017e impulzy p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed zven\u010d\u00ed. Do jej\u00ed struktury se \u201ezap\u00ed\u0161e\u201c zp\u016fsob na\u0161eho my\u0161len\u00ed, u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 slova, pro\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 emoce atd. T\u0159eba za\u010dne v\u0161em osob\u00e1m v&nbsp;adres\u00e1\u0159i rozes\u00edlat zmaten\u00e9 maily. Takov\u00e9to nepat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 programy mohou vyvolat zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u0161kody.<br>I v&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed mysli mohou \u201euv\u00edznout\u201c nevhodn\u00e9 programy, je\u017e n\u00e1m pak \u0161kod\u00ed. Krom\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch vliv\u016f m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt i o ur\u010dit\u00fd vzorec chov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ijat\u00fd v&nbsp;d\u011btstv\u00ed nebo b\u011bhem dosavadn\u00edho \u017eivota. Probl\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee vypl\u00fdvat i ze \u201ezran\u011bn\u00ed du\u0161e\u201c, k&nbsp;n\u011bmu\u017e do\u0161lo v&nbsp;na\u0161em sou\u010dasn\u00e9m \u010di minul\u00e9m byt\u00ed. K lep\u0161\u00edmu pochopen\u00ed neblah\u00e9ho vlivu nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho nastaven\u00ed \u010di slovn\u00edch v\u00fdrok\u016f si uve\u010fme alespo\u0148 jeden z&nbsp;tzv. du\u0161evn\u00edch symptom\u016f, je\u017e popisujeme v&nbsp;knize <em>Jak ochra\u0148ovat \u010distotu du\u0161e<\/em>. Nem\u00e1 cenu nic d\u011blat\u2026\u201c<br>Podobn\u00e9 negativistick\u00e9 v\u00fdroky jsou celkem \u010dast\u00e9, jejich p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny b\u00fdvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9. Doty\u010dn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rozlad\u011bn\u00fd, znaven\u00fd, ubit\u00fd v\u0161emo\u017en\u00fdmi z&nbsp;vn\u011bj\u0161ku p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi zat\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi ud\u00e1lostmi atd., n\u011bkdy je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed nastaven\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b si t\u00edm v\u017edy \u0161kod\u00ed. Naprogramuje se p\u0159itom tak, \u017ee mu pak skute\u010dn\u011b nic nevych\u00e1z\u00ed. T\u0159eba za\u010dne v\u0161em osob\u00e1m v&nbsp;adres\u00e1\u0159i rozes\u00edlat zmaten\u00e9 maily. Takov\u00e9to nepat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 programy mohou vyvolat zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u0161kody.I v&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed mysli mohou \u201euv\u00edznout\u201c nevhodn\u00e9 programy, je\u017e n\u00e1m pak \u0161kod\u00ed. Krom\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch vliv\u016f m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt i o ur\u010dit\u00fd vzorec chov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ijat\u00fd v&nbsp;d\u011btstv\u00ed nebo b\u011bhem dosavadn\u00edho \u017eivota. Probl\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee vypl\u00fdvat i ze \u201ezran\u011bn\u00ed du\u0161e\u201c, k&nbsp;n\u011bmu\u017e do\u0161lo v&nbsp;na\u0161em sou\u010dasn\u00e9m \u010di minul\u00e9m byt\u00ed. Nem\u00e1 cenu nic d\u011blat\u2026\u201cPodobn\u00e9 negativistick\u00e9 v\u00fdroky jsou celkem \u010dast\u00e9, jejich p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny b\u00fdvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9. Doty\u010dn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rozlad\u011bn\u00fd, znaven\u00fd, ubit\u00fd v\u0161emo\u017en\u00fdmi z&nbsp;vn\u011bj\u0161ku p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi zat\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi ud\u00e1lostmi atd., n\u011bkdy je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed nastaven\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b si t\u00edm v\u017edy \u0161kod\u00ed. Naprogramuje se p\u0159itom tak, \u017ee mu pak skute\u010dn\u011b nic nevych\u00e1z\u00ed. Pokud se n\u011bkdo v t\u011bchto negativistick\u00fdch stavech ut\u00e1p\u00ed d\u00e9le, vid\u00ed pot\u00e9 v\u0161e \u201e\u010dern\u011b\u201c, co\u017e nakonec m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ej\u00edt a\u017e do t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 deprese.Proto se pokud mo\u017eno vyh\u00fdbejme negativistick\u00fdm a dal\u0161\u00edm nevhodn\u00fdm v\u00fdrok\u016fm. U negativismu jsou jimi tolik pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 sebed\u016fv\u011bra, spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 sebeocen\u011bn\u00ed, nad\u011bje na zlep\u0161en\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed povzbuzuj\u00edc\u00ed nastaven\u00ed. Jak p\u0159edch\u00e1zet du\u0161evn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fmPokud chceme du\u0161evn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b p\u0159edch\u00e1zet, je nutno pochopit vlivy a souvislosti, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u016fsobit na psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Vyh\u00fdbejme se nejen hmotn\u00fdm \u0161kodlivin\u00e1m, ale i nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edm my\u0161lenkov\u00fdm, emoci\u00e1ln\u00edm a dal\u0161\u00edm zlovoln\u00fdm form\u00e1m. To v\u0161e toti\u017e zakaluje na\u0161e vyza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0161kod\u00ed n\u00e1m i okol\u00ed. \u0158\u00e1dn\u00e1 hygiena a udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010distoty jsou nezbytn\u00e9 u pozemsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla i u du\u0161e!V&nbsp;prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b bychom v&nbsp;sob\u011b m\u011bli odhalit, pochopit a co nejd\u0159\u00edve odlo\u017eit nevhodn\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed projevy, aby n\u00e1s u\u017e nezat\u011b\u017eovaly a nezp\u016fsobovaly zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. \u010casto zd\u016fraz\u0148ovan\u00e9 \u201eudr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010distoty my\u0161lenek\u201c znamen\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 i to, \u017ee v sob\u011b nenech\u00e1me vzkl\u00ed\u010dit ani rozvinout \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd nevhodn\u00fd my\u0161lenkov\u00fd pochod.
