Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 smysl to klopotn\u00e9 pacht\u011bn\u00ed, v n\u011b\u017e se \u017eivot ob\u010das prom\u011b\u0148uje? Jak to, \u017ee jsme tu a tam doslova \u201edrceni\u201c okolnostmi a tla\u010deni na hranu sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed? Jak\u00fd m\u00e1 smysl se v tomto koloto\u010di st\u00e1le prot\u00e1\u010det?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoh\u00e9 z n\u00e1s neuti\u0161\u00ed v tomto dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed ani obvykl\u00e9 smysly \u017eivota v podob\u011b zplozen\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed a p\u00e9\u010de o n\u011b a nebo vlastn\u00edho tvo\u0159iv\u00e9ho projevu, jen\u017e nejv\u00edce oce\u0148uje slavn\u00fd psychoterapeut Irvin Yalom. A tak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1me op\u011bt jen sami se sebou, se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem a du\u0161\u00ed. Osobn\u011b se domn\u00edv\u00e1m, \u017ee ulp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed na \u010demkoliv vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm coby smyslu \u017eivota m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke zklam\u00e1n\u00ed. Ale v\u017edy vid\u00edm v o\u010d\u00edch sv\u00fdch klient\u016f jiskru, kdy\u017e se p\u0159eorientuj\u00ed z vn\u011bj\u0161ku dovnit\u0159 a za\u010dnou v\u00edce vn\u00edmat \u0159e\u010d sv\u00e9 du\u0161e, sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla a rozmot\u00e1vat prvotn\u011b neprostupnou hou\u0161tinu sv\u00e9ho nev\u011bdom\u00ed. Nebo\u0165 ty vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed okolnosti a vztahy, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s drt\u00ed a k n\u011b\u010demu tla\u010d\u00ed, obvykle jen nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee sami v sob\u011b nem\u00e1me n\u011bco zpracovan\u00e9ho. Pokud tedy ud\u011bl\u00e1me obrat zvenku dovnit\u0159, za\u017eijeme \u010dasto zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed nov\u00e9 uspokojen\u00ed.<br>Pro mne osobn\u011b je proces pr\u00e1ce na sob\u011b to prav\u00e9 \u201ed\u00edlo\u201c, jak jej naz\u00fdvali d\u00e1vn\u00ed alchymist\u00e9. V\u00fdsledkem jejich sna\u017een\u00ed m\u011blo b\u00fdt zlato, k\u00e1men mudrc\u016f, elix\u00edr \u017eivota, hermafrodit, atd., ale podle dlouholet\u00e9ho b\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed C.G. Junga (V\u00fdbor z d\u00edla III. a VI.)&nbsp; se jednalo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o vnit\u0159n\u00ed prom\u011bnu a transformaci osoby samotn\u00e9ho alchymisty. Zajati v magick\u00e9m my\u0161len\u00ed alchymist\u00e9 projektovali sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed nev\u011bdom\u00ed do hmoty alchymick\u00fdch substanc\u00ed a n\u00e1stroj\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00fdsledek v podob\u011b hmotn\u00e9ho zlata nebo dal\u0161\u00edch artefakt\u016f se nikdy nedostavil. Ale ukazovaly se vnit\u0159n\u00ed v\u00fdsledky v psychice adepta. I proto vytrvalo jejich \u00fasil\u00ed mnoho stalet\u00ed, nebo\u0165 s\u00edla touhy setkat se sama se sebou a dosp\u011bt k celistvosti, byla nezm\u011brn\u00e1. Ano, c\u00edlem alchymist\u016f podle Junga bylo&nbsp; &#8211; sjednocen\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00ed \u010di j\u00e1sk\u00e9 osobnosti (mu\u017esk\u00fd princip) s nev\u011bdom\u00edm (\u017eensk\u00fd princip), co\u017e vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed novou osobnost, kter\u00e1 obsahuje ob\u011b komponenty. I proto byl v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech u alchymist\u016f v\u00fdsledn\u00fd c\u00edl hermafrodit nebo dal\u0161\u00ed symboly ukazuj\u00edc\u00ed na pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed do v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9ho spiritu\u00e1ln\u00edho stavu. \u0160lo o tzv \u201ebytostn\u00e9 J\u00e1\u201c, celost a vnit\u0159n\u00ed jednotu, kter\u00e1 p\u0159esahuje omezen\u00e9 mo\u017enosti na\u0161eho ega.<br>Dosp\u011bt k tomuto c\u00edli v\u0161ak tehdy ani nyn\u00ed nebylo v\u016fbec jednoduch\u00e9. Alchymist\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148ovali siln\u00e9 duchovn\u00ed a mor\u00e1ln\u00ed kvality adepta a bylo jim jasn\u00e9, \u017ee t\u00e9to cesty nen\u00ed schopn\u00fd ka\u017ed\u00fd. Jung p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee t\u00e9to cesty \u201e<em>&#8230;je schopno jen m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed. (Nebo\u0165 mnoz\u00ed jsou pozv\u00e1ni, ale m\u00e1lokdo bude vybr\u00e1n\u201c). A tito nemnoz\u00ed se na takovou cestu vydaj\u00ed z vnit\u0159n\u00ed nutnosti, pokud ne p\u0159\u00edmo nouze, nebo\u0165 tato cesta je \u00fazk\u00e1 jako ost\u0159\u00ed no\u017ee.<\/em>\u201c<br>Tento m\u016fj obl\u00edben\u00fd cit\u00e1t si velmi \u010dasto p\u0159ipomenu v okam\u017eiku, kdy ke mn\u011b p\u0159ijde nov\u00fd klient a pov\u00edd\u00e1me si o jeho pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch, kter\u00e9 by si r\u00e1d zpracoval. Uva\u017euji o tom, zdali tento \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 \u0161anci b\u00fdt \u201eten nemnoh\u00fd\u201c, nebo mu jeho vnit\u0159n\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky znemo\u017en\u00ed pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1l. V\u00edm toti\u017e, \u017ee proces vnit\u0159n\u00ed prom\u011bny nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 proch\u00e1zka r\u016f\u017eov\u00fdm sadem a u\u017e v\u016fbec nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 jej uskute\u010dnit v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b. V\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o mnohaletou intenzivn\u00ed terapeutickou pr\u00e1ci sama na sob\u011b pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch metod.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Proces prom\u011bny<\/em><\/strong><br>Prima materia, to znamen\u00e1 v\u00fdchoz\u00ed substance prom\u011bny, kterou alchymist\u00e9 n\u011bkdy definuj\u00ed jako p\u016fvodn\u00ed \u201echaos\u201c nebo nerozli\u0161enou hmotu, je vlastn\u011b n\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed v\u00fdchoz\u00ed stav, z n\u011bho\u017e na sob\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me pracovat. Jsou klienti, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed opravdu doslova v chaosu a ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b se z pohledu hlub\u0161\u00edch souvislost\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neorientuj\u00ed, siln\u011b projektuj\u00ed sv\u00e1 nezpracovan\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed na sv\u011bt kolem. Jsou pak p\u0159ekvapeni, co se z jejich zmatku m\u016f\u017ee vyl\u00edhnout za zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 souvislosti a jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 se na v\u011bci d\u00edvat z hlub\u0161\u00edho pohledu. Ale p\u0159ijdou i lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed na sob\u011b u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem pracovali a v jejich\u017e chaosu jsou ji\u017e jasn\u00e1 m\u00edsta. \u010casto maj\u00ed spoustu v\u011bc\u00ed intelektu\u00e1ln\u011b pojmenovan\u00fdch a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed vhledy do p\u0159\u00ed\u010din sv\u00e9ho stavu. Uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed si n\u011bkter\u00e9 sv\u00e9 projekce do vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho sv\u011bta.<br>V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech ale stejn\u011b stoj\u00edme na za\u010d\u00e1tku procesu prom\u011bny. Ani v jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b toti\u017e je\u0161t\u011b nedo\u0161lo k opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pozice v\u011bdom\u00e9ho ega, slovy alchymistick\u00e9 teorie &#8211; k \u201esetk\u00e1n\u00ed kr\u00e1le s kr\u00e1lovnou\u201c. Oba typy lid\u00ed jsou toti\u017e st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b zafixov\u00e1ni na \u00farovni ega, intelektu, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 dle Junga mu\u017eskou kvalitu. A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee druh\u00fd typ klienta ch\u00e1pe hlub\u0161\u00ed souvislosti, nicm\u00e9n\u011b nem\u00e1 je je\u0161t\u011b na ur\u010dit\u00e9 vrstv\u011b proc\u00edt\u011bn\u00e9, nedo\u0161lo v\u011bt\u0161inou k setk\u00e1n\u00ed s vnit\u0159n\u00edm \u017eensk\u00fdm principem, s nev\u011bdom\u00edm, se star\u00fdmi zran\u011bn\u00edmi a traumaty ukryt\u00fdmi pod povrchem v t\u011ble a emoc\u00edch.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Tato f\u00e1ze je v alchymii stejn\u011b tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, jako kdy\u017e v poh\u00e1dk\u00e1ch hloup\u00fd Honza sleze z pece a vyd\u00e1 se do sv\u011bta. Ego (kr\u00e1l) sestoup\u00ed z tr\u016fnu a vyd\u00e1 se do oblasti nev\u011bdom\u00ed \u2013 ke kr\u00e1lovn\u011b, do vody, do podsv\u011bt\u00ed \u2013 setkat s t\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm, co bylo dosud skryto pod povrchem. T\u00edm, \u017ee kr\u00e1l opou\u0161t\u00ed sv\u016fj tr\u016fn, vzd\u00e1v\u00e1 se nad\u0159azenosti intelektu, svrchovanosti ega a p\u0159istupuje na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee samotn\u00fd intelekt je \u201emal\u00fd p\u00e1n\u201c a s\u00e1m o sob\u011b nen\u00ed kompletn\u00ed. To je v terapii velmi z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zlom. V intelektu a v \u0161ed\u00e9 k\u016f\u0159e mozkov\u00e9 toti\u017e s\u00eddl\u00ed (krom\u011b mnoha d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch funkc\u00ed) i mnoho na\u0161ich psychick\u00fdch obran, nezdrav\u00fdch vzorc\u016f chov\u00e1n\u00ed a patologick\u00fdch program\u016f, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s blokuj\u00ed. Pokud jim sebereme v\u00fdsostn\u00ed postaven\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee se n\u00e1m hodn\u011b ulevit.<br>Samotn\u00e9 \u201esestoupen\u00ed z tr\u016fnu\u201c na\u0161eho intelektu ale nen\u00ed zcela jednoduch\u00e9, b\u00fdv\u00e1 prov\u00e1zen\u00e9 mnoha \u00fazkostmi. Klienti mi kup\u0159\u00edkladu \u010dasto \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee maj\u00ed strach do terapeutick\u00e9ho procesu nastoupit, proto\u017ee si nemohou dovolit se zhroutit. P\u0159i vzd\u00e1n\u00ed se kontroly sv\u00e9ho ega o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed zhroucen\u00ed, kolaps, ztr\u00e1tu hranic, val\u00edc\u00ed se oce\u00e1ny emoc\u00ed, deprese a neschopnost norm\u00e1ln\u011b fungovat.&nbsp;&nbsp;Tyto strachy ukazuj\u00ed dle Junga na \u201e<em>b\u00e1ze\u0148 a odpor, je\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159irozen\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk v\u016f\u010di p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hlubok\u00e9mu pono\u0159en\u00ed do sebe sama poci\u0165uje<\/em>\u201c. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee ale symbolizovat i skute\u010dnost, jak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velkou moc dali sv\u00e9mu intelektu a kontroluj\u00ed a potla\u010duj\u00ed sv\u00e9 nev\u011bdom\u00e9 emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed impulsy. Je vid\u011bt, jak moc se jejich ego boj\u00ed ztratit kontrolu.<br>Katastrofick\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 naprost\u00e9ho kolapsu je\u0161t\u011b u \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch m\u00fdch klient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed do procesu nastoupili, nenastal. Jedn\u00e1 se sice mnohdy i o nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 emoce a t\u011blesn\u00e9 vjemy, ale p\u0159i pomal\u00e9m sestupu do nev\u011bdom\u00ed, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k postupn\u00e9mu odlupov\u00e1n\u00ed intelektu\u00e1ln\u00edch obran, m\u00e1 doty\u010dn\u00fd \u0161anci se konfrontovat jen s takovou d\u00e1vkou emoc\u00ed \u010di t\u011blesn\u00fdch vjem\u016f, kterou jeho syst\u00e9m zvl\u00e1dne zpracovat. Tento pomal\u00fd postup v alchymick\u00e9 s\u00e9rii obraz\u016f Rosarium, j\u00ed\u017e Jung analyzuje, symbolizuje postupn\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed kr\u00e1le s kr\u00e1lovnou nejd\u0159\u00edve oble\u010den\u00fdch, posl\u00e9ze svle\u010den\u00fdch, d\u00e1le pono\u0159en\u00fdch do l\u00e1zn\u011b a n\u00e1sledn\u011b soulo\u017e\u00edc\u00edch. Pomal\u00e9 pozvoln\u00e9 setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00ed s nev\u011bdom\u00edm, obna\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se a \u201esvl\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c vrstev na\u0161ich neautentick\u00fdch masek a her vrchol\u00ed pono\u0159en\u00edm nah\u00e9ho kr\u00e1le a kr\u00e1lovny do l\u00e1zn\u011b, kter\u00e1 symbolizuje jak\u00e9si rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dvou odd\u011blen\u00fdch substanc\u00ed, n\u00e1vrat do temn\u00e9ho po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edmu stavu, do d\u011blohy. Tato f\u00e1ze p\u0159er\u016fst\u00e1 do obrazu hieros gamos neboli posv\u00e1tn\u00e9ho s\u0148atku kr\u00e1le a kr\u00e1lovny, jejich fyzick\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho t\u00e9\u017e jako coniunctio, sjednocen\u00ed protiklad\u016f. Na\u0161e v\u011bdom\u00ed se doslova spojilo s nev\u011bdom\u00edm, vr\u00e1tilo se do p\u016fvodn\u00edho nediferencovan\u00e9ho stavu, p\u0159ijalo nev\u011bdom\u00ed jako sv\u00e9ho rovnocenn\u00e9ho partnera se v\u0161emi obsahy, jen\u017e v sob\u011b ukr\u00fdv\u00e1, co\u017e je velmi \u201eplodn\u00fd\u201c akt.
