Zprvu byly brambory p\u011bstov\u00e1ny jako okrasn\u00e1 rostlina v&nbsp;z\u00e1meck\u00fdch parc\u00edch, prvn\u00ed uva\u0159en\u00e9 brambory se na stole objevily p\u0159i hostin\u011b po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 Ludv\u00edkem XIII., a byly proto zprvu pova\u017eov\u00e1ny&nbsp; za pochoutku.<br>V&nbsp;\u010cech\u00e1ch se brambory za\u010daly p\u011bstovat za c\u00edsa\u0159ovny Marie Terezie, kter\u00e1 je nechala p\u0159iv\u00e9zt z&nbsp;Pruska. Tehdy v&nbsp;hladov\u00fdch letech zachr\u00e1nily mnoho lid\u00ed od smrti hladem.<br>Brambory jsou zdrojem vl\u00e1kniny, vitamin\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm C a B, a nerost\u016f jako drasl\u00edk, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk a \u017eelezo. Na rozd\u00edl od mouky neobsahuj\u00ed lepek, jsou proto  vhodn\u00e9 i pro lidi trp\u00edc\u00ed celiaki\u00ed.<br>Jsou obl\u00edbenou a v\u00e1\u017eenou potravinou \u2013 sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom i rok 2008, kter\u00fd byl vyhl\u00e1\u0161en jako Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed rok brambor. Vyzkou\u0161ejte n\u011bkter\u00fd z t\u011bchto bramborov\u00fdch recept\u016f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e z nov\u00e9ho roku u\u017e ub\u011bhl t\u00fdden, <strong>Novoro\u010dn\u00ed bramborov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka<\/strong> jist\u011b p\u0159ijde k chuti i tak&#8230;-:)<br>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <em>250 g \u010do\u010dky, 2 no\u017ei\u010dky klob\u00e1sy, 200 g brambor, 250 g zeleniny (mrkev, celer, petr\u017eel), 1 cibule, s\u00e1dlo, hladk\u00e1 mouka, major\u00e1nka, oregano, zelen\u00e1 petr\u017eelka<\/em><br>\u010co\u010dku namo\u010denou ve vod\u011b uva\u0159\u00edme do m\u011bkka. V hrnci osmahneme na s\u00e1dle cibulku, jednu na kosti\u010dky nakr\u00e1jenou klob\u00e1su, p\u0159id\u00e1me na hrubo nastrouhanou zeleninu a kostky brambor. V\u0161e lehce osmahneme, zapr\u00e1\u0161\u00edme moukou a zam\u00edch\u00e1me. P\u0159ilijeme 0,5 l studen\u00e9 vody, rozm\u00edch\u00e1me, vlijeme \u010do\u010dku i s vodou a va\u0159\u00edme do m\u011bkka. Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1me na kole\u010dka nakr\u00e1jenou druhou klob\u00e1su, ko\u0159en\u00ed a s\u016fl podle chuti. Zdob\u00edme bylinkami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 jsme v\u011bt\u0161inou milovali jako d\u011bti: bramborov\u00e1 ka\u0161e<\/strong><br><strong>M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt spoustu variant a chut\u00ed, ale v\u017edy je to dobr\u00e9 a lehk\u00e9 j\u00eddlo.<br>Tak t\u0159eba: Bramborov\u00e1 ka\u0161e<\/strong><br><em>1 kg brambor, 200 ml ml\u00e9ka, 50 g m\u00e1sla, s\u016fl<\/em><br>Oloupan\u00e9, na men\u0161\u00ed kousky nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 brambory uva\u0159\u00edme v osolen\u00e9 vod\u011b do m\u011bkka. Vodu slijeme, brambory dob\u0159e roz\u0161\u0165ouch\u00e1me, zalijeme hork\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem, p\u0159id\u00e1me m\u00e1slo a vy\u0161leh\u00e1me hladkou ka\u0161i. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 uva\u0159\u00edme trhan\u00e9 krupky, sced\u00edme je, p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m spolu s ut\u0159en\u00fdm \u010desnekem, pep\u0159em, major\u00e1nkou, kouskem m\u00e1sla a zalijeme va\u0159\u00edc\u00edm ml\u00e9kem. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s&nbsp;cibulkou osma\u017eenou na s\u00e1dle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u0159\u00edbarevn\u00e1 bramborov\u00e1 ka\u0161e<\/strong><br><em>600 g brambor, 250 ml ml\u00e9ka, s\u016fl, 60 g m\u00e1sla, 4 l\u017e\u00edce rajsk\u00e9ho protlaku, 4 l\u017e\u00edce du\u0161en\u00e9ho \u0161pen\u00e1tu, 2 \u017eloutky<\/em><br>Oloupan\u00e9 brambory uva\u0159\u00edme v osolen\u00e9 vod\u011b, slijeme, p\u0159id\u00e1me hork\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, polovinu m\u00e1sla a vy\u0161leh\u00e1me hladkou ka\u0161i.
