Sm\u011bs mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pono\u0159en\u00e1. Nech\u00e1me kvasit 3 dny p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b, po t\u00e9to dob\u011b je sm\u011bs ji\u017e p\u0159ipravena ke konzumaci.
