Vzpom\u00ednka na tat\u00ednka, s jakou poctivost\u00ed pro n\u00e1s pekl kol\u00e1\u010de a jin\u00e9 sladkosti, je dodnes velmi \u017eiv\u00e1, cht\u011bla jsem ji tud\u00ed\u017e zprost\u0159edkovat i dal\u0161\u00ed generaci. Nen\u00ed ani tak veled\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd v\u00fdsledek na\u0161eho kucha\u0159sk\u00e9ho sna\u017een\u00ed, jde zejm\u00e9na o spole\u010dn\u00e9 pob\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed s d\u011btmi s ur\u010dit\u00fdm z\u00e1m\u011brem vytv\u00e1\u0159et cosi smyslupln\u00e9ho, jako je j\u00eddlo. Pokud se n\u011bkdy konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdtvor tak \u00fapln\u011b nepoda\u0159\u00ed, rozhodn\u011b to nen\u00ed d\u016fvod spole\u010dn\u00e9 va\u0159en\u00ed vzd\u00e1vat, s ka\u017ed\u00fdm dal\u0161\u00edm pokusem se naopak zdokonal\u00edme.
