V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee si na t\u011bchto bramborov\u00fdch pokrmech pochutn\u00e1te&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brambory nem\u011bly v\u017edy sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto na stolech na\u0161ich slovansk\u00fdch p\u0159edk\u016f, bramborov\u00e1 kvetouc\u00ed pole nezdobila v\u017edy na\u0161i krajinu<\/strong>. Brambory jsou vlastn\u011b potravinou ciz\u00edho p\u016fvodu \u2013 dostaly se k\u00a0n\u00e1m do Evropy z\u00a0Ji\u017en\u00ed Ameriky, kde je p\u011bstovali Inkov\u00e9 ve vysoko polo\u017een\u00fdch oblastech And sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho Peru a Bol\u00edvie a pak tak\u00e9 obyvatel\u00e9 pob\u0159e\u017en\u00edch oblast\u00ed Chile.<br \/>\nJejich v\u00fdskyt na evropsk\u00e9m kontinentu\u00a0souvis\u00ed se z\u00e1mo\u0159sk\u00fdmi objevy, p\u0159ivezli je dobyvatel\u00e9 Ameriky na konci 16. a po\u010d\u00e1tku 17. stolet\u00ed. Zprvu byly brambory p\u011bstov\u00e1ny jako okrasn\u00e1 rostlina v\u00a0z\u00e1meck\u00fdch parc\u00edch, prvn\u00ed uva\u0159en\u00e9 brambory se na stole objevily p\u0159i hostin\u011b po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 Ludv\u00edkem XIII., a byly proto zprvu pova\u017eov\u00e1ny\u00a0 za pochoutku.<br \/>\nV\u00a0\u010cech\u00e1ch se brambory za\u010daly p\u011bstovat za c\u00edsa\u0159ovny Marie Terezie, kter\u00e1 je nechala\u00a0 p\u0159iv\u00e9zt z\u00a0Pruska. Tehdy v\u00a0hladov\u00fdch letech zachr\u00e1nily mnoho lid\u00ed od smrti hladem.<br \/>\nBrambory jsou zdrojem vl\u00e1kniny, vitamin\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm C a B, a nerost\u016f jako drasl\u00edk, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk a \u017eelezo. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s kyselou okurkou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bramborov\u00e9 rizoto<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>300 g r\u00fd\u017ee, 3 velk\u00e9 brambory, rozmar\u00fdn, 3 l\u017e\u00edce oleje, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, svazek mlad\u00e9 cibulky, 1 \u010derven\u00e1 paprika, 0,5 l v\u00fdvaru, 200 g strouhan\u00e9ho s\u00fdra<br \/>\n<\/em>Oloupan\u00e9 brambory nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kosti\u010dky a orestujeme na oleji ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1nvi, p\u0159id\u00e1me propl\u00e1chnutou r\u00fd\u017ei a nech\u00e1me zesklovat\u011bt. Cibulku drobn\u011b nasek\u00e1me a papriku zbavenou sem\u00ednek nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na jemn\u00e9 nudli\u010dky.
