Oloupeme je a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na pl\u00e1tky, stejn\u011b tak pokr\u00e1j\u00edme celer a jablka zbaven\u00e1 j\u00e1d\u0159inc\u016f. \u0160unku nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na drobn\u00e9 kosti\u010dky a obal\u00edme je v paprice. Zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsu vyma\u017eeme olejem a poklademe st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b vrstvy brambor, celeru a jablek. Jednotliv\u00e9 vrstvy od sebe odd\u011bl\u00edme kosti\u010dkami \u0161unky. Posledn\u00ed vrstvu tvo\u0159\u00ed brambory. Povrch zalijeme ml\u00e9kem, v kter\u00e9m jsme rozm\u00edchali vejce a strouhan\u00fd s\u00fdr. Posypeme sekanou petr\u017eelovou nat\u00ed a poklademe pl\u00e1tky m\u00e1sla. Zap\u00e9k\u00e1me v troub\u011b asi 45 minut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zape\u010den\u00e9 bylinkov\u00e9 brambory<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>1,5 kg brambor, 70 g m\u00e1sla na vymaz\u00e1n\u00ed zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy, strouhan\u00e1 houska na vysyp\u00e1n\u00ed, 2 l\u017e\u00edce sekan\u00e9 pa\u017eitky, 2 l\u017e\u00edce sekan\u00e9 petr\u017eelky, 100 g m\u00e1sla, 3 l\u017e\u00edce hladk\u00e9 mouky, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, \u0161petka mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho kv\u011btu, 100 ml \u0161leha\u010dky, 100 g strouhan\u00e9ho s\u00fdra<br \/>\n<\/em>Brambory uva\u0159en\u00e9 ve slupce nech\u00e1me vychladnout. Oloupeme je, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na p\u016flcentimetrov\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky a urovn\u00e1me je do m\u00e1slem vymazan\u00e9 a strouhankou vysypan\u00e9 zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy tak, \u017ee ka\u017edou vrstvu posypeme sm\u011bs\u00ed sekan\u00fdch bylinek a osol\u00edme. Pe\u010deme v\u00a0troub\u011b 10 minut. P\u0159iprav\u00edme si be\u0161amel z m\u00e1sla a hladk\u00e9 mouky, zalijeme smetanou a nech\u00e1me prova\u0159it, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme, ochut\u00edme mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fdm o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kem a strouhan\u00fdm s\u00fdrem. Zape\u010den\u00e9 brambory zalijeme a pe\u010deme, dokud povrch nezr\u016f\u017eov\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zape\u010den\u00e9 brambory s kysan\u00fdm zel\u00edm<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>1 kg brambor, 500 g kysan\u00e9ho zel\u00ed, 2 paprikov\u00e9 klob\u00e1sy, 200 ml sladk\u00e9 smetany, 1 cibule, mlet\u00e1 sladk\u00e1 paprika, pep\u0159, s\u016fl, olej<br \/>\n<\/em>Omyt\u00e9 brambory uva\u0159\u00edme ve slupce, oloupeme a rozma\u010dk\u00e1me. Drobn\u011b nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli zp\u011bn\u00edme na oleji, zasypeme sladkou paprikou, p\u0159id\u00e1me na kole\u010dka nakr\u00e1jenou klob\u00e1su a kr\u00e1tce podus\u00edme. Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1me zel\u00ed a rozma\u010dkan\u00e9 brambory. Dob\u0159e prom\u00edch\u00e1me, vlo\u017e\u00edme do olejem vymazan\u00e9 zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy, zalijeme smetanou rozm\u00edchanou se sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em.
