Pr\u00e1v\u011b koncem zimy, kdy klesaj\u00ed rezervy nejn\u00ed\u017ee, si ji nejv\u00edce uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, ale unaven\u00ed jsou cel\u00fd rok. M\u00edt nebo nem\u00edt energii, co t\u00edm lid\u00e9 vlastn\u011b mysl\u00ed? \u0158\u00edk\u00e1me to b\u011b\u017en\u011b, \u201enem\u00e1m energii, jsem vy\u0161\u0165aven\u00fd, vybit\u00fd apod.\u201c Subjektivn\u011b se t\u00edm popisuje stav slabosti, t\u00edhy, nedostatku motivace a chuti n\u011bco d\u011blat, n\u011bkdy ospalost, bolesti sval\u016f, nedostatek fyzick\u00e9 s\u00edly apod. Jde o subjektivn\u00ed pro\u017eitek a ka\u017ed\u00fd bude vn\u00edmat nejv\u00edce n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. V\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde o pocit, \u017ee nem\u00e1me dost sil na denn\u00ed \u00fakony a \u00fakoly a zvl\u00e1dneme je za cenu extr\u00e9mn\u00edho vyp\u011bt\u00ed a \u00fanavy ke konci dne. Lidem pak nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 energie na z\u00e1liby a aktivn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek.<br \/>\nObjektivn\u011b jsou za t\u00edmto pocitem konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed biochemick\u00e9 pochody. Jak v\u00a0organismu vznik\u00e1 energie, jak ji vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0potravy a jak s\u00a0n\u00ed hospoda\u0159\u00ed? Tomu je t\u0159eba rozum\u011bt, abychom v\u011bd\u011bli, jak tento proces podpo\u0159it nebo alespo\u0148 nenaru\u0161ovat. Energii lidsk\u00fd organismus vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch organel\u00e1ch mitochondri\u00edch. Mitochondrie jsou vlastn\u011b bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny, v\u00a0nich vznik\u00e1 z\u00a0paliva (gluk\u00f3zy, kyseliny ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9, mastn\u00fdch kyselin nebo keton\u016f) energie, kterou bu\u0148ky usklad\u0148uj\u00ed ve form\u011b molekuly adenosin trifosf\u00e1tu (ATP). ATP jsou jak\u00e9si \u201ebaterie\u201c, z\u00e1sobn\u00edky energie. Jejich prom\u011bnou na adenosin difosf\u00e1t (ADP) bu\u0148ka energii uvoln\u00ed pro pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 metabolick\u00e9 procesy. Po\u010det mitochondri\u00ed a jejich v\u00fdkonnost ur\u010duje, kolik energie bu\u0148ka je schopna vytvo\u0159it a kolik m\u00e1 tedy k\u00a0dispozici. Abychom m\u011bli p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu o mno\u017estv\u00ed ATP, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0t\u011ble denn\u011b vznikne \u2013 jde o cca dv\u011b t\u0159etiny t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00e1hy. Bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed velk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na energii, nap\u0159\u00edklad bu\u0148ky mozku a sval\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b srdce, maj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e1 a\u017e desetitis\u00edce mitochondri\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b aktivn\u00ed bu\u0148ky jich mohou m\u00edt jen n\u011bkolik set nebo tis\u00edc. Pr\u00e1v\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 tvorba energie v\u00a0mitochondri\u00edch je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00fanavy. Jde o skute\u010dn\u00fd nedostatek energie. Mitochondrie pro sv\u00e9 optim\u00e1ln\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dostatek vitam\u00edn\u016f a jin\u00fdch kofaktor\u016f, mezi nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed koenzym Q10, vitam\u00edny \u0159ady B, kyselina listov\u00e1, vitam\u00edn C, magn\u00e9sium, karnitin a dal\u0161\u00ed. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je ochrana p\u0159ed voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly. P\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed potravy, zejm\u00e9na gluk\u00f3zy, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0tvorb\u011b voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, metabolismus potravy je hlavn\u00edm zdrojem voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, zejm\u00e9na stravy pln\u00e9 gluk\u00f3zy (tedy i \u0161krob\u016f!) bez adekv\u00e1tn\u00edch ochrann\u00fdch \u017eivin. Hlavn\u00edm ochr\u00e1ncem vnit\u0159ku bu\u0148ky p\u0159ed voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly je glutathion. Je to slou\u010dena tvo\u0159en\u00e1 t\u0159emi aminokyselinami: kyselinou glutamovou, <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cystein\">cysteinem<\/a>\u00a0a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Glycin\">glycinem<\/a>. Je obnovov\u00e1n reakc\u00ed\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Katalyz%C3%A1tor\">katalyzovanou<\/a>\u00a0enzymem <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Glutathionredukt%C3%A1za&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">glutathionredukt\u00e1zou<\/a>, enzym\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Glutathion-S-transfer%C3%A1za\">glutathion-S-transfer\u00e1za<\/a>\u00a0je schopen ho p\u0159ipojovat na r\u016fzn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a tak je neutralizovat.<br \/>\nPro dostate\u010dnou tvorbu glutathionu bu\u0148ka pot\u0159ebuje aminokyseliny, z\u00a0kter\u00fdch je tvo\u0159en, tj. potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed hojn\u011b cysteinu (potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edru, jako vejce, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, brukvovit\u00e1 zelenina a cibuloviny) a glycinu (ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed je obsa\u017een jen v\u00a0kolagenu, tj. pojivov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch jako jsou kosti, \u0161lachy, vazy, chrupavky, kli\u017eky a v\u00fdvary z nich). Jde sice o neesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyseliny, um\u00edme je sami syntetizovat, ale v\u00a0situaci oslaben\u00ed se mohou st\u00e1t podm\u00edn\u011bn\u011b esenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi, tedy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u00a0potrav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co \u0161kod\u00ed a co pom\u00e1h\u00e1?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Nyn\u00ed si probereme vlivy, kter\u00e9 mitochondrie po\u0161kozuj\u00ed a posiluj\u00ed. Nejprve se pod\u00edvejme na \u00a0\u0161k\u016fdce. Mitochondrie nejv\u00edce po\u0161kozuje oxidativn\u00ed stres a toxiny. V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech jdou ob\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed ruku v\u00a0ruce, nap\u0159. u toxin\u016f, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres. Zde bych cht\u011bla na z\u00e1porn\u00e9 \u201e\u010destn\u00e9 m\u00edsto\u201c postavit dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fd paracetamol, sou\u010d\u00e1st l\u00e9k\u016f \u201ena ch\u0159ipku\u201c a proti bolesti. Paracetamol je mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed jed. P\u0159i jeho metabolizov\u00e1n\u00ed vznik\u00e1 toxick\u00fd meziprodukt NAPQI. Tato l\u00e1tka je hlavn\u00edm p\u016fvodcem toxick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f paracetamolu, proto\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinkuje jako voln\u00fd radik\u00e1l a spot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 bun\u011b\u010dnou z\u00e1sobu glutathionu. Glutathion se mus\u00ed postarat nejen o NAPQI, ale kon\u010d\u00ed u n\u011bj v\u0161echny voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly. Paracetamol po\u0161kozuje mitochondrie v\u0161ech bun\u011bk, ale zejm\u00e9na jater, sval\u016f a mozku. Jde o bu\u0148ky s\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm metabolick\u00fdm obratem. Toxick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek paracetamolu na j\u00e1tra je zp\u016fsoben pr\u00e1v\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00edm jejich mitochondri\u00ed. Jatern\u00ed bu\u0148ky pak nejsou schopny detoxikovat nejen paracetamol, ale ani jin\u00e9 toxiny, s\u00a0kter\u00fdmi se mus\u00ed denn\u011b vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vat. D\u016fsledky jsou dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00e9.<br \/>\nKdo m\u00e1 ve zvyku p\u0159i infekci u\u017e\u00edvat paracetamol, po\u0161kozuje si cel\u00fd organismus, ale zejm\u00e9na j\u00e1tra, svaly (v\u010detn\u011b srdce) a mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. D\u016fsledky ka\u017ed\u00fd takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dob\u0159e zn\u00e1: t\u00e1hnouc\u00ed se \u00fanava, neschopnost se z\u00a0nemoci po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b dostat, t\u011blesn\u00e1 slabost, slab\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165 a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed, bolesti hlavy, zad\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se apod. Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinek paracetamolu na hore\u010dku a bolest je neodd\u011bliteln\u00fd, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e si ho vezmete p\u0159i vir\u00f3ze s\u00a0\u00famyslem jen si ulevit od bolest\u00ed hlavy, stejn\u011b v\u00e1m sraz\u00ed teplotu a po\u0161kod\u00ed imunitu, j\u00e1tra a v\u0161e ostatn\u00ed. Nelze to odd\u011blit. Jestli si p\u0159i nemoci nehodl\u00e1te ubli\u017eovat, nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u011bch p\u00e1r dn\u00ed protrp\u011bt. Vyplat\u00ed se to, rychleji budete fit. Ji\u017e jsem to psala jinde, ale b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 praxe jsem opakovan\u011b vid\u011bla, \u017ee takto jsou vy\u010derpan\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b jen lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si vir\u00f3zu \u201el\u00e9\u010dili\u201c paracetamolem nebo jin\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi hore\u010dku. Kdo si to p\u011bkn\u011b pro\u0161el s\u00a0p\u0159irozenou hore\u010dkou, je obvykle do t\u00fddne fit. Dal\u0161\u00edmi po\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00edmi faktory jsou toxiny jako rtu\u0165 a jin\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy a dal\u0161\u00ed chemik\u00e1lie zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres. Tedy v\u0161echny toxick\u00e9 vlivy vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed: zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b cigaretov\u00fd kou\u0159, voda a potrava. Proto\u017ee jen omezen\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit, co d\u00fdch\u00e1me a pijeme, je t\u0159eba se soust\u0159edit na potraviny. V\u00a0jejich v\u00fdb\u011bru m\u00e1me podstatn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed volbu. Pravidlo v\u00fdb\u011bru je velmi jednoduch\u00e9: \u010d\u00edm je potravina v\u00edc zpracovan\u00e1, t\u00edm h\u016f\u0159. \u010c\u00edm m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pom\u011br energie v\u016f\u010di \u017eivin\u00e1m, t\u00edm h\u016f\u0159. A obr\u00e1cen\u011b, nejlep\u0161\u00ed jsou potraviny v\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9m stavu, nezpracovan\u00e9 a bohat\u00e9 na \u017eiviny v\u00a0pom\u011bru ke kalori\u00edm.<br \/>\nCo to znamen\u00e1 pro n\u00e1kup? Na pozitivn\u00edm konci \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku je zelenina, kterou si doma d\u00e1me ml\u00e9\u010dn\u011b kvasit, ovoce, vnit\u0159nosti, maso, vejce, p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u011b nepasterizovan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky (smetana, m\u00e1slo, s\u00fdry), o\u0159echy, sem\u00ednka, palmov\u00fd a kokosov\u00fd olej. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nesm\u00edme zapomenout na potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro glutathion, tedy cystein a s\u00edru (vejce, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, brokolice, kv\u011bt\u00e1k,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Zel%C3%AD\">zel\u00ed<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kapusta\">kapusta<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C5%98edkev\">\u0159edkev<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R%C5%AF%C5%BEi%C4%8Dkov%C3%A1_kapusta\">r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 kapusta<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ho%C5%99%C4%8Dice\">ho\u0159\u010dice<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pekingsk%C3%A9_zel%C3%AD\">pekingsk\u00e9 zel\u00ed<\/a> a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/K%C5%99en\">k\u0159en<\/a>, d\u00e1le cibuloviny: cibuli, \u010desnek a p\u00f3rek) a glycin (kolagen, \u017eelatina, vazivov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b a v\u00fdvary z\u00a0nich). V\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde o pocit, \u017ee nem\u00e1me dost sil na denn\u00ed \u00fakony a \u00fakoly a zvl\u00e1dneme je za cenu extr\u00e9mn\u00edho vyp\u011bt\u00ed a \u00fanavy ke konci dne. Lidem pak nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 energie na z\u00e1liby a aktivn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek. Objektivn\u011b jsou za t\u00edmto pocitem konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed biochemick\u00e9 pochody. Jak v\u00a0organismu vznik\u00e1 energie, jak ji vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0potravy a jak s\u00a0n\u00ed hospoda\u0159\u00ed? Tomu je t\u0159eba rozum\u011bt, abychom v\u011bd\u011bli, jak tento proces podpo\u0159it nebo alespo\u0148 nenaru\u0161ovat. Energii lidsk\u00fd organismus vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch organel\u00e1ch mitochondri\u00edch. Mitochondrie jsou vlastn\u011b bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny, v\u00a0nich vznik\u00e1 z\u00a0paliva (gluk\u00f3zy, kyseliny ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9, mastn\u00fdch kyselin nebo keton\u016f) energie, kterou bu\u0148ky usklad\u0148uj\u00ed ve form\u011b molekuly adenosin trifosf\u00e1tu (ATP). ATP jsou jak\u00e9si \u201ebaterie\u201c, z\u00e1sobn\u00edky energie. Jejich prom\u011bnou na adenosin difosf\u00e1t (ADP) bu\u0148ka energii uvoln\u00ed pro pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 metabolick\u00e9 procesy. Po\u010det mitochondri\u00ed a jejich v\u00fdkonnost ur\u010duje, kolik energie bu\u0148ka je schopna vytvo\u0159it a kolik m\u00e1 tedy k\u00a0dispozici. Abychom m\u011bli p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu o mno\u017estv\u00ed ATP, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0t\u011ble denn\u011b vznikne \u2013 jde o cca dv\u011b t\u0159etiny t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00e1hy. Bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed velk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na energii, nap\u0159\u00edklad bu\u0148ky mozku a sval\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b srdce, maj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e1 a\u017e desetitis\u00edce mitochondri\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b aktivn\u00ed bu\u0148ky jich mohou m\u00edt jen n\u011bkolik set nebo tis\u00edc. Pr\u00e1v\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 tvorba energie v\u00a0mitochondri\u00edch je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00fanavy. Jde o skute\u010dn\u00fd nedostatek energie. Mitochondrie pro sv\u00e9 optim\u00e1ln\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dostatek vitam\u00edn\u016f a jin\u00fdch kofaktor\u016f, mezi nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed koenzym Q10, vitam\u00edny \u0159ady B, kyselina listov\u00e1, vitam\u00edn C, magn\u00e9sium, karnitin a dal\u0161\u00ed. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je ochrana p\u0159ed voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly. P\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed potravy, zejm\u00e9na gluk\u00f3zy, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0tvorb\u011b voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, metabolismus potravy je hlavn\u00edm zdrojem voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, zejm\u00e9na stravy pln\u00e9 gluk\u00f3zy (tedy i \u0161krob\u016f!) bez adekv\u00e1tn\u00edch ochrann\u00fdch \u017eivin. Hlavn\u00edm ochr\u00e1ncem vnit\u0159ku bu\u0148ky p\u0159ed voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly je glutathion. Je to slou\u010dena tvo\u0159en\u00e1 t\u0159emi aminokyselinami: kyselinou glutamovou, cysteinem\u00a0a\u00a0glycinem. Je obnovov\u00e1n reakc\u00ed\u00a0katalyzovanou\u00a0enzymem glutathionredukt\u00e1zou, enzym\u00a0glutathion-S-transfer\u00e1za\u00a0je schopen ho p\u0159ipojovat na r\u016fzn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a tak je neutralizovat. Pro dostate\u010dnou tvorbu glutathionu bu\u0148ka pot\u0159ebuje aminokyseliny, z\u00a0kter\u00fdch je tvo\u0159en, tj. potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed hojn\u011b cysteinu (potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edru, jako vejce, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, brukvovit\u00e1 zelenina a cibuloviny) a glycinu (ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed je obsa\u017een jen v\u00a0kolagenu, tj. pojivov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch jako jsou kosti, \u0161lachy, vazy, chrupavky, kli\u017eky a v\u00fdvary z nich). Jde sice o neesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyseliny, um\u00edme je sami syntetizovat, ale v\u00a0situaci oslaben\u00ed se mohou st\u00e1t podm\u00edn\u011bn\u011b esenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi, tedy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u00a0potrav\u011b. Co \u0161kod\u00ed a co pom\u00e1h\u00e1? Nyn\u00ed si probereme vlivy, kter\u00e9 mitochondrie po\u0161kozuj\u00ed a posiluj\u00ed. Nejprve se pod\u00edvejme na \u00a0\u0161k\u016fdce. Mitochondrie nejv\u00edce po\u0161kozuje oxidativn\u00ed stres a toxiny. V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech jdou ob\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed ruku v\u00a0ruce, nap\u0159. u toxin\u016f, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres. Zde bych cht\u011bla na z\u00e1porn\u00e9 \u201e\u010destn\u00e9 m\u00edsto\u201c postavit dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fd paracetamol, sou\u010d\u00e1st l\u00e9k\u016f \u201ena ch\u0159ipku\u201c a proti bolesti. Paracetamol je mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed jed. P\u0159i jeho metabolizov\u00e1n\u00ed vznik\u00e1 toxick\u00fd meziprodukt NAPQI. Tato l\u00e1tka je hlavn\u00edm p\u016fvodcem toxick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f paracetamolu, proto\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinkuje jako voln\u00fd radik\u00e1l a spot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 bun\u011b\u010dnou z\u00e1sobu glutathionu. Glutathion se mus\u00ed postarat nejen o NAPQI, ale kon\u010d\u00ed u n\u011bj v\u0161echny voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly. Paracetamol po\u0161kozuje mitochondrie v\u0161ech bun\u011bk, ale zejm\u00e9na jater, sval\u016f a mozku. Jde o bu\u0148ky s\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm metabolick\u00fdm obratem. Toxick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek paracetamolu na j\u00e1tra je zp\u016fsoben pr\u00e1v\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00edm jejich mitochondri\u00ed. Jatern\u00ed bu\u0148ky pak nejsou schopny detoxikovat nejen paracetamol, ale ani jin\u00e9 toxiny, s\u00a0kter\u00fdmi se mus\u00ed denn\u011b vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vat. D\u016fsledky jsou dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00e9. Kdo m\u00e1 ve zvyku p\u0159i infekci u\u017e\u00edvat paracetamol, po\u0161kozuje si cel\u00fd organismus, ale zejm\u00e9na j\u00e1tra, svaly (v\u010detn\u011b srdce) a mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. D\u016fsledky ka\u017ed\u00fd takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dob\u0159e zn\u00e1: t\u00e1hnouc\u00ed se \u00fanava, neschopnost se z\u00a0nemoci po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b dostat, t\u011blesn\u00e1 slabost, slab\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165 a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed, bolesti hlavy, zad\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se apod. Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinek paracetamolu na hore\u010dku a bolest je neodd\u011bliteln\u00fd, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e si ho vezmete p\u0159i vir\u00f3ze s\u00a0\u00famyslem jen si ulevit od bolest\u00ed hlavy, stejn\u011b v\u00e1m sraz\u00ed teplotu a po\u0161kod\u00ed imunitu, j\u00e1tra a v\u0161e ostatn\u00ed. Nelze to odd\u011blit. Jestli si p\u0159i nemoci nehodl\u00e1te ubli\u017eovat, nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u011bch p\u00e1r dn\u00ed protrp\u011bt. Vyplat\u00ed se to, rychleji budete fit. Ji\u017e jsem to psala jinde, ale b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 praxe jsem opakovan\u011b vid\u011bla, \u017ee takto jsou vy\u010derpan\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b jen lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si vir\u00f3zu \u201el\u00e9\u010dili\u201c paracetamolem nebo jin\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi hore\u010dku. Kdo si to p\u011bkn\u011b pro\u0161el s\u00a0p\u0159irozenou hore\u010dkou, je obvykle do t\u00fddne fit. Dal\u0161\u00edmi po\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00edmi faktory jsou toxiny jako rtu\u0165 a jin\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy a dal\u0161\u00ed chemik\u00e1lie zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres. Tedy v\u0161echny toxick\u00e9 vlivy vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed: zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b cigaretov\u00fd kou\u0159, voda a potrava. Proto\u017ee jen omezen\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit, co d\u00fdch\u00e1me a pijeme, je t\u0159eba se soust\u0159edit na potraviny. V\u00a0jejich v\u00fdb\u011bru m\u00e1me podstatn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed volbu. Pravidlo v\u00fdb\u011bru je velmi jednoduch\u00e9: \u010d\u00edm je potravina v\u00edc zpracovan\u00e1, t\u00edm h\u016f\u0159. \u010c\u00edm m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pom\u011br energie v\u016f\u010di \u017eivin\u00e1m, t\u00edm h\u016f\u0159. A obr\u00e1cen\u011b, nejlep\u0161\u00ed jsou potraviny v\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9m stavu, nezpracovan\u00e9 a bohat\u00e9 na \u017eiviny v\u00a0pom\u011bru ke kalori\u00edm. Co to znamen\u00e1 pro n\u00e1kup? Na pozitivn\u00edm konci \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku je zelenina, kterou si doma d\u00e1me ml\u00e9\u010dn\u011b kvasit, ovoce, vnit\u0159nosti, maso, vejce, p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u011b nepasterizovan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky (smetana, m\u00e1slo, s\u00fdry), o\u0159echy, sem\u00ednka, palmov\u00fd a kokosov\u00fd olej. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nesm\u00edme zapomenout na potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro glutathion, tedy cystein a s\u00edru (vejce, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, brokolice, kv\u011bt\u00e1k,\u00a0zel\u00ed,\u00a0kapusta,\u00a0\u0159edkev,\u00a0r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 kapusta,\u00a0ho\u0159\u010dice, pekingsk\u00e9 zel\u00ed a\u00a0k\u0159en, d\u00e1le cibuloviny: cibuli, \u010desnek a p\u00f3rek) a glycin (kolagen, \u017eelatina, vazivov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b a v\u00fdvary z\u00a0nich).
