Minimalizovat lze vlastn\u011b skoro v\u0161e, v\u010detn\u011b obsahu na\u0161eho nitra. U\u010d\u00edme se myslet ekologicky, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me biokosmetiku, nech\u00e1v\u00e1me nepot\u0159ebn\u00e9 v\u011bci kolovat ve spot\u0159ebn\u00edm \u0159et\u011bzci. \u010casem se dostaneme i k \u201einventu\u0159e\u201c toho, co m\u00e1me uvnit\u0159 a co nos\u00edme st\u00e1le s\u00a0sebou. Jsou to na\u0161e ment\u00e1ln\u00ed programy, jak\u00fdsi n\u00e1\u0161 \u201eosobn\u00ed software\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ud\u011blat ve sv\u00e9m nitru kvalitn\u00ed \u00faklid, jak\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017eeme ud\u011blat ve sv\u00e9m \u0161atn\u00edku nebo ve sp\u00ed\u017ei, b\u00fdv\u00e1 o pozn\u00e1n\u00ed slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nau\u010d\u00edme-li se v\u0161ak pravidelnosti, obt\u00ed\u017enost se bude zmen\u0161ovat, a nakonec t\u0159eba ani nebude co ukl\u00edzet. N\u00e1\u0161 \u201esoftware\u201c bude ukl\u00e1dat jen to, co budeme cht\u00edt a nev\u011bdom\u00ed bude m\u00edt m\u00e9n\u011b t\u00e9mat ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e pou\u017eiji znovu po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovou terminologii, toto zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nev\u011bdom\u00edm je n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho, jako kdy\u017e v noci prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v\u00a0na\u0161em po\u010d\u00edta\u010di aktualizace.<br \/>\nD\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm aspektem aktualizace je zv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed. Toto \u201evyta\u017een\u00ed na sv\u011btlo\u201c n\u00e1m dovol\u00ed nal\u00e9zt \u201eopera\u010dn\u00ed program\u201c, zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za pochopen\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a dopadu na\u0161ich my\u0161lenek a \u010din\u016f. Na\u0161e bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165 pracuje jak s fyzick\u00fdm t\u011blem, tak s na\u0161\u00ed du\u0161\u00ed. Bu\u0148ky si p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed informace mnoho let, jsou to tedy vyje\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, kter\u00e9 je lep\u0161\u00ed nahradit n\u011b\u010d\u00edm nov\u00fdm ne\u017e se sna\u017eit je vymazat. Prost\u011b \u201enahr\u00e1t nov\u00fd opera\u010dn\u00ed program\u201c je vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se pokou\u0161et nejprve se zbavit toho star\u00e9ho. My lid\u00e9 ov\u0161em nefungujeme tak striktn\u011b jako po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, a tak n\u011bkdy pot\u0159ebujeme \u201enakopnout\u201c, jindy naopak n\u011b\u017en\u011b povzbudit, abychom se ve star\u00fdch programech nezasekli a nepodl\u00e9hali p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 sv\u00e9 sebetr\u00fdzni. Toto v\u0161e je ov\u0161em t\u0159eba aplikovat v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b, pouh\u00e1 teorie nesta\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odlo\u017eit v\u0161e nepot\u0159ebn\u00e9\u2026<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vra\u0165me se k minimalismu a jeho blahod\u00e1rn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm na n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot. Po\u017eadavek odlo\u017een\u00ed v\u0161eho nepot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho se na prvn\u00ed pohled jev\u00ed jako logick\u00fd a spr\u00e1vn\u00fd. M\u00e1 v\u0161ak nezbytnou podm\u00ednku: mus\u00edme v\u011bd\u011bt, co chceme a co skute\u010dn\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme. P\u0159edm\u011btem odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pak bude to, co nepot\u0159ebujeme a nechceme.<br \/>\nS term\u00ednem \u201ev\u0161e nepot\u0159ebn\u00e9\u201c si z\u0159ejm\u011b nevysta\u010d\u00edme, proto\u017ee pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho to znamen\u00e1 n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho a ne ka\u017ed\u00fd je schopen vyhodnotit, co to pro n\u011bj znamen\u00e1. Za\u010d\u00edt m\u016f\u017eeme t\u0159eba t\u00edm, \u017ee se zpo\u010d\u00e1tku budeme v\u011bnovat jen v\u011bcem a \u010dinnostem, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s t\u011b\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed n\u00e1m mo\u017enost rozvoje. Zachovejme to, co n\u00e1m zjednodu\u0161uje \u017eivot a navozuje pozitivn\u00ed pocity. Nen\u00ed ani mo\u017en\u00e9, aby n\u00e1m v\u0161echna p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed vydr\u017eela po cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Vn\u00edmejme jejich v\u00fdvoj a neudr\u017eujme je pouze z nostalgie. Pocit, jak\u00fd m\u00e1me p\u0159i setk\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u00e1m v\u017edy spolehliv\u011b napov\u00ed. C\u00edt\u00edme-li se p\u0159i takov\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00edch nebo po nich \u201ebez energie\u201c nebo bez radosti, b\u00fdv\u00e1 to sign\u00e1l k\u00a0zamy\u0161len\u00ed, zda m\u00e1 smysl takov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed udr\u017eovat. P\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 jsou jako knihy, r\u00e1di se jimi obklopujeme, ob\u010das naraz\u00edme na novou zaj\u00edmavou, ale m\u00e1me \u201est\u00e1lice\u201c na cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Jsou l\u00e9ty prov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9, a p\u0159esto st\u00e1le \u017eiv\u00e9 a aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed.<br \/>\nDoporu\u010duji podrobit inventu\u0159e tak\u00e9 na\u0161e nezdrav\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Dost \u010dasto n\u00e1s vedou ke zklam\u00e1n\u00ed, pak se trest\u00e1me za to, \u017ee nejsme dost dob\u0159\u00ed a \u017ee jsme selhali. Srovn\u00e1v\u00e1me se s ostatn\u00edmi, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u0159eba do\u0161li d\u00e1l. Jen\u017ee cesty ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s jsou odli\u0161n\u00e9, m\u00e1me rozd\u00edln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky i rozmanit\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. Prom\u011bnn\u00fdch na \u017eivotn\u00ed cest\u011b je mnoho. M\u016f\u017eeme si sice vz\u00edt za p\u0159\u00edklad \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd dos\u00e1hl \u00fasp\u011bchu v oblasti, o n\u00ed\u017e se zaj\u00edm\u00e1me, ale berme p\u0159itom v\u00a0potaz specifika a odli\u0161nosti na\u0161ich \u017eivot\u016f.<br \/>\n\u010casto v sob\u011b tak\u00e9 hromad\u00edme emo\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1nosy, kter\u00e9 se projevuj\u00ed na fyzick\u00e9 rovin\u011b, limituj\u00ed na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed jasnost a emo\u010dn\u00ed stabilitu. Psychohygiena je zn\u00e1m\u00fdm pojmem, ale m\u00e1me jasno v\u00a0tom, jak ji re\u00e1ln\u011b zav\u00e9st do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota? Mo\u017enost\u00ed je mnoho, k nejobvyklej\u0161\u00edm pat\u0159\u00ed sport, meditace, \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd kou\u010dink \u010di pouh\u00e9 rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed\u2026 Kdy\u017e si nevysta\u010d\u00edme s vlastn\u00edmi silami, psychoterapeut \u010di psycholog n\u00e1m pomohou se l\u00e9pe v situaci zorientovat a nal\u00e9zt prost\u0159edky k nastolen\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kouzlo lehkosti<br \/>\n<\/strong>Lehkost je patrn\u011b to nejv\u00fdsti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slovo, kter\u00e9 se poj\u00ed s minimalismem. Jak skv\u011ble se c\u00edt\u00edme, kdy\u017e nejsme obklopeni mnoha v\u011bcmi a nevle\u010deme s\u00a0sebou mno\u017estv\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00edho haramp\u00e1d\u00ed! Kdy\u017e \u017eivot b\u011b\u017e\u00ed bez toho, \u017ee bychom museli neust\u00e1le p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, co a jak d\u011blat, kdy\u017e jej nech\u00e1me projevit se v jeho p\u0159irozenosti. Ne\u0159\u00edd\u00edme ka\u017edou minutu, nesna\u017e\u00edme se m\u00edt v\u0161e pod kontrolou. Prost\u011b m\u00e1me d\u016fv\u011bru v \u017eivot jako takov\u00fd a slad\u00edme jeho chod s vesm\u00edrn\u00fdm \u0159\u00e1dem, jemu\u017e stejn\u011b podl\u00e9h\u00e1me. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch obdob\u00edch se mnohdy sna\u017e\u00edme z tohoto \u0159\u00e1du vymanit na popud na\u0161eho ega, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m na\u0161ept\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee to p\u0159ece v\u00edme l\u00e9pe\u2026 Kdepak \u2013 nam\u00edst\u011b je pokora. Pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, pochopen\u00ed a p\u0159ijet\u00ed tohoto faktu je velmi osvobozuj\u00edc\u00ed.<br \/>\nL\u00e9\u010dba minimalismem spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee nastol\u00edme \u0159\u00e1d uvnit\u0159 i vn\u011b sebe a zbav\u00edme se nepot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho. V\u0161e se bude sn\u00e1ze udr\u017eovat. \u017divot se stane leh\u010d\u00edm.<br \/>\nV odleh\u010den\u00e9m prostoru se n\u00e1m bude l\u00e9pe d\u00fdchat, poc\u00edt\u00edme v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed klid. Chaos a p\u0159em\u00edra v\u011bc\u00ed vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed neklid a stres. V\u0161ichni zn\u00e1me situace, kdy jsme n\u011bco hledali, a kv\u016fli mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed a chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edmu \u0159\u00e1du jsme to nemohli naj\u00edt. Tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed, pokud nem\u00e1me jasno ve sv\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch a p\u0159\u00edstupech k \u017eivotu. Jist\u011b, p\u0159ijdou situace vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed na\u0161i pozornost a budeme muset hledat nov\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Principem \u017eivota je neust\u00e1l\u00e1 zm\u011bna a v\u00fdvoj, kter\u00fd vede k nov\u00fdm poznatk\u016fm a pou\u010den\u00edm.
