S t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se role u\u010ditele&#8230; <\/strong>Nad t\u011bmito ot\u00e1zkami v\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku uva\u017euje dr. Lenka Rogo\u017eanov\u00e1, pedago\u017eka a terapeutka, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 dlouholet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce se\u00a0\u017e\u00e1ky a studenty r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku a r\u016fzn\u00e9ho zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed i z\u00a0veden\u00ed tematick\u00fdch semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U\u010ditel a jeho role<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u\u010ditelem s\u00e1m sob\u011b \u2013 postupn\u011b pozn\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017eivot, n\u011bco tvo\u0159\u00ed, zkoum\u00e1, uv\u011bdomuje si, raduje se a c\u00edt\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost v\u0161ak zavedla instituci zvanou \u0161kola, v\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e pracuj\u00ed lid\u00e9 zvan\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9. Nab\u00edz\u00ed se ot\u00e1zka, jak\u00e9 role by m\u011bl u\u010ditel v\u016f\u010di sv\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm plnit. Podle mne by m\u011bl b\u00fdt pr\u016fvodcem d\u00edt\u011bte p\u0159i objevov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011bta a pomocn\u00edkem p\u0159i rozv\u00edjen\u00ed jeho jedine\u010dn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed a potenci\u00e1lu. M\u011bl by doprov\u00e1zet d\u00edt\u011b na cest\u011b za pochopen\u00edm, k\u00fdm opravdu je, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se spolu s\u00a0d\u011btmi st\u00e1le u\u010dit nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem a br\u00e1t je jako rovnocenn\u00e9 partnery. Jen p\u0159i vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk \u010dlov\u011bku v\u011bnuje svoji plnou pozornost, je toti\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 t\u0159eba jen na p\u00e1r sekund poc\u00edtit jednotu se v\u0161\u00edm. Nau\u010den\u00e9 role\u00a0 \u017e\u00e1ka nebo u\u010ditele ustoup\u00ed do pozad\u00ed a teprve v\u00a0tomto stavu klidu a ticha m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt proces pochopen\u00ed \u017eivota.<br \/>\nSou\u010dasn\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed je v\u0161ak zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hlavn\u011b na pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eviditeln\u00e9ho a m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9ho\u201c, a proto je velice obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it prostor pro to \u201ejemn\u00e9\u201c, av\u0161ak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. V\u00a0glob\u00e1ln\u00edm zp\u016fsobu v\u00fduky (v\u011bdecky zpracovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159. pedagogick\u00e9 z\u00e1sady J. \u00c1. Komensk\u00e9ho, ale i nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed poznatky o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho mozku) je sice srozumiteln\u011b pops\u00e1no, jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 spoluvytv\u00e1\u0159et kreativn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ale v\u00a0na\u0161em konzervativn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupu ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se tento p\u0159\u00edstup zat\u00edm t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1. (Kdy\u017e jsem p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety nab\u00eddla n\u011bkter\u00fdm \u0161kol\u00e1m semin\u00e1\u0159 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchovu, pedagogick\u00fd sbor neprojevil \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1jem.) V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 \u0161kole mus\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b vst\u0159ebat obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed informac\u00ed, sice si rozv\u00edj\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 schopnosti (pomineme-li tzv. informa\u010dn\u00ed stres), ale ot\u00e1zkou je, k\u00a0\u010demu mu v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b tyto znalosti budou. Bude zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0partnersk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch a ve sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed profesi?<br \/>\nKdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk n\u011bco \u201emus\u00ed\u201c, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 nev\u011bdom\u011b ur\u010dit\u00fd odpor, pokud se v\u0161ak poda\u0159\u00ed . v\u00a0n\u011bm vyvolat a podporovat p\u0159irozen\u00fd z\u00e1jem pozn\u00e1vat, a to nav\u00edc z\u00e1\u017eivn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, pak se do procesu pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pono\u0159\u00ed s\u00a0nad\u0161en\u00edm<br \/>\nP\u0159i \u00favah\u00e1ch nad sou\u010dasnou \u0161kolou a nad t\u00edm, jak by m\u011bla vypadat \u0161kola, do kter\u00e9 by se \u017e\u00e1ci skute\u010dn\u011b t\u011b\u0161ili, mne napad\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi bonsaj\u00ed a stromem. Bonsaj (japonsk\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed \u00fapravy rostlin) je formovan\u00e1 do podoby, kterou j\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159isoud\u00ed svou \u201ep\u00e9\u010d\u00ed\u201c. Strom voln\u011b rostouc\u00ed v\u00a0lese je v\u0161ak schopen v\u00a0r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed rozvinout ve\u0161ker\u00fd sv\u016fj potenci\u00e1l \u2013 roste do \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky i v\u00fd\u0161ky, rozmno\u017e\u00ed se, d\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 jedine\u010dn\u00e9 schopnosti k\u00a0dispozici ostatn\u00edm obyvatel\u016fm lesa a \u017eije s\u00a0nimi v\u00a0symbi\u00f3ze. Strom v\u00a0lese je svobodn\u00fd, ale strom-bonsaj v\u00a0kv\u011btin\u00e1\u010di svobodn\u00fd nen\u00ed. Ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch chyb\u00ed svoboda &#8212; tento z\u00e1kladn\u00ed prvek pro zdrav\u00fd rozvoj \u010dlov\u011bka. Ve \u0161kole existuje mno\u017estv\u00ed pravidel a dogmat, je\u017e je t\u0159eba dodr\u017eovat (a jejich dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed kontrolovat), a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je ve \u0161kole bohu\u017eel m\u00e1lo vnit\u0159n\u011b svobodn\u00fdch pedagog\u016f. Tlak, kter\u00fd je na u\u010ditele vytv\u00e1\u0159en a jejich strach ze ztr\u00e1ty zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0 vede ve velk\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b k\u00a0tzv. syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Pak u\u017e jde u\u010ditel vlastn\u011b jen do pr\u00e1ce, aby m\u011bl n\u011bjak\u00e9 prost\u0159edky na u\u017eiven\u00ed se a o n\u011bjak\u00e9m spole\u010dn\u00e9m tvo\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0 s\u00a0d\u011btmi nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ani \u0159e\u010d. P\u0159itom kolik \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f, z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f a radosti by ve \u0161kole mohlo vzniknout!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zku\u0161enosti z pr\u00e1ce<\/strong><br \/>\nVzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si, jak na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed um\u011bleck\u00e9 \u0161kole, kde jsem p\u0159ed mnoha lety u\u010dila, sta\u010dilo tak m\u00e1lo \u2013 d\u011bti nad\u0161en\u00e9 pro v\u00fdtvarnou \u010dinnost (chodily do t\u00e9to \u0161koly dobrovoln\u011b a r\u00e1dy!), t\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 se rozvinula do zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch projekt\u016f (kolik t\u00e9mat sk\u00fdt\u00e1 t\u0159eba p\u0159\u00edroda!) a tich\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kde v\u0161ichni byli v\u00a0jak\u00e9msi \u201estejn\u00e9m poli\u201c (jak by dnes potvrdila i kvantov\u00e1 fyzika). N\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0d\u011bt\u00ed tyto z\u00e1\u017eitky a zku\u0161enosti dokonce motivovaly k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee si v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed vybraly jako svou profesi (dnes je jim okolo 30 let). Siln\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek m\u00e1m i z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce s\u00a0dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi \u2013 p\u0159i dvoudenn\u00edm pro\u017eitkov\u00e9m semin\u00e1\u0159i jsme pracovali s\u00a0t\u00e9matem <em>strom<\/em>. Semin\u00e1\u0159e se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo deset \u017een a dan\u00e9 t\u00e9ma jsme za\u010daly postupn\u011b rozv\u00edjet od kresby, p\u0159es p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh stromu a\u017e po hlubok\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, co vlastn\u011b strom pro kterou znamen\u00e1. \u00da\u010dastnice se\u00a0navz\u00e1jem znaly jen m\u00e1lo, j\u00e1 jsem je p\u0159edt\u00edm neznala v\u016fbec, a p\u0159esto jsme se na konci semin\u00e1\u0159e rozch\u00e1zely s\u00a0up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fdm objet\u00edm jako d\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtelkyn\u011b.<br \/>\nTv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde si jsou v\u0161ichni rovni a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b si opravdu naslouchaj\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout i na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole, kam p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed lid\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku a profes\u00ed. D\u0159\u00edve d\u00e1lkov\u00e9, nyn\u00ed kombinovan\u00e9 studium nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen nudn\u00e9 a nutn\u00e9 pro profesn\u00ed \u010di platov\u00fd r\u016fst. Dokladem toho je m\u016fj dal\u0161\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek, kdy skupina student\u016f a pedagog\u016f vytvo\u0159ila p\u0159es pr\u00e1zdniny nov\u00fd pro\u017eitkov\u00fd semin\u00e1\u0159. Tady nest\u00e1l u\u010ditel na stup\u00ednku a studenti nesed\u011bli v\u00a0lavic\u00edch, ale sed\u011blo se v\u00a0kruhu, pokud se zrovna \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nepohybovali a netvo\u0159ili i mimo n\u011bj. T\u00e9ma <em>kvalita \u017eivota ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 budoucnosti<\/em> bylo rozv\u00edjeno prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm prvk\u016f dramatick\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy (kolik masek a rol\u00ed si ka\u017ed\u00fd mohl za\u017e\u00edt!), hudby a v\u00fdtvarn\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Poda\u0159ilo se vytvo\u0159it pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed a jednoty se v\u0161emi, prostor pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlena skupiny, vznikly i citov\u00e9 vazby. Komensk\u00e9ho r\u010den\u00ed \u201e\u0161kola hrou\u201c bylo v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b napln\u011bno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duchovn\u00ed v\u00fdchova<br \/>\n<\/strong>Nem\u00e1 podle mne v\u00fdznam mluvit o n\u011bjak\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdchov\u011b, pokud \u0161kola u d\u00edt\u011bte nebude probouzet p\u0159irozenou touhu po pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivota, \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho Bo\u017e\u00edmi z\u00e1kony. Proto nebyl J. \u00c1. Komensk\u00fd do t\u00e9to doby pln\u011b pochopen &#8212; jeho d\u00edlo bylo vn\u00edm\u00e1no i jako \u201en\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fd\u201c trakt\u00e1t. Ale n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed nerovn\u00e1 se p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00edra. V\u00edra je nitern\u00e9 vyci\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed pravdy, jedine\u010dn\u00e1 cesta vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0jednot\u011b, k\u00a0v\u011bdom\u00ed nebo chcete-li k\u00a0Bohu. To by v\u0161ak ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch musela b\u00fdt v\u011bnov\u00e1na pozornost i duchovn\u00ed oblasti. Hovo\u0159\u00ed se o t\u011ble a du\u0161i, ale je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipustit i existenci ducha, kter\u00fd je podstatou existence fyzick\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky a du\u0161evn\u00edch proces\u016f. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 spole\u010dnost, a tedy i \u0161kola, se jeho existenc\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou nezab\u00fdv\u00e1, proto\u017ee \u00a0je neviditeln\u00fd, a tud\u00ed\u017e nepopsateln\u00fd. \u017dijeme v\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy se pr\u00e1v\u011b po duchovn\u00ed str\u00e1nce lid\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed \u201eprobouzet\u201c,\u00a0 tedy vn\u00edmat svoji podstatu. \u0160kola se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t jak\u00fdmsi \u201ep\u0159echodn\u00fdm\u201c m\u00edstem pro probouzen\u00ed latentn\u00edch (sp\u00edc\u00edch) duchovn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed, pak je ov\u0161em t\u0159eba, aby v n\u00ed p\u016fsobili \u201educhovn\u011b probuzen\u00ed\u201c u\u010ditel\u00e9. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 naj\u00edt \u0161kolu, kter\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b rozv\u00edj\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9 schopnosti \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, ale je t\u0159eba hledat, zkoumat mo\u017enosti, pt\u00e1t se. Bude zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0partnersk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch a ve sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed profesi? Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk n\u011bco \u201emus\u00ed\u201c, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 nev\u011bdom\u011b ur\u010dit\u00fd odpor, pokud se v\u0161ak poda\u0159\u00ed . v\u00a0n\u011bm vyvolat a podporovat p\u0159irozen\u00fd z\u00e1jem pozn\u00e1vat, a to nav\u00edc z\u00e1\u017eivn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, pak se do procesu pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pono\u0159\u00ed s\u00a0nad\u0161en\u00edm P\u0159i \u00favah\u00e1ch nad sou\u010dasnou \u0161kolou a nad t\u00edm, jak by m\u011bla vypadat \u0161kola, do kter\u00e9 by se \u017e\u00e1ci skute\u010dn\u011b t\u011b\u0161ili, mne napad\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi bonsaj\u00ed a stromem. Bonsaj (japonsk\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed \u00fapravy rostlin) je formovan\u00e1 do podoby, kterou j\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159isoud\u00ed svou \u201ep\u00e9\u010d\u00ed\u201c. Strom voln\u011b rostouc\u00ed v\u00a0lese je v\u0161ak schopen v\u00a0r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed rozvinout ve\u0161ker\u00fd sv\u016fj potenci\u00e1l \u2013 roste do \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky i v\u00fd\u0161ky, rozmno\u017e\u00ed se, d\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 jedine\u010dn\u00e9 schopnosti k\u00a0dispozici ostatn\u00edm obyvatel\u016fm lesa a \u017eije s\u00a0nimi v\u00a0symbi\u00f3ze. Strom v\u00a0lese je svobodn\u00fd, ale strom-bonsaj v\u00a0kv\u011btin\u00e1\u010di svobodn\u00fd nen\u00ed. Ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch chyb\u00ed svoboda &#8212; tento z\u00e1kladn\u00ed prvek pro zdrav\u00fd rozvoj \u010dlov\u011bka. Ve \u0161kole existuje mno\u017estv\u00ed pravidel a dogmat, je\u017e je t\u0159eba dodr\u017eovat (a jejich dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed kontrolovat), a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je ve \u0161kole bohu\u017eel m\u00e1lo vnit\u0159n\u011b svobodn\u00fdch pedagog\u016f. Tlak, kter\u00fd je na u\u010ditele vytv\u00e1\u0159en a jejich strach ze ztr\u00e1ty zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0 vede ve velk\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b k\u00a0tzv. syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Pak u\u017e jde u\u010ditel vlastn\u011b jen do pr\u00e1ce, aby m\u011bl n\u011bjak\u00e9 prost\u0159edky na u\u017eiven\u00ed se a o n\u011bjak\u00e9m spole\u010dn\u00e9m tvo\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0 s\u00a0d\u011btmi nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ani \u0159e\u010d. P\u0159itom kolik \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f, z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f a radosti by ve \u0161kole mohlo vzniknout! Zku\u0161enosti z pr\u00e1ce Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si, jak na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed um\u011bleck\u00e9 \u0161kole, kde jsem p\u0159ed mnoha lety u\u010dila, sta\u010dilo tak m\u00e1lo \u2013 d\u011bti nad\u0161en\u00e9 pro v\u00fdtvarnou \u010dinnost (chodily do t\u00e9to \u0161koly dobrovoln\u011b a r\u00e1dy!), t\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 se rozvinula do zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch projekt\u016f (kolik t\u00e9mat sk\u00fdt\u00e1 t\u0159eba p\u0159\u00edroda!) a tich\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kde v\u0161ichni byli v\u00a0jak\u00e9msi \u201estejn\u00e9m poli\u201c (jak by dnes potvrdila i kvantov\u00e1 fyzika). N\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0d\u011bt\u00ed tyto z\u00e1\u017eitky a zku\u0161enosti dokonce motivovaly k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee si v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed vybraly jako svou profesi (dnes je jim okolo 30 let). Siln\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek m\u00e1m i z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce s\u00a0dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi \u2013 p\u0159i dvoudenn\u00edm pro\u017eitkov\u00e9m semin\u00e1\u0159i jsme pracovali s\u00a0t\u00e9matem strom. Semin\u00e1\u0159e se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo deset \u017een a dan\u00e9 t\u00e9ma jsme za\u010daly postupn\u011b rozv\u00edjet od kresby, p\u0159es p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh stromu a\u017e po hlubok\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, co vlastn\u011b strom pro kterou znamen\u00e1. \u00da\u010dastnice se\u00a0navz\u00e1jem znaly jen m\u00e1lo, j\u00e1 jsem je p\u0159edt\u00edm neznala v\u016fbec, a p\u0159esto jsme se na konci semin\u00e1\u0159e rozch\u00e1zely s\u00a0up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fdm objet\u00edm jako d\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtelkyn\u011b. Tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde si jsou v\u0161ichni rovni a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b si opravdu naslouchaj\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout i na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole, kam p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed lid\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku a profes\u00ed. D\u0159\u00edve d\u00e1lkov\u00e9, nyn\u00ed kombinovan\u00e9 studium nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen nudn\u00e9 a nutn\u00e9 pro profesn\u00ed \u010di platov\u00fd r\u016fst. Dokladem toho je m\u016fj dal\u0161\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek, kdy skupina student\u016f a pedagog\u016f vytvo\u0159ila p\u0159es pr\u00e1zdniny nov\u00fd pro\u017eitkov\u00fd semin\u00e1\u0159. Tady nest\u00e1l u\u010ditel na stup\u00ednku a studenti nesed\u011bli v\u00a0lavic\u00edch, ale sed\u011blo se v\u00a0kruhu, pokud se zrovna \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nepohybovali a netvo\u0159ili i mimo n\u011bj. T\u00e9ma kvalita \u017eivota ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 budoucnosti bylo rozv\u00edjeno prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm prvk\u016f dramatick\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy (kolik masek a rol\u00ed si ka\u017ed\u00fd mohl za\u017e\u00edt!), hudby a v\u00fdtvarn\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Poda\u0159ilo se vytvo\u0159it pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed a jednoty se v\u0161emi, prostor pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlena skupiny, vznikly i citov\u00e9 vazby. Komensk\u00e9ho r\u010den\u00ed \u201e\u0161kola hrou\u201c bylo v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b napln\u011bno. Duchovn\u00ed v\u00fdchova Nem\u00e1 podle mne v\u00fdznam mluvit o n\u011bjak\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdchov\u011b, pokud \u0161kola u d\u00edt\u011bte nebude probouzet p\u0159irozenou touhu po pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivota, \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho Bo\u017e\u00edmi z\u00e1kony. Proto nebyl J. \u00c1. Komensk\u00fd do t\u00e9to doby pln\u011b pochopen &#8212; jeho d\u00edlo bylo vn\u00edm\u00e1no i jako \u201en\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fd\u201c trakt\u00e1t. Ale n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed nerovn\u00e1 se p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00edra. V\u00edra je nitern\u00e9 vyci\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed pravdy, jedine\u010dn\u00e1 cesta vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0jednot\u011b, k\u00a0v\u011bdom\u00ed nebo chcete-li k\u00a0Bohu. To by v\u0161ak ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch musela b\u00fdt v\u011bnov\u00e1na pozornost i duchovn\u00ed oblasti. Hovo\u0159\u00ed se o t\u011ble a du\u0161i, ale je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipustit i existenci ducha, kter\u00fd je podstatou existence fyzick\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky a du\u0161evn\u00edch proces\u016f. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 spole\u010dnost, a tedy i \u0161kola, se jeho existenc\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou nezab\u00fdv\u00e1, proto\u017ee \u00a0je neviditeln\u00fd, a tud\u00ed\u017e nepopsateln\u00fd. \u017dijeme v\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy se pr\u00e1v\u011b po duchovn\u00ed str\u00e1nce lid\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed \u201eprobouzet\u201c,\u00a0 tedy vn\u00edmat svoji podstatu. \u0160kola se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t jak\u00fdmsi \u201ep\u0159echodn\u00fdm\u201c m\u00edstem pro probouzen\u00ed latentn\u00edch (sp\u00edc\u00edch) duchovn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed, pak je ov\u0161em t\u0159eba, aby v n\u00ed p\u016fsobili \u201educhovn\u011b probuzen\u00ed\u201c u\u010ditel\u00e9. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 naj\u00edt \u0161kolu, kter\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b rozv\u00edj\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9 schopnosti \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, ale je t\u0159eba hledat, zkoumat mo\u017enosti, pt\u00e1t se.
