Nab\u00edz\u00edme recept na v\u00fdbornou v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed kapustnici, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me od na\u0161\u00ed autorky MUDr. Ludmily Elekov\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme:<\/strong><br \/>\n500 kysan\u00e9ho zel\u00ed, 1 cibule, 1 strou\u017eek \u010desneku, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt 1-2 mrkve, klob\u00e1sa ma\u010farsk\u00e9ho typu (nebo chorizo) 2-4 nohy dle velikosti, sladk\u00e1 paprika, su\u0161en\u00e9 houby, su\u0161en\u00e1 major\u00e1nka, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, 1 lahev raj\u010datov\u00e9 passaty, v\u00fdvar<br \/>\n<strong>Postup:<\/strong><br \/>\nDo hrnce d\u00e1me kvalitn\u00ed tuk (s\u00e1dlo, olivov\u00fd olej) a nech\u00e1me zesklovat\u011bt cibulku, pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me na kole\u010dka nakr\u00e1jenou mrkev, nech\u00e1me zm\u011bknout, p\u0159id\u00e1me nasekan\u00fd \u010desnek a sladkou papriku. Lze p\u0159idat i mletou kurkumu. P\u0159esto\u017ee sv\u00fdm p\u016fvodem nepat\u0159\u00ed do evropsk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b, dod\u00e1 antioxidanty, vedle papriky nezm\u011bn\u00ed barvu ani chu\u0165 pol\u00e9vky. Vlo\u017e\u00edme zcezen\u00e9 zel\u00ed, klob\u00e1su, su\u0161en\u00e9 houby, zalijeme passatou a v\u00fdvarem, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a va\u0159\u00edme asi 20 minut. Nakonec chu\u0165 dolad\u00edme a p\u0159id\u00e1me major\u00e1nku. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee do pol\u00e9vky chceme p\u0159idat brambory, nejd\u0159\u00edve je uva\u0159\u00edme a teprve potom p\u0159id\u00e1me zel\u00ed, jinak nezm\u011bknou.
