V\u00a0oblasti p\u00e9\u010de o zdrav\u00ed je prevenc\u00ed \u010dinnost, zdr\u017een\u00ed se \u010dinnosti nebo jin\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby nemoc v\u016fbec nevznikla. Jsou tedy preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky skute\u010dn\u011b preventivn\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddka<br \/>\n<\/strong>M\u011bla by to b\u00fdt takov\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka nebo vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e se v\u00e1s l\u00e9ka\u0159 d\u016fkladn\u011b vypt\u00e1 na \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, zmapuje mo\u017en\u00e9 rizikov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed a navrhne v\u00e1m \u00fapravu \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd riziko v\u00a0budoucnu hroz\u00edc\u00ed nemoci sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, nebo vylou\u010d\u00ed. Je to praxe, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e jsou plo\u0161n\u011b vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1ny velk\u00e9 skupiny populace za \u00fa\u010delem v\u010dasn\u00e9ho z\u00e1chytu nemoci, kter\u00e1 doty\u010dn\u00e9 osob\u011b dosud nezp\u016fsobuje pot\u00ed\u017ee, ale je ji\u017e diagnostikovateln\u00e1.<br \/>\nDo oblasti screeningu pat\u0159\u00ed v\u0161echny rutinn\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 testy a prohl\u00eddky: zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku, cholesterolu, glykemie, d\u00e1le onkologick\u00fd screening (prsa, kone\u010dn\u00edk, prostata), u zuba\u0159e zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kaz\u016f, parodont\u00f3zy, ortodontick\u00fdch poruch (uzn\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee u zuba\u0159e se preventivn\u00edch rad skute\u010dn\u011b do\u010dk\u00e1te), u gynekologa cytologick\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku, zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed myom\u016f, cyst apod., u urologa kontrola prostaty a varlat. Jestli\u017ee tedy pe\u010dliv\u011b chod\u00edte na v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky a s\u00a0pocitem \u00falevy m\u00e1te na dva roky spln\u011bno, pak nechod\u00edte na prevenci, ale na screening. Je t\u0159eba, aby to bylo naprosto jasn\u00e9. Bohu\u017eel i poji\u0161\u0165ovny sv\u00e9 klienty matou, proto\u017ee v\u00a0reklam\u00e1ch na sv\u00e9 slu\u017eby tyto prohl\u00eddky inzeruj\u00ed jako preventivn\u00ed! Screening je nepochybn\u011b vhodn\u00fd, je-li riziko podstatn\u00e9 a \u0161ance na zm\u011bnu trajektorie nemoci zna\u010dn\u00e1.
