Pak rozmixujeme a nech\u00e1me zchladnout. Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed je cca 250 g pyr\u00e9.<strong><br \/>\nDal\u0161\u00ed ingredience <\/strong>\u2013 300 g \u0161paldov\u00e9 celozrnn\u00e9 mouky, 2 rovn\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dky bezfosf\u00e1tov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva, 1 a \u00bd l\u017ei\u010dky mlet\u00e9 sko\u0159ice, \u00bd l\u017ei\u010dky mlet\u00e9ho mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ku (nebo 4 tlu\u010den\u00e9 h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dky), \u00bc l\u017ei\u010dky mlet\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvoru, \u0161petka soli, dv\u011b velk\u00e9 hrsti \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdch \u010do\u010dek (mo\u017eno nahradit \u010dokol\u00e1dou nasekanou na kousky) nebo nasekan\u00e9 o\u0159echy, 1 velk\u00e9 nebo 2 mal\u00e1 vejce, 100 g t\u0159tinov\u00e9ho cukru, 120 ml oleje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak na to?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0160leh\u00e1me vejce, do kter\u00fdch postupn\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr, olej a nakonec d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9 pyr\u00e9. Pak vm\u00edch\u00e1me ostatn\u00ed sypk\u00e9 suroviny. V&nbsp;t\u00e9hle chv\u00edli se nenechte zm\u00e1st konzistenc\u00ed vznikl\u00e9 hmoty a bez zav\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed na plech vylo\u017een\u00fd pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem pokl\u00e1dejte kope\u010dky (jedna su\u0161enka = jedna vrchovat\u00e1 pol\u00e9vkov\u00e1 l\u017e\u00edce t\u011bsta) s&nbsp;dostate\u010dn\u00fdm rozestupem, na velk\u00fd plech se vejde asi 12 pern\u00ed\u010dk\u016f. Pe\u010deme v&nbsp;rozeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 troub\u011b na 170\u00b0C asi 15 minut, pern\u00ed\u010dky se nafouknou a zespodu by m\u011bly b\u00fdt zlatav\u00e9, na dotek m\u011bkk\u00e9.
