Jejich konzumace neust\u00e1le nar\u016fst\u00e1, pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nej\u010dast\u011bji p\u0159edepisovan\u00fdm l\u00e9k\u016fm a jejich spot\u0159eba rychle stoup\u00e1. Je to t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c br\u00e1t n\u011bco \u201ena nervy\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hypnotika, l\u00e9ky na nespavost<br \/>\n<\/strong>Probl\u00e9my se sp\u00e1nkem postihuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 procento populace. Jejich v\u00fdskyt stoup\u00e1 s\u00a0v\u011bkem, jak se m\u011bn\u00ed kvalita sp\u00e1nku. Star\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu sp\u00e1nku a jejich sp\u00e1nek je leh\u010d\u00ed. S\u00a0klesaj\u00edc\u00ed hladinou melatoninu (nejv\u00edce ho maj\u00ed kojenci) ub\u00fdv\u00e1 hlubok\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku. Zejm\u00e9na star\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9 si st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed, \u017ee nesp\u00ed nebo \u017ee se brzy bud\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee sp\u00ed vlastn\u011b dostate\u010dn\u011b. Nap\u0159. celkov\u011b nasp\u00ed 7 hodin denn\u011b, co\u017e je p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9, ale hodina z\u00a0toho je odpoledn\u00ed \u0161lof\u00edk, ve\u010der jde senior sp\u00e1t v\u00a022 hodin a st\u011b\u017euje si, \u017ee se bud\u00ed ve 4 r\u00e1no. Kdyby takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk \u0161el sp\u00e1t v\u00a023 hodin a spal do 6 do r\u00e1na, bude spokojen\u00fd.<br \/>\nZab\u00fdvejme se ale skute\u010dnou nespavost\u00ed, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk \u0161patn\u011b us\u00edn\u00e1 a\/nebo se \u010dasto bud\u00ed, v\u00a0noci bd\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy se r\u00e1no probouz\u00ed. Bez ohledu na d\u00e9lku sp\u00e1nku nespavost je stav, kdy nen\u00ed sp\u00e1nek dostate\u010dn\u011b osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed, nespavec se bud\u00ed unaven\u00fd a nevyspal\u00fd a b\u011bhem dne c\u00edt\u00ed ospalost. Stejn\u011b jako jin\u00e9 nemoci m\u00e1 i nespavost svou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu.<br \/>\nSp\u00e1nek je \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 funkce regulovan\u00e1 hormony. Sv\u011btlo (zejm\u00e9na modr\u00e9 vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lky) dopad\u00e1 na s\u00edtnici oka, vyvol\u00e1 nervov\u00fd vzruch, kter\u00fd se o\u010dn\u00edmi nervy dostane do epif\u00fdzy (\u0161i\u0161inky). \u0160i\u0161inka \u0159\u00edd\u00ed v\u0161echny biorytmy, hlavn\u00edm hormonem je melatonin, jeho\u017e hladina stoup\u00e1 p\u0159i soumraku. Podle st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011btla a tmy se vyplavuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed hormony (kortizol, inzulin, pohlavn\u00ed hormony, hormony \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy, r\u016fstov\u00fd hormon), reguluje se bd\u011blost, energie, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce a sp\u00e1nek. Melatonin je v\u00a0opa\u010dn\u00e9m vztahu s\u00a0kortizolem. Kortizol je hormon stresu, zvy\u0161uje bd\u011blost: nen\u00ed rozumn\u00e9 usnout, kdy\u017e jsme v\u00a0nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, proto\u017ee by n\u00e1s n\u011bco mohlo se\u017erat. Cokoli, co ve\u010der zvedne kortizol, naru\u0161uje vyplaven\u00ed melatoninu a sp\u00e1nek. Jde hlavn\u011b o nadm\u011brnou a nevhodn\u011b na\u010dasovanou konzumaci sacharid\u016f, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouh\u00fd den (sv\u011btlo s\u00a0modr\u00fdm spektrem z\u00a0obrazovek), nedostate\u010dnou tmu a ticho, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tepl\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vzruch\u016f apod. Mnoho rychl\u00fdch sacharid\u016f k\u00a0ve\u010de\u0159i (budu se opakovat, ale jde o chleba, r\u00fd\u017ei, brambory, knedl\u00edky, jin\u00e9 obilniny, ovoce) vede b\u011bhem noci k\u00a0hypoglykemii a vyplaven\u00ed kortizolu \u2013 to jsou ty no\u010dn\u00ed hlady a \u00fatoky na ledni\u010dku. Kortizol tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje neklidn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek s\u00a0\u00fazkostn\u00fdmi sny.<br \/>\nHypnotika samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zajist\u00ed sp\u00e1nek, ale jsou n\u00e1vykov\u00e1. Jejich i vcelku st\u0159\u00eddm\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zvy\u0161uje riziko \u00famrt\u00ed. Jak se jich zbavit, kdy\u017e u\u017e jste spadli do n\u00e1vyku? P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je t\u0159eba hledat a \u0159e\u0161it mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny nespavosti. Zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i n\u00e1hle vznikl\u00e9 \u00faporn\u00e9 nespavosti je t\u0159eba d\u016fkladn\u011b hledat p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu \u2013 v\u017edy existuje! Je-li odstraniteln\u00e1, odstra\u0148te ji. Jde-li o nespavost p\u0159echodnou, nap\u0159. v\u00a0d\u016fsledku starost\u00ed a nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed situace, rad\u00edm: nechte ji b\u00fdt. Berte ji jako sign\u00e1l a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost. V\u00a0no\u010dn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch se otv\u00edr\u00e1 cesta do podv\u011bdom\u00ed a probd\u011bl\u00e9 noci mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k\u00a0r\u016fstu. L\u00e9k na span\u00ed by m\u011bl b\u00fdt pouze krizov\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho kvalitn\u00edho sp\u00e1nku, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed denn\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Podpo\u0159te tvorbu melatoninu: ve\u010der ztlumte sv\u011btla, vypn\u011bte obrazovky, v\u011bnujte se uklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed, i trochu nudn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, dejte si l\u00e1ze\u0148 s\u00a0ho\u0159\u010d\u00edkovou sol\u00ed nebo aromatick\u00fdmi oleji, b\u011b\u017ete brzy sp\u00e1t. Je tak\u00e9 vhodn\u00e9 vypr\u00e1zdnit mysl \u2013 vypsat se ze starost\u00ed, ud\u011blat si pl\u00e1n na dal\u0161\u00ed den, jakkoli se zbavit ment\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Jestli\u017ee jste si na hypnotika navykli, budete je ze za\u010d\u00e1tku u\u017e\u00edvat d\u00e1l. Jakmile se budete c\u00edtit l\u00e9pe nebo pomine d\u016fvod jejich u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, za\u010dn\u011bte sni\u017eovat d\u00e1vky po \u010dtvrtin\u011b tablety. Na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 d\u00e1vce z\u016fsta\u0148te dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouho, nejm\u00e9n\u011b dva t\u00fddny, pak ji zase sni\u017ete. Jakmile budete na \u00bc tablety, za\u010dn\u011bte ji vynech\u00e1vat. Po\u010d\u00edtejte s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee usnut\u00ed bude mo\u017en\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed a budete se budit, ale nijak to ne\u0159e\u0161te. Nevkl\u00e1dejte do toho ment\u00e1ln\u00ed energii, nenervujte se \u201eco budu d\u011blat, j\u00e1 neusnu\u201c. Usnete, neusnete, to je jedno, prost\u011b p\u0159e\u017eijte noc. Mus\u00ed rychle pacienta za\u0159adit do \u0161katulky, d\u00e1t \u010d\u00edslo diagn\u00f3zy a napsat l\u00e9k. L\u00e9ky nep\u00ed\u0161ou mnohdy proto, \u017ee by byly nutn\u00e9, nato\u017e prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 (sami by je \u010dasto neu\u017e\u00edvali), ale proto\u017ee je to rychl\u00e9 a velmi \u010dasto jedin\u00e9 pro n\u011b dostupn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Ale abych jim nek\u0159ivdila, pacienti sami l\u00e9ky \u010dasto vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby m\u011bli pocit, \u017ee jsou l\u00e9\u010deni. Recept d\u00e1v\u00e1 legitimitu jejich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm. Je snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spolknout pr\u00e1\u0161ek, ne\u017e n\u011bco m\u011bnit\u2026<br \/>\nPsychick\u00e9 nemoci se diagnostikuj\u00ed podle chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jin\u00fdch vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch projev\u016f pacienta, nezji\u0161\u0165uji se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 laboratorn\u00ed odchylky ani jin\u00e9 poruchy, nato\u017e aby se hledala p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina. Nap\u0159. diagn\u00f3zu deprese dostanete, kdy\u017e m\u00e1te dostate\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f ze seznamu nebo je v\u00e1\u0161 smutek del\u0161\u00ed nebo hlub\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e by podle univerz\u00e1ln\u00edch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed m\u011bl b\u00fdt. L\u00e9ka\u0159 nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nebude p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, jestli \u201edeprese\u201c nen\u00ed jen viditeln\u00fdm projevem jin\u00e9 patologie. Psychiatr v\u00e1s nepo\u0161le ani na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed biochemick\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, aby vylou\u010dil dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a \u010dast\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny deprese, jako je hypofunkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy (zejm\u00e9na ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt automatick\u00e9!), nedostatek vitaminu D, B6 a B12, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00fd cholesterol (je ot\u00e1zkou, jestli je n\u00edzk\u00fd cholesterol p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nebo d\u016fsledkem deprese, ale existuje nepochybn\u011b korelace mezi n\u00edzk\u00fdm cholesterolem a psychick\u00fdmi poruchami), d\u00e1le chronick\u00e9 infekce (EBV, borelie) a intolerance lepku a jin\u00fdch potravin (kasein), nebo jestli je deprese ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem jin\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f (nap\u0159. na cholesterol, vysok\u00fd tlak, hormony apod.). Neud\u011bl\u00e1 to pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b ani v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy pro depresi nebudete m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u00fd psychologick\u00fd d\u016fvod. Je logick\u00e9, \u017ee pacient s\u00a0depres\u00ed zp\u016fsobenou n\u011b\u010d\u00edm z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho nepot\u0159ebuje antidepresiva, ale pot\u0159ebuje odstranit p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu deprese, antidepresiva mu asi moc nepom\u016f\u017eou. Psychiatrick\u00e9 l\u00e9ky mohou v\u00a0indikovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech pomoci, ale jejich p\u0159edeps\u00e1n\u00ed je \u010dasto st\u0159elbou do tmy na pohybliv\u00fd c\u00edl. Tak\u00e9 nev\u00ed, co p\u0159esn\u011b ve va\u0161em mozku nefunguje, co zp\u016fsobilo, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00edte depresivn\u00ed, m\u00e1te \u00fazkosti, nem\u016f\u017eete sp\u00e1t apod.
