Mnoho babi\u010dek i d\u011bde\u010dk\u016f by r\u00e1do hl\u00eddalo, ov\u0161em s\u00edly a zdrav\u00ed jim nesta\u010d\u00ed. Jin\u00ed senio\u0159i by byli r\u00e1di \u010dipern\u00ed ne kv\u016fli vnou\u010dat\u016fm, ale aby m\u011bli dost sil pro sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed aktivity.<br \/>\n<\/strong>V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je rozumn\u00e9 postarat se, abychom st\u00e1rli co nejpomaleji a nejl\u00e9pe. Ve v\u00edru nab\u00eddky plastick\u00fdch operac\u00ed a r\u016fzn\u00fdch omlazovac\u00edch anti-aging postup\u016f se m\u016f\u017ee zapomenout,\u00a0 \u017ee nejde o to, z\u016fstat dlouho kr\u00e1sn\u00fd nebo kr\u00e1sn\u00e1, \u017ee nejde o vr\u00e1sky a povisl\u00e9 pozad\u00ed a poprs\u00ed, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o to, co je uvnit\u0159. Facelift nebo plastika jsou sice fajn a vizu\u00e1ln\u011b mohou ubrat i v\u00edce ne\u017e deset let, co je ale pod nimi? Aby to nebylo \u201enavrch huj, vespod fuj.\u201c Existuje r\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee do t\u0159iceti vypad\u00e1me, jak jsme se narodili, po t\u0159ic\u00edtce, jak si zaslou\u017e\u00edme. Bohu\u017eel \u010dasto to neplat\u00ed dnes u\u017e ani u dvacetilet\u00fdch\u2026<br \/>\nV\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, nejpozd\u011bji kolem 40\u201350 let za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me skl\u00edzet plody sv\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de nebo zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se. Plat\u00edme s\u00a0lichv\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi \u00faroky, kter\u00e9 jsou ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nVe sv\u00e9 praxi i rodin\u011b jsem m\u011bla mo\u017enost pozorovat pr\u016fb\u011bh st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mnoha lid\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b stra\u0161liv\u00e1 zch\u00e1tralost n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00fdch pacient\u016f a zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 utrpen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si t\u00edm p\u0159ivodili, byla jednou z\u00a0motivac\u00ed, pro\u010d se sama sna\u017e\u00edm starat o zdrav\u00ed sv\u00e9 i sv\u00e9 rodiny. M\u00e1m samoz\u0159ejm\u011b rezervy, ale nevzd\u00e1v\u00e1m to. Nechci dopadnout jako n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed moji pacienti.<br \/>\nPokus\u00edm se v\u00e1m shrnout hlavn\u00ed body, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, pokud chcete dob\u0159e st\u00e1rnout. B\u00fdt \u010dipern\u00ed fyzicky i du\u0161evn\u011b do vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku a u\u017e\u00edvat si podzimu \u017eivota se v\u0161emi jeho plody.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strava<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ach jo, zase jsme u j\u00eddla. <strong>Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b dne\u0161n\u00ed senio\u0159i, lid\u00e9 narozen\u00ed mezi roky 1930\u20131955, plat\u00ed za \u017eivot v\u00a0socialismu<\/strong>. P\u0159esto\u017ee ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 let m\u00e1me demokracii a tr\u017en\u00ed ekonomiku, kter\u00e1 p\u0159inesla mnoho mo\u017enost\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, mnoz\u00ed ze senior\u016f z\u016fstali v\u00a0zajet\u00fdch kolej\u00edch a stravuj\u00ed se jak zamlada. V\u00fdsledky jsou jasn\u011b vid\u011bt: obezita, cukrovka, vysok\u00fd tlak, ateroskler\u00f3za, artr\u00f3za, rakovina, demence atd. Strava bohat\u00e1 na sacharidy, nevhodn\u00e9 tuky (t\u00edm mysl\u00edm margar\u00edny a rafinovan\u00e9 oleje, ne m\u00e1slo a s\u00e1dlo!), a hlavn\u011b velmi nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 konzumace zeleniny nese sv\u00e9 ho\u0159k\u00e9 plody. P\u0159idejme k\u00a0tomu minimum zdrav\u00e9ho pohybu a v\u00fdsledek je jasn\u00fd: p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b zest\u00e1rl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk s\u00a0pergamenovou povislou k\u016f\u017e\u00ed, nadv\u00e1hou, slab\u00fdmi svaly, ohnut\u00fdmi z\u00e1dy, cukrovkou, vysok\u00fdm tlakem a ch\u00e1traj\u00edc\u00edm mozkem. <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d tak ch\u00e1traj\u00ed, je tak\u00e9 nez\u00e1jem konven\u010dn\u00ed medic\u00edny o \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Nikdo jim v\u010das ne\u0159ekl, co maj\u00ed d\u011blat. Typick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f v\u0161ichni dob\u0159e znaj\u00ed: najde se p\u0159\u00edznak, nap\u00ed\u0161ou se l\u00e9ky. P\u0159esto\u017ee se l\u00e9ka\u0159i u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee prvn\u00edm l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm p\u0159i nadv\u00e1ze, vysok\u00e9m krevn\u00edm tlaku, cukrovce a dal\u0161\u00edch civiliza\u010dn\u00edch nemocech maj\u00ed b\u00fdt doporu\u010den\u00ed ohledn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, moc \u010dasto se toho pacient nedo\u010dk\u00e1. Opakovan\u011b jsem se setkala s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkomu na\u0161li vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cukr, tlak, cholesterol apod., ne\u0159ekli ani slovo o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b, nezeptali se, co ten \u010dlov\u011bk j\u00ed, a rovnou p\u0159edepsali l\u00e9ky. Dokonce se dnes ani na diabetologii \u010dasto neobt\u011b\u017euj\u00ed s\u00a0informacemi o diet\u011b. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pak \u017eije a st\u00e1rne v\u00a0domn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159i jsou tu na opravu porouchan\u00e9ho t\u011bla, a tak\u00e9 netu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee ani jeden z\u00a0l\u00e9k\u016f, kter\u00fd u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu jeho nemoci, mnohdy nemoc p\u0159\u00edmo zhor\u0161uje. Zvyknou si p\u0159i pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch prost\u011b zaj\u00edt k\u00a0doktorovi a o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee dostanou recept. N\u011bkter\u00fdm se rady ohledn\u011b \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy, pokud je n\u00e1hodou dostanou, ani trochu nel\u00edb\u00ed. Kdy\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 dostanou na v\u00fdb\u011br \u2013 l\u00e9ky nebo zm\u011bna \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu \u2013 vyberou si to prvn\u00ed. \u00a0\u00a0<strong><br \/>\nNa druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se bohu\u017eel mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, stalo ob\u011bt\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch m\u00fdt\u016f a upravili j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd jim p\u0159\u00edmo \u0161kod\u00ed. Jednou z\u00a0nejhor\u0161\u00edch rad, kterou lze star\u0161\u00edmu \u010dlov\u011bku d\u00e1t, je, aby omezil p\u0159\u00edjem \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f.<\/strong> Ano, \u010dtete dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017divo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 tuky jsou zdrav\u00e9!<br \/>\n<\/strong>N\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e1 m\u00e1nie nap\u00e1chala na seniorech obrovsk\u00e9 \u0161kody. N\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e9 diety po\u0161kodily mnohem v\u00edc lid\u00ed ne\u017e cholesterol. D\u00e9monizace zdrav\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f, jejich nahrazen\u00ed masovou konzumac\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch nekvalitn\u00edch rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u016f a margar\u00edn\u016f plus nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 konzumace sacharid\u016f jsou hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem dne\u0161n\u00ed epidemie Alzheimerovy nemoci a jin\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkce doslova cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na kvalitn\u00edch tuc\u00edch, ty nevhodn\u00e9 ho ni\u010d\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 bu\u0148ka na\u0161eho t\u011bla je obalena bun\u011b\u010dnou membr\u00e1nou. Nen\u00ed to jen n\u011bjak\u00fd obal, bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 membr\u00e1na je mozkem bu\u0148ky. Skrz ni vstupuj\u00ed do bu\u0148ky informace o okol\u00ed, podn\u011bty p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na membr\u00e1nu m\u011bn\u00ed funkci bu\u0148ky. Cokoliv, co nakonec p\u016fsob\u00ed na DNA, muselo nejd\u0159\u00edve zap\u016fsobit na membr\u00e1nu a jin\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 organely a funkce. Kvalita membr\u00e1ny z\u00e1vis\u00ed na kvalit\u011b tuk\u016f, kter\u00e9 ji tvo\u0159\u00ed. Kvalita membr\u00e1ny ur\u010duje jej\u00ed funkci. Nekvalitn\u00ed membr\u00e1na m\u00e1 dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9 dopady na funkci a \u017eivotnost bu\u0148ky \u2013 je naru\u0161en transport \u017eivin, komunika\u010dn\u00edch molekul imunitn\u00edho, endokrinn\u00edho a nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, jsou aktivov\u00e1ny geny vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0nemoci apod. <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Cholesterol je \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 \u017eivina, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l bun\u011bk, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jejich membr\u00e1n. Cel\u00e1 \u010dtvrtina z celkov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed cholesterolu je v mozku \u00a0\u2013 a je pro to zatracen\u011b dobr\u00fd d\u016fvod. Bez n\u011bj bychom zem\u0159eli, nebyli bychom schopni p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et nervov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly, myslet, pohybovat se. Nahrad\u00ed-li se cholesterol v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch um\u011bl\u00fdm tukem, bu\u0148ka nen\u00ed schopna norm\u00e1ln\u011b fungovat.<br \/>\n<strong>Studie jasn\u011b uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee nejd\u00e9le a nejl\u00e9pe \u017eij\u00ed lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinou cholesterolu, senio\u0159i s n\u00edzkou hladinou cholesterolu maj\u00ed celkov\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed.<\/strong> I slavn\u00e1 Framinghamsk\u00e1 studie, kterou se paradoxn\u011b oh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed zast\u00e1nci n\u00edzkotu\u010dnosti, ukazuje prav\u00fd opak \u2013 nena\u0161la \u017e\u00e1dnou statisticky v\u00fdznamnou korelaci mezi hladinou cholesterolu a infarkty. P\u0159esto\u017ee ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 let m\u00e1me demokracii a tr\u017en\u00ed ekonomiku, kter\u00e1 p\u0159inesla mnoho mo\u017enost\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, mnoz\u00ed ze senior\u016f z\u016fstali v\u00a0zajet\u00fdch kolej\u00edch a stravuj\u00ed se jak zamlada. V\u00fdsledky jsou jasn\u011b vid\u011bt: obezita, cukrovka, vysok\u00fd tlak, ateroskler\u00f3za, artr\u00f3za, rakovina, demence atd. Strava bohat\u00e1 na sacharidy, nevhodn\u00e9 tuky (t\u00edm mysl\u00edm margar\u00edny a rafinovan\u00e9 oleje, ne m\u00e1slo a s\u00e1dlo!), a hlavn\u011b velmi nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 konzumace zeleniny nese sv\u00e9 ho\u0159k\u00e9 plody. P\u0159idejme k\u00a0tomu minimum zdrav\u00e9ho pohybu a v\u00fdsledek je jasn\u00fd: p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b zest\u00e1rl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk s\u00a0pergamenovou povislou k\u016f\u017e\u00ed, nadv\u00e1hou, slab\u00fdmi svaly, ohnut\u00fdmi z\u00e1dy, cukrovkou, vysok\u00fdm tlakem a ch\u00e1traj\u00edc\u00edm mozkem. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d tak ch\u00e1traj\u00ed, je tak\u00e9 nez\u00e1jem konven\u010dn\u00ed medic\u00edny o \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Nikdo jim v\u010das ne\u0159ekl, co maj\u00ed d\u011blat. Typick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f v\u0161ichni dob\u0159e znaj\u00ed: najde se p\u0159\u00edznak, nap\u00ed\u0161ou se l\u00e9ky. P\u0159esto\u017ee se l\u00e9ka\u0159i u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee prvn\u00edm l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm p\u0159i nadv\u00e1ze, vysok\u00e9m krevn\u00edm tlaku, cukrovce a dal\u0161\u00edch civiliza\u010dn\u00edch nemocech maj\u00ed b\u00fdt doporu\u010den\u00ed ohledn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, moc \u010dasto se toho pacient nedo\u010dk\u00e1. Opakovan\u011b jsem se setkala s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkomu na\u0161li vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cukr, tlak, cholesterol apod., ne\u0159ekli ani slovo o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b, nezeptali se, co ten \u010dlov\u011bk j\u00ed, a rovnou p\u0159edepsali l\u00e9ky. Dokonce se dnes ani na diabetologii \u010dasto neobt\u011b\u017euj\u00ed s\u00a0informacemi o diet\u011b. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pak \u017eije a st\u00e1rne v\u00a0domn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159i jsou tu na opravu porouchan\u00e9ho t\u011bla, a tak\u00e9 netu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee ani jeden z\u00a0l\u00e9k\u016f, kter\u00fd u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu jeho nemoci, mnohdy nemoc p\u0159\u00edmo zhor\u0161uje. Zvyknou si p\u0159i pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch prost\u011b zaj\u00edt k\u00a0doktorovi a o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee dostanou recept. N\u011bkter\u00fdm se rady ohledn\u011b \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy, pokud je n\u00e1hodou dostanou, ani trochu nel\u00edb\u00ed. Kdy\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 dostanou na v\u00fdb\u011br \u2013 l\u00e9ky nebo zm\u011bna \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu \u2013 vyberou si to prvn\u00ed. \u00a0\u00a0 Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se bohu\u017eel mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, stalo ob\u011bt\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch m\u00fdt\u016f a upravili j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd jim p\u0159\u00edmo \u0161kod\u00ed. Jednou z\u00a0nejhor\u0161\u00edch rad, kterou lze star\u0161\u00edmu \u010dlov\u011bku d\u00e1t, je, aby omezil p\u0159\u00edjem \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f. Ano, \u010dtete dob\u0159e. \u017divo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 tuky jsou zdrav\u00e9! N\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e1 m\u00e1nie nap\u00e1chala na seniorech obrovsk\u00e9 \u0161kody. N\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e9 diety po\u0161kodily mnohem v\u00edc lid\u00ed ne\u017e cholesterol. D\u00e9monizace zdrav\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f, jejich nahrazen\u00ed masovou konzumac\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch nekvalitn\u00edch rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u016f a margar\u00edn\u016f plus nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 konzumace sacharid\u016f jsou hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem dne\u0161n\u00ed epidemie Alzheimerovy nemoci a jin\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkce doslova cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na kvalitn\u00edch tuc\u00edch, ty nevhodn\u00e9 ho ni\u010d\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 bu\u0148ka na\u0161eho t\u011bla je obalena bun\u011b\u010dnou membr\u00e1nou. Nen\u00ed to jen n\u011bjak\u00fd obal, bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 membr\u00e1na je mozkem bu\u0148ky. Skrz ni vstupuj\u00ed do bu\u0148ky informace o okol\u00ed, podn\u011bty p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na membr\u00e1nu m\u011bn\u00ed funkci bu\u0148ky. Cokoliv, co nakonec p\u016fsob\u00ed na DNA, muselo nejd\u0159\u00edve zap\u016fsobit na membr\u00e1nu a jin\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 organely a funkce. Kvalita membr\u00e1ny z\u00e1vis\u00ed na kvalit\u011b tuk\u016f, kter\u00e9 ji tvo\u0159\u00ed. Kvalita membr\u00e1ny ur\u010duje jej\u00ed funkci. Nekvalitn\u00ed membr\u00e1na m\u00e1 dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9 dopady na funkci a \u017eivotnost bu\u0148ky \u2013 je naru\u0161en transport \u017eivin, komunika\u010dn\u00edch molekul imunitn\u00edho, endokrinn\u00edho a nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, jsou aktivov\u00e1ny geny vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0nemoci apod. Cholesterol je \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 \u017eivina, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l bun\u011bk, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jejich membr\u00e1n. Cel\u00e1 \u010dtvrtina z celkov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed cholesterolu je v mozku \u00a0\u2013 a je pro to zatracen\u011b dobr\u00fd d\u016fvod. Bez n\u011bj bychom zem\u0159eli, nebyli bychom schopni p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et nervov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly, myslet, pohybovat se. Nahrad\u00ed-li se cholesterol v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch um\u011bl\u00fdm tukem, bu\u0148ka nen\u00ed schopna norm\u00e1ln\u011b fungovat. Studie jasn\u011b uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee nejd\u00e9le a nejl\u00e9pe \u017eij\u00ed lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinou cholesterolu, senio\u0159i s n\u00edzkou hladinou cholesterolu maj\u00ed celkov\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed. Tak\u017ee pokud nechcete na star\u00e1 kolena \u201ezblbnout\u201c a v\u016fbec d\u0159\u00edve a nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b zem\u0159\u00edt, okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159esta\u0148te u\u017e\u00edvat l\u00e9ky na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed cholesterolu.
