Na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 ho naopak uct\u00edvali, slune\u010dn\u00ed bo\u017estva m\u011bla ka\u017ed\u00e1 kultura a civilizace. Lidstvo \u017eilo statis\u00edce let na slunci, nech\u00e1valo ho p\u016fsobit na svou k\u016f\u017ei, p\u0159esto lidem slunce neubli\u017eovalo.<br \/>\nLidov\u00e9 r\u010den\u00ed \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: kam nechod\u00ed slunce, tam chod\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159. T\u00edm bezpochyby odkazuje na vitamin D, kter\u00fd se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0k\u016f\u017ei \u00fa\u010dinkem ultrafialov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti to nen\u00ed vitamin, ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd hormon reguluj\u00edc\u00ed tis\u00edce gen\u016f a proces\u016f v\u00a0t\u011ble, v\u010detn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho vlivu na imunitu. P\u0159ed objevem l\u00e9k\u016f na tuberkul\u00f3zu se nemocn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dili ve vysokohorsk\u00fdch sanatori\u00edch. Jejich sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 funkce vede k\u00a0nadm\u011brn\u011b aktivn\u00edmu imunitn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee projevit jako alergie nebo autoimunita, naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 aktivita regula\u010dn\u00edch bun\u011bk imunitu tlum\u00ed. Nemocn\u00ed se ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no asi 20-30 minut vystavuj\u00ed siln\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kdo se\u00a0boj\u00ed slunce?<\/strong><br \/>\nSlunce n\u00e1m tedy pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vytvo\u0159it vitamin D, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na na\u0161i imunitu a celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, \u0159\u00edd\u00ed na\u0161e biorytmy, vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed hormon\u016f, umo\u017e\u0148uje n\u00e1m kvalitn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 detoxikaci organismu a zlep\u0161uje n\u00e1ladu. Plat\u00ed to i pro populace dodnes \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota.<br \/>\nVitam\u00edn D chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed rakovinou t\u00edm, \u017ee posiluje bun\u011b\u010dnou imunitu. Zbytek roku vid\u00ed slunce zase jen skrz okno.<br \/>\nN\u00e1\u0161 organismus se sluncem po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a pot\u0159ebuje ho, v\u00a0mno\u017estv\u00ed a podob\u011b, na kterou je geneticky naprogramov\u00e1n. Bohu\u017eel sou\u010dasn\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota tomu moc nep\u0159eje. Naprost\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0n\u00e1s pracuje b\u011bhem dne uvnit\u0159 budov a se sluncem se m\u00edj\u00ed. Naru\u0161ujeme si biorytmy um\u011bl\u00fdm prodlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm dne a zkr\u00e1cen\u00edm noci, r\u00e1no pak nem\u016f\u017eeme vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho probuzen\u00ed do nov\u00e9ho dne.
