Chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt je dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fdm p\u0159edch\u016fdcem rakoviny.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Z\u00e1n\u011bt vede ke vzniku voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, proto\u017ee jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed imunitn\u00ed reakce proti patogen\u016fm. Voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly jsou molekuly s\u00a0voln\u00fdm elektronem (reactive oxygen species, ROS). Oxidativn\u00ed stres nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e ROS nejsou vykompenzovan\u00e9 dostatkem antioxidant\u016f. Oxidativn\u00ed stres zp\u016fsobuje po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA i mitochondri\u00ed, spust\u00ed signalizaci nukle\u00e1rn\u00edho faktoru kB (NFkB), proteinu \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edho v\u0161echny z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 procesy, a to vede ke spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 kask\u00e1dy. Vznik\u00e1 za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh, kdy z\u00e1n\u011bt vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres, ten po\u0161kozuje bu\u0148ky a posiluje z\u00e1n\u011bt. Zji\u0161\u0165ujeme, \u017ee t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny civiliza\u010dn\u00ed nemoci jsou z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 a spojen\u00e9 s oxidativn\u00edm stresem: infekce, alergie, autoimunitn\u00ed nemoci, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed nemoci, demence i rakovina. Lid\u00e9 se zbavili akutn\u00edch infekc\u00ed, ale \u017eij\u00ed v\u00a0chronick\u00e9m z\u00e1n\u011btu.<br \/>\nFyziologick\u00fd akutn\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt je ochrann\u00fd, likviduje infekci a hoj\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00ed. Do m\u00edsta z\u00e1n\u011btu proud\u00ed v\u00edc krve nov\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00fdmi c\u00e9vami, shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed se imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se lok\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 oxidativn\u00edho stresu, proto\u017ee ROS jsou zbran\u00ed b\u00edl\u00fdch krvinek. Po zhojen\u00ed se c\u00e9vy odbouraj\u00ed a situace se zklidn\u00ed. Probl\u00e9m nastane, kdy\u017e se z\u00e1n\u011bt nezklidn\u00ed: st\u00e1le se stimuluje tvorba nov\u00fdch c\u00e9v, trv\u00e1 oxidativn\u00ed stres a aktivace imunity. Vznik rakoviny v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu je dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fd jev. Nap\u0159\u00edklad nemocn\u00ed s chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem st\u0159eva, jater, \u017ealudku, plic i jin\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f maj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko rakoviny tohoto org\u00e1nu. Dlouhodob\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt tak\u00e9 po\u0161kozuje bu\u0148ky v\u010detn\u011b DNA, sni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnost chemoterapie, naru\u0161uje apopt\u00f3zu, podporuje \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1doru a angiogenezi. Chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt podporuje rakovinn\u00fd r\u016fst t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159il\u00e1k\u00e1 TAMs (tumor associated macrophages), imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 ve zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9m n\u00e1dorov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed za\u010dnou n\u00e1doru pom\u00e1hat: produkuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 cytokiny, VEGF (r\u016fstov\u00fd faktor podporuj\u00edc\u00ed tvorbu nov\u00fdch c\u00e9v) apod.<br \/>\n<strong>Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 strava je hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu. Kombinace propustn\u00e9ho st\u0159eva v\u00a0d\u016fsledku trval\u00e9ho po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed a z\u00e1plavy nov\u00fdch molekul p\u0159et\u011b\u017euje organismus. Lepek a jin\u00e9 lektiny v\u00a0obilnin\u00e1ch, bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed toxiny, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm lipopolysacharidy, kter\u00e9 jsou velmi siln\u00fdmi stimul\u00e1tory z\u00e1n\u011btu. Toxiny v\u0161eho druhu tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres. Nadv\u00e1ha b\u0159i\u0161n\u00edho typu s \u00fatrobn\u00edm tukem kolem vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f je proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd stav. Av\u0161ak nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou v\u00a0lidsk\u00e9 strav\u011b b\u011bhem posledn\u00edho stolet\u00ed bylo zaveden\u00ed a postupn\u011b se zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed konzumace z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch omega 6 rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u016f (b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 oleje, margar\u00edny, ztu\u017een\u00e9 tuky a logicky \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echny potraviny, kter\u00e9 je obsahuj\u00ed, prakticky ve\u0161ker\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed), naopak nedostatek omega 3 tuk\u016f a antioxidant\u016f v\u00a0potrav\u011b (zelenina, ko\u0159en\u00ed, byliny, n\u011bkter\u00e9 ovoce). Rostlinn\u00e9 rafinovan\u00e9 oleje nejsou problematick\u00e9 pouze obsahem omega 6, ale tak\u00e9 toxicitou v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu. Sem\u00ednko je vystaveno b\u011blidl\u016fm, deodorizant\u016fm, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdl\u016fm, je zah\u0159\u00e1to na vysokou teplotu a vystaveno kysl\u00edku. Horko + kysl\u00edk = oxidace = \u017eluknut\u00ed. Takov\u00fd olej je roven b\u00edl\u00e9mu cukru: \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, jen toxiny. Lahev takov\u00e9ho oleje se rovn\u00e1 lahvi voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f. Je to, jako byste si dop\u0159\u00e1li rentgen.<br \/>\nRafinovan\u00e9 tuky jsou novinkou, nikdy p\u0159edt\u00edm lid\u00e9 nic podobn\u00e9ho nejedli! Jejich konzumace byl masivn\u00ed experiment na cel\u00e9 populaci, s\u00a0drastick\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky.<br \/>\nNebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 nerovnov\u00e1ha mezi omega 3 a omega 6 mastn\u00fdmi kyselinami stimuluje tvorbu z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch prostaglandin\u016f. Nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e9ky (acylpyrin, ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen atd.) pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edm l\u00e9k\u016fm. Na\u0161e t\u011bla se vyvinula na pom\u011bru omega 3 ku omega 6 v\u00a0potrav\u011b kolem 1:1, ale dne\u0161n\u00ed strava m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt tento pom\u011br a\u017e 1:30. Strava s\u00a0p\u0159evahou omega 6 zp\u016fsobuje a\u017e 40 x v\u00edce po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA ne\u017e strava s\u00a0vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdm pom\u011brem omega 3 ku 6. N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 strava pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 p\u0159i rakovin\u011b je nevyhnuteln\u011b bohat\u00e1 na tuky (b\u00edlkoviny jsou tak\u00e9 omezen\u00e9), proto kvalita tuk\u016f, kter\u00e9 budete j\u00edst, je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Postavit n\u00edzkosacharidovou stravu na nevhodn\u00fdch tuc\u00edch je \u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<br \/>\nOmega 3 a 6 jsou esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, mus\u00edme je j\u00edst. Omega 6 podporuj\u00ed tvorbu proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch PG2 aktivac\u00ed COX2. Omega 3 podporuj\u00ed tvorbu protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch PG1 a 3, jejich\u017e \u00fakolem je blokovat PG 2.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1sadn\u00edm krokem ke ztlumen\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btu je tedy p\u0159estat konzumovat rafinovan\u00e9 oleje z\u00a0rostlinn\u00fdch semen a vyh\u00fdbat se jim ve zpracovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, v\u010detn\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u011b zvy\u0161te konzumaci omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin v tu\u010dn\u00fdch ryb\u00e1ch, jako jsou sardinky, makrely, sled\u011b, an\u010dovi\u010dky, treska a losos. Pozor, \u010derstv\u00e9 ryby by m\u011bly b\u00fdt uloven\u00e9, ne chovan\u00e9 na farm\u00e1ch, konzervovan\u00e9 ryby by nem\u011bly b\u00fdt v\u00a0rostlinn\u00e9m (tj. rafinovan\u00e9m) oleji, ale v\u00a0olivov\u00e9m oleji nebo ve vlastn\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1v\u011b.<br \/>\nProtiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed tak\u00e9 omega 9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, olivov\u00fd olej. M\u011bl by b\u00fdt extra virgin, co nejaromati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejzelen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, takov\u00fd obsahuje nejv\u00edc antioxidant\u016f. Dobr\u00fdmi zdroji zdrav\u00fdch tuk\u016f jsou tak\u00e9 tmav\u00e1 listov\u00e1 zelenina, o\u0159echy (vla\u0161sk\u00e9, mandle, makadamov\u00e9). S\u00a0t\u011bmito tuky zach\u00e1zejte \u0161etrn\u011b, nejl\u00e9pe j\u00edst zastudena nebo jen lehce zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9. Zelen\u00e9 rostliny a divok\u00e9 byliny obsahuj\u00ed alfalinolenovou kyselinu, prekurzor omega 3. Proto tuk pasen\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at obsahuje protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 omega 3, oproti zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm krmen\u00fdm obilninami, jejich\u017e tuk obsahuje v\u00edc omega 6. Pozor, nejde o bio \u010di ne-bio kvalitu, ale o zp\u016fsob krmen\u00ed, i bio zv\u00ed\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt krmeno zrn\u00edm a m\u00edt nezdrav\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed mastn\u00fdch kyselin ve sv\u00e9m tuku. Kr\u00e1vy by m\u011bly b\u00fdt 100% krmeny tr\u00e1vou a senem, ku\u0159ata jsou v\u0161e\u017eravci, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed m\u00edt mo\u017enost si naj\u00edt a\u00a0se\u017erat brouky, \u017e\u00ed\u017ealy a podobnou hav\u011b\u0165.<br \/>\nPotraviny v\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9 form\u011b v\u017edy poskytuj\u00ed v\u00edc protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch a antioxida\u010dn\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Populace, jejich\u017e strava je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na hojn\u00e9 konzumace \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch potravin, ale v\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9 podob\u011b (nap\u0159. Inuit\u00e9, Masajov\u00e9), jsou zdrav\u00e9 a netrp\u00ed rakovinou ani jin\u00fdmi civiliza\u010dn\u00edmi nemocemi. Av\u0161ak nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou v\u00a0lidsk\u00e9 strav\u011b b\u011bhem posledn\u00edho stolet\u00ed bylo zaveden\u00ed a postupn\u011b se zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed konzumace z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch omega 6 rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u016f (b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 oleje, margar\u00edny, ztu\u017een\u00e9 tuky a logicky \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echny potraviny, kter\u00e9 je obsahuj\u00ed, prakticky ve\u0161ker\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed), naopak nedostatek omega 3 tuk\u016f a antioxidant\u016f v\u00a0potrav\u011b (zelenina, ko\u0159en\u00ed, byliny, n\u011bkter\u00e9 ovoce). Rostlinn\u00e9 rafinovan\u00e9 oleje nejsou problematick\u00e9 pouze obsahem omega 6, ale tak\u00e9 toxicitou v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu. Sem\u00ednko je vystaveno b\u011blidl\u016fm, deodorizant\u016fm, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdl\u016fm, je zah\u0159\u00e1to na vysokou teplotu a vystaveno kysl\u00edku. Horko + kysl\u00edk = oxidace = \u017eluknut\u00ed. Takov\u00fd olej je roven b\u00edl\u00e9mu cukru: \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, jen toxiny. Lahev takov\u00e9ho oleje se rovn\u00e1 lahvi voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f. Je to, jako byste si dop\u0159\u00e1li rentgen. Rafinovan\u00e9 tuky jsou novinkou, nikdy p\u0159edt\u00edm lid\u00e9 nic podobn\u00e9ho nejedli! Jejich konzumace byl masivn\u00ed experiment na cel\u00e9 populaci, s\u00a0drastick\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky. Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 nerovnov\u00e1ha mezi omega 3 a omega 6 mastn\u00fdmi kyselinami stimuluje tvorbu z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch prostaglandin\u016f. Nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e9ky (acylpyrin, ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen atd.) pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edm l\u00e9k\u016fm. Na\u0161e t\u011bla se vyvinula na pom\u011bru omega 3 ku omega 6 v\u00a0potrav\u011b kolem 1:1, ale dne\u0161n\u00ed strava m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt tento pom\u011br a\u017e 1:30. Strava s\u00a0p\u0159evahou omega 6 zp\u016fsobuje a\u017e 40 x v\u00edce po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA ne\u017e strava s\u00a0vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdm pom\u011brem omega 3 ku 6. N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 strava pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 p\u0159i rakovin\u011b je nevyhnuteln\u011b bohat\u00e1 na tuky (b\u00edlkoviny jsou tak\u00e9 omezen\u00e9), proto kvalita tuk\u016f, kter\u00e9 budete j\u00edst, je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Postavit n\u00edzkosacharidovou stravu na nevhodn\u00fdch tuc\u00edch je \u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Omega 3 a 6 jsou esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, mus\u00edme je j\u00edst. Omega 6 podporuj\u00ed tvorbu proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch PG2 aktivac\u00ed COX2. Omega 3 podporuj\u00ed tvorbu protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch PG1 a 3, jejich\u017e \u00fakolem je blokovat PG 2. Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm krokem ke ztlumen\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btu je tedy p\u0159estat konzumovat rafinovan\u00e9 oleje z\u00a0rostlinn\u00fdch semen a vyh\u00fdbat se jim ve zpracovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, v\u010detn\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u011b zvy\u0161te konzumaci omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin v tu\u010dn\u00fdch ryb\u00e1ch, jako jsou sardinky, makrely, sled\u011b, an\u010dovi\u010dky, treska a losos. Pozor, \u010derstv\u00e9 ryby by m\u011bly b\u00fdt uloven\u00e9, ne chovan\u00e9 na farm\u00e1ch, konzervovan\u00e9 ryby by nem\u011bly b\u00fdt v\u00a0rostlinn\u00e9m (tj. rafinovan\u00e9m) oleji, ale v\u00a0olivov\u00e9m oleji nebo ve vlastn\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1v\u011b. Protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed tak\u00e9 omega 9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, olivov\u00fd olej. M\u011bl by b\u00fdt extra virgin, co nejaromati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejzelen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, takov\u00fd obsahuje nejv\u00edc antioxidant\u016f. Dobr\u00fdmi zdroji zdrav\u00fdch tuk\u016f jsou tak\u00e9 tmav\u00e1 listov\u00e1 zelenina, o\u0159echy (vla\u0161sk\u00e9, mandle, makadamov\u00e9). S\u00a0t\u011bmito tuky zach\u00e1zejte \u0161etrn\u011b, nejl\u00e9pe j\u00edst zastudena nebo jen lehce zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9. Zelen\u00e9 rostliny a divok\u00e9 byliny obsahuj\u00ed alfalinolenovou kyselinu, prekurzor omega 3. Proto tuk pasen\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at obsahuje protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 omega 3, oproti zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm krmen\u00fdm obilninami, jejich\u017e tuk obsahuje v\u00edc omega 6. Pozor, nejde o bio \u010di ne-bio kvalitu, ale o zp\u016fsob krmen\u00ed, i bio zv\u00ed\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt krmeno zrn\u00edm a m\u00edt nezdrav\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed mastn\u00fdch kyselin ve sv\u00e9m tuku. Kr\u00e1vy by m\u011bly b\u00fdt 100% krmeny tr\u00e1vou a senem, ku\u0159ata jsou v\u0161e\u017eravci, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed m\u00edt mo\u017enost si naj\u00edt a\u00a0se\u017erat brouky, \u017e\u00ed\u017ealy a podobnou hav\u011b\u0165. Potraviny v\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9 form\u011b v\u017edy poskytuj\u00ed v\u00edc protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch a antioxida\u010dn\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Populace, jejich\u017e strava je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na hojn\u00e9 konzumace \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch potravin, ale v\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9 podob\u011b (nap\u0159. Inuit\u00e9, Masajov\u00e9), jsou zdrav\u00e9 a netrp\u00ed rakovinou ani jin\u00fdmi civiliza\u010dn\u00edmi nemocemi.
