Pak velmi \u010dasto propadaj\u00ed panice, <\/strong>nebo\u0165 se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed s obrovsk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch informac\u00ed a pot\u0159ebovaly by \u010das na to, aby si v tom ud\u011blaly po\u0159\u00e1dek. Je toti\u017e t\u0159eba <strong>promyslet si souvislosti a odd\u011blit podstatn\u00e9 od nepodstatn\u00e9ho<\/strong>. Po narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte na to ale p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasu nemaj\u00ed. Pro sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b cht\u011bj\u00ed to nejlep\u0161\u00ed, ale najednou si nejsou jist\u00e9, co to je. Poj\u010fme si tedy \u0159\u00edci ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se stravy na\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kojen\u00ed<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Nikdo dnes u\u017e nepochybuje o tom, \u017ee kojen\u00ed je z\u00e1kladem zdrav\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje d\u00edt\u011bte. Do p\u016fl roku by d\u00edt\u011b m\u011blo b\u00fdt pln\u011b kojen\u00e9, pot\u00e9 za\u010dneme p\u0159id\u00e1vat p\u0159\u00edkrmy, jako je zelenina, pak obiloviny a tepeln\u011b upraven\u00e9 ovoce. V druh\u00e9m roce \u017eivota j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek postupn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme o v\u0161echny dal\u0161\u00ed chut\u011b, ingredience a zp\u016fsoby \u00fapravy. Postupn\u011b tedy p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me j\u00eddlo a sni\u017eujeme pod\u00edl kojen\u00ed. V obdob\u00ed kojen\u00ed je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, co maminka j\u00ed. Pokud se stravuje nevhodn\u011b, nebo m\u00e1 n\u011bkter\u00e9 potravinov\u00e9 intolerance, je\u017e nerespektuje, m\u016f\u017ee to zat\u011b\u017eovat i d\u00edt\u011b a v\u00e9st k n\u011bkter\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.<br \/>\nZhruba ve dvou letech d\u00edt\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed enzymy na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny a v\u00a0t\u00e9to dob\u011b tedy m\u016f\u017eeme kojen\u00ed vysadit bez jak\u00e9hokoliv psychick\u00e9ho stresu. P\u0159i nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9m kojen\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u0161ak na konci druh\u00e9ho roku tento p\u0159echod pro maminku i d\u00edt\u011b stresuj\u00edc\u00ed.\u00a0 Ve t\u0159et\u00edm roce \u017eivota d\u00edt\u011bte je ji\u017e kojen\u00ed nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9, a to jak psychicky, tak fyzicky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zelenina<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Je velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou a nenahraditelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stravy, a to u\u017e od kojeneck\u00e9ho v\u011bku. Je zdrojem vitamin\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f i vl\u00e1kniny a tak\u00e9 je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sadotvornou slo\u017ekou stravy. Je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit n\u011bkter\u00e9 souvislosti.<br \/>\nJako \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fd druh s\u00a0danou konstrukc\u00ed tr\u00e1vic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu nejsme schopni str\u00e1vit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed syrov\u00e9 zeleniny a tak\u00e9 z n\u00ed nevy\u010derp\u00e1me v\u0161e pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. Proto je pro n\u00e1s od nej\u00fatlej\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku podstatn\u00e9, aby z\u00e1kladem stravy byla tepeln\u011b upraven\u00e1 zelenina.<br \/>\nOd 7. m\u011bs\u00edce v\u011bku ji d\u00edt\u011bti p\u0159ipravujeme na kvalitn\u00edm oleji (sezamov\u00fd, slune\u010dnicov\u00fd, olivov\u00fd za studena lisovan\u00fd), \u010d\u00edm\u017e z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me i vitaminy rozpustn\u00e9 v tuc\u00edch. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je zde to, \u017ee zelenina se mus\u00ed sn\u00edst hned po tepeln\u00e9 \u00faprav\u011b, nebo\u0165 po vychladnut\u00ed zahn\u00edv\u00e1 a ztr\u00e1c\u00ed sv\u016fj z\u00e1sadotvorn\u00fd charakter. Zeleninu proto ji\u017e znovu neoh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me.<br \/>\nCo se t\u00fd\u010de pestrosti, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me cel\u00e9 spektrum zeleniny, ale vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me se lilkovit\u00fdm rostlin\u00e1m. U star\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1me nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy zelenin, jejich kombinac\u00ed, ale i r\u016fzn\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 a konzisten\u010dn\u00ed \u00fapravy. Nezapom\u00edn\u00e1me na om\u00e1\u010dky a pol\u00e9vky a tak\u00e9 na zeleninu ml\u00e9\u010dn\u011b kva\u0161enou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiloviny<br \/>\n<\/strong>Spolu se zeleninou tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad na\u0161\u00ed stravy. Sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom slo\u017een\u00ed enzym\u016f rozkl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00e9 cukry na jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou produkov\u00e1ny na\u0161im tr\u00e1vic\u00edm syst\u00e9mem. Je v\u0161ak obrovsk\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi tr\u00e1ven\u00edm uva\u0159en\u00e9ho obiln\u00e9ho zrna a mouky. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je velmi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1 intolerance na lepek, je dobr\u00e9 p\u0161enici a \u017eito za\u0159azovat v men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e, a kdy\u017e tak ve form\u011b kuskusu, bulguru nebo t\u011bstovin.<br \/>\nLepek za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me do d\u011btsk\u00e9 stravy za\u0159azovat po dovr\u0161en\u00ed jednoho roku a s pe\u010divem nesp\u011bch\u00e1me. Doba, kdy se tvrdilo, \u017ee se m\u00e1 lepek za\u0159azovat do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku ji\u017e od \u010dtvrt\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00edce \u017eivota d\u00edt\u011bte, je na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed ji\u017e p\u0159ekonan\u00e1. Zjistilo se toti\u017e, \u017ee pokud se lepek pod\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy, nar\u016fst\u00e1 v obrovsk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e celiakie i intolerance na lepek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00edlkoviny<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Jde o z\u00e1kladn\u00ed staven\u00ed kameny pro r\u016fst lidsk\u00e9ho organismu, a tud\u00ed\u017e jsou pot\u0159eba denn\u011b, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pro rostouc\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00fd organismus. Jejich pot\u0159ebu v\u0161ak nemus\u00edme pokr\u00fdvat pouze masem, nebo\u0165 na\u0161e tr\u00e1ven\u00ed nen\u00ed toto\u017en\u00e9 s\u00a0tr\u00e1vic\u00edm \u00fastroj\u00edm \u0161elem. Jako lid\u00e9 tr\u00e1v\u00edme maso pomalu a stoj\u00ed n\u00e1s to mnoho energie. Pln\u011b posta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e d\u00edt\u011b bude m\u00edt kvalitn\u00ed maso k\u00a0dispozici 1x a\u017e 2x za t\u00fdden. Nej\u010dast\u011bji za\u0159azujeme ryby a bio dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed maso. V ostatn\u00ed dny pak dopl\u0148ujeme b\u00edlkoviny kombinac\u00ed obiloviny a lu\u0161t\u011bniny, nebo\u0165 tyto dv\u011b potraviny dohromady t\u011blu v\u017edy poskytuj\u00ed kompletn\u00ed esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyseliny. Pokud obilovinu a lu\u0161t\u011bninu dopln\u00edme tepeln\u011b upravenou zeleninou, m\u00e1me nejen v\u0161echny \u017eiviny, ale tak\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1me vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 j\u00eddlo i po str\u00e1nce kyselinotvornosti a z\u00e1sadotvornosti.
