Jak tedy pe\u010dovat o pevnost a kvalitu sv\u00fdch kost\u00ed? P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si prvn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st textu, cel\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek je k dispozici na <a href=\"http:\/\/emedunka.cz\">emedunka.cz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0158\u00eddnut\u00ed kost\u00ed neboli osteopor\u00f3za pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed civiliza\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<br>Je to nemoc ekonomicky velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00e1, proto\u017ee vede ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b sob\u011bsta\u010dnosti a pohyblivosti, zejm\u00e9na u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/strong> M\u016f\u017ee zab\u00edjet &#8212; ztr\u00e1ta hybnosti je rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e1 \u00famrt\u00ed. Zr\u00e1dnost osteopor\u00f3zy spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v&nbsp;tom, \u017ee dlouho nevyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edznaky ani nebol\u00ed, prvn\u00edm projevem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zlomenina nebo komprese obratl\u016f a deformity p\u00e1te\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kvalitu sv\u00fdch kost\u00ed ovliv\u0148ujeme cel\u00fd \u017eivot<\/strong><br>Kostn\u00ed hmotu budujeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm b\u011bhem d\u011btstv\u00ed, ale kvalitu sv\u00fdch kost\u00ed ovliv\u0148ujeme cel\u00fd \u017eivot. \u0158\u00eddnut\u00ed kost\u00ed v\u00a0souvislosti se zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm se v\u011bkem nen\u00ed nevyhnuteln\u00e9. Kost je metabolicky aktivn\u00ed, neust\u00e1le se tvo\u0159\u00ed a odbour\u00e1v\u00e1. Hustota kost\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, kter\u00fd proces p\u0159eva\u017euje. Osteopor\u00f3za je d\u016fsledkem vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kosti ne\u017e jej\u00edho budov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br>Kost se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z\u00a0dvoj\u00edho druhu bun\u011bk: osteoblast\u016f, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed kost a osteoklast\u016f, kter\u00e9 ji odbour\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Osteoblasty produkuj\u00ed nebun\u011b\u010dnou kostn\u00ed tk\u00e1\u0148, zejm\u00e9na kolagen, kter\u00e1 se pak mineralizuje. Miner\u00e1ly v\u00a0kostech jsou ionty v\u00e1pn\u00edku, fosforu, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, drasl\u00edku, sod\u00edku, citr\u00e1ty a uhli\u010ditany. V\u00e1pn\u00edk a fosfor jsou v\u00e1z\u00e1ny p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ve form\u011b hydroxyapatitu. Spojen\u00ed kolagenn\u00edch vl\u00e1ken a hydroxyapatitu zaji\u0161\u0165uje pevnost kosti.
