Star\u00e1 se o to, aby se v\u00a0na\u0161em t\u011ble ne\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili nezvan\u00ed host\u00e9 (mikrobi), kontroluje zdrav\u00ed na\u0161ich vlastn\u00edch bun\u011bk. Vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fd imunitn\u00ed dohled, vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00e9 bu\u0148ky v\u010detn\u011b rakovinn\u00fdch a likviduje je. V\u00fdhradn\u011b kvalita na\u0161eho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu zajist\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di infekc\u00edm, rakovin\u011b, alergi\u00edm a autoimunit\u011b. Samotn\u00fd vznik rakoviny ukazuje, \u017ee imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m spr\u00e1vn\u011b nefungoval.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vrozen\u00e1 a adaptivn\u00ed imunita<\/strong><br \/>\nImunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m (IS) je tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n a \u0159\u00edzen na\u0161\u00edm mikrobiomem, zejm\u00e9na st\u0159evn\u00edm. Na\u0161e bakterie ve st\u0159ev\u011b reguluj\u00ed, jak bude IS fungovat, naru\u0161en\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00edch bakteri\u00ed vede k\u00a0naru\u0161en\u00ed imunity. Imunitn\u00ed dysfunkce jsou d\u011bsiv\u011b \u010dast\u00e9, souvis\u00ed se v\u0161emi nemocemi, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s dnes su\u017euj\u00ed. Oslaben\u00e1 imunita se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat jako \u010dast\u00e9 infekty (nebo v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 infekty nebo vlekl\u00e9 virov\u00e9 infekce), alergie, autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ateroskler\u00f3za, demence, cukrovka nebo rakovina, p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jsou ale tyt\u00e9\u017e: naru\u0161en\u00ed mikrobiomu, propustn\u00e9 st\u0159evo, chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt a dysfunkce imunity.<br \/>\nZ\u00a0hlediska funkce rozli\u0161ujeme imunitu vrozenou (bun\u011b\u010dnou) a adaptivn\u00ed (humor\u00e1ln\u00ed). V\u00a0brzl\u00edku (thymu) doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0v\u00fdvoji a \u0161kolen\u00ed T lymfocyt\u016f, v kostn\u00ed d\u0159eni se vyv\u00edjej\u00ed B lymfocyty. M\u00e1me n\u011bkolik druh\u016f imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk s\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdmi funkcemi. Natural killers (NK, p\u0159irozen\u00ed zab\u00edje\u010di) bu\u0148ky jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vrozen\u00e9 imunity, zab\u00edjej\u00ed a likviduj\u00ed rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. B lymfocyty produkuj\u00ed protil\u00e1tky proti antigen\u016fm, jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed adaptivn\u00ed imunity. T lymfocyty se d\u011bl\u00ed na n\u011bkolik podtyp\u016f. Pomocn\u00e9 (helper, Th) lymfocyty rozpozn\u00e1vaj\u00ed antigeny, produkuj\u00ed cytokiny (komunika\u010dn\u00ed molekuly IS), aktivuj\u00ed jin\u00e9 T lymfocyty a B lymfocyty, kter\u00e9 produkuj\u00ed protil\u00e1tky. D\u011bl\u00ed se do n\u011bkolika podskupin, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jsou Th 1 lymfocyty aktivuj\u00edc\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou imunitu, zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ochranu proti rakovin\u011b a nitrobun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1kaz\u00e1m (viry, chlamydie, mykoplazmata, borelie). Th 2 lymfocyty aktivuj\u00ed humor\u00e1ln\u00ed imunitu, tj. B lymfocyty a tvorbu protil\u00e1tek, kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165uje reakci proti mimobun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm hrozb\u00e1m, jako jsou alergeny, autoprotil\u00e1tky, mimobun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 bakterie a paraziti. Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou skupinou jsou regula\u010dn\u00ed T lymfocyty, jejich\u017e funkc\u00ed je modulovat a vyp\u00ednat imunitn\u00ed reakce. Cytotoxick\u00e9 T lymfocyty likviduj\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. Makrof\u00e1gov\u00e9 rozpoznaj\u00ed a ni\u010d\u00ed patogeny a n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky.<br \/>\nVrozen\u00e1 imunita zahrnuje ko\u017en\u00ed a slizni\u010dn\u00ed bari\u00e9ry, zaji\u0161\u0165uje prvn\u00ed reakci na antigeny, jej\u00ed aktivace vede k\u00a0rozvoji z\u00e1n\u011btu a hore\u010dky. Zaji\u0161\u0165uje obranu proti nitrobun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm mikrob\u016fm a rakovin\u011b. Jej\u00edmi bojovn\u00edky jsou makrof\u00e1gy, NK bu\u0148ky, Th1 lymfocyty, T regs, cytotoxick\u00e9 T lymfocyty. Reakce je rychl\u00e1, nem\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165, reaguje v\u017edy stejn\u011b. Adaptivn\u00ed imunita se vyv\u00edj\u00ed b\u011bhem d\u011btstv\u00ed, reaguje na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed antigen a m\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165. Reaguje na mimobun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 hrozby (toxiny, alergeny, paraziti), pomoc\u00ed B lymfocyt\u016f a produkce protil\u00e1tek. Zdrav\u00fd IS si spr\u00e1vn\u011b vybere, jak reagovat, p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1 dle pot\u0159eby, ale nezdrav\u00fd IS se zasekne se v\u00a0jednom modu, co\u017e potla\u010d\u00ed druhou v\u011btev. V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed v\u00a0civilizovan\u00fdch zem\u00edch je v\u00a0p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm Th2 modu, proto\u017ee nejsme vystaveni tolika parazit\u016fm a bakteri\u00edm jako v\u00a0minulosti, n\u00e1\u0161 IS nem\u00e1 tolik tr\u00e9ninku. Th 1 je protirakovinn\u00fd m\u00f3d, proto stav dominantn\u00ed Th2, zvy\u0161uje riziko rakoviny.<br \/>\nRakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky um\u011bj\u00ed IS obelst\u00edt. Zamaskuj\u00ed se, produkuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 cytokiny a jin\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 paralyzuj\u00ed IS. N\u00e1dor m\u011bn\u00ed funkci makrof\u00e1g\u016f. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed makrof\u00e1gy rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky rozpoznaj\u00ed a zni\u010d\u00ed, ale v n\u00e1dorov\u00e9m mikroprost\u0159ed\u00ed se jejich funkce zm\u011bn\u00ed. TAM (tumor asociated macrophages) reaguj\u00ed na sign\u00e1ly hypoxie, produkuj\u00ed c\u00e9vn\u00ed r\u016fstov\u00fd faktor (VEGF), aby k\u00a0n\u00e1doru p\u0159ivedly c\u00e9vy a kysl\u00edk. Naru\u0161uj\u00ed strukturu mezibun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 matrix, a t\u00edm umo\u017en\u00ed r\u016fst n\u00e1doru, d\u00e1le vylu\u010duj\u00ed molekuly potla\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed funkci T lymfocyt\u016f. Druh a mno\u017estv\u00ed TAM je markerem agresivity tumoru, v nejagresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch tumorech mohou tvo\u0159it a\u017e 50 % hmoty. Spr\u00e1vnou funkci makrof\u00e1g\u016f naru\u0161uje nedostatek vitam\u00edn\u016f B12 (!), B6 a potravinov\u00e9 alergie.<br \/>\nCelkov\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed organismu, neust\u00e1l\u00fd \u00fatok cizorod\u00fdch antigen\u016f p\u0159i syndromu propustn\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed (leaky tissue, zejm\u00e9na st\u0159eva a plic) p\u0159et\u00ed\u017e\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, naru\u0161\u00ed jeho rovnov\u00e1hu a v\u00a0takov\u00e9 situaci m\u016f\u017ee vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1dor uniknout pozornosti IS. Dne\u0161n\u00ed strava znamen\u00e1 nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fd \u00fatok nov\u00fdch a ciz\u00edch antigen\u016f (tzv. neoantigeny), zejm\u00e9na jde o obilniny, lu\u0161t\u011bniny, lepek, A1 kasein, cukr, barviva, chemick\u00e9 konzervanty, um\u011bl\u00e1 sladidla a emulg\u00e1tory. To v\u0161e zp\u016fsobuje LGS, kter\u00fd je ko\u0159enem imunitn\u00ed dysfunkce dne\u0161n\u00edch lid\u00ed. M\u00e1me ho v\u0161ichni.<br \/>\nKrom\u011b neoantigen\u016f m\u00e1 modern\u00ed strava nedostatek \u017eivin, p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd d\u016fsledek ofici\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed (\u201ejezte hodn\u011b obilnin, lu\u0161t\u011bnin, nejezte nasycen\u00e9 tuky, nejezte maso, hlavn\u011b ne tmav\u00e9, ani vnit\u0159nosti, jezte um\u011bl\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 tuky\u2026\u201c). St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiota se po\u0161kod\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b touto ofici\u00e1ln\u011b \u201ezdravou\u201c stravou, antibiotiky, dal\u0161\u00edmi l\u00e9ky a chemik\u00e1liemi. A nav\u00edc v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdm chronick\u00fdm a nep\u0159irozen\u00fdm stresem, kter\u00fd dokon\u010d\u00ed, co strava za\u010dala. Krom\u011b stravy IS po\u0161kozuje sedav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, toxiny, hygiena a devastace mikrobioty na t\u011blesn\u00fdch povr\u0161\u00edch, l\u00e9ky i samotn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba rakoviny.<br \/>\nLepek zvy\u0161uje produkci zonulinu, p\u0159\u00edmo zp\u016fsobuje LGS. Je to jako otev\u0159\u00edt vrata doko\u0159\u00e1n a nechat voln\u011b vstoupit kohokoli. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b by spojen\u00ed mezi st\u0159evn\u00edmi bu\u0148kami m\u011blo fungovat jako ochranka, ka\u017ed\u00e9ho zkontrolovat, pustit jen pozvan\u00e9. LGS vede k\u00a0chronick\u00e9 Th2 dominanci, proto\u017ee organismus je zaplaven ciz\u00edmi antigeny a spust\u00ed se alergick\u00e1 reakce. Krom\u011b lepku k\u00a0propustnosti st\u0159eva p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u0161echny obilniny, proto\u017ee obsahuj\u00ed lektiny &#8211; proteiny, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, vyvolaj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed reakci proti sob\u011b a sou\u010dasn\u011b proti tk\u00e1ni, na kterou se nav\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Rostliny produkuj\u00ed lektiny jako chemick\u00e9 zbran\u011b, mal\u00e9 \u0161k\u016fdce, jako je hmyz, lektiny mohou paralyzovat i zab\u00edt, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161k\u016fdce, jako jsou savci v\u010detn\u011b \u010dlov\u011bka, jen zdravotn\u011b po\u0161kod\u00ed a oslab\u00ed. Na toto t\u00e9ma ned\u00e1vno vy\u0161la skv\u011bl\u00e1 kniha dr. Gundryho <em>Skryt\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch potravin<\/em>, v\u0159ele ji doporu\u010duji. Lektiny v\u00a0obilnin\u00e1ch a lu\u0161t\u011bnin\u00e1ch po\u0161kozuj\u00ed produkci lymfocyt\u016f a stimuluj\u00ed produkci z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch cytokin\u016f. Emulg\u00e1tory jsou syntetick\u00e1 aditiva ve zpracovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, maj\u00ed zajistit spojen\u00ed ingredienc\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b mono- a diglyceridy, polysorb\u00e1t 80, s\u00f3jov\u00fd lecithin, karboxymetylcelul\u00f3za. Th 1 je protirakovinn\u00fd m\u00f3d, proto stav dominantn\u00ed Th2, zvy\u0161uje riziko rakoviny. Rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky um\u011bj\u00ed IS obelst\u00edt. Zamaskuj\u00ed se, produkuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 cytokiny a jin\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 paralyzuj\u00ed IS. N\u00e1dor m\u011bn\u00ed funkci makrof\u00e1g\u016f. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed makrof\u00e1gy rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky rozpoznaj\u00ed a zni\u010d\u00ed, ale v n\u00e1dorov\u00e9m mikroprost\u0159ed\u00ed se jejich funkce zm\u011bn\u00ed.
