Oba auto\u0159i s n\u00e1mi st\u00e1le spolupracuj\u00ed a tak\u00e9 tento \u010dl\u00e1nek m\u00e1 co \u0159\u00edct i v roce leto\u0161n\u00edm&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny nemoc\u00ed kloub\u016f mohou b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e9, nav\u00edc stejn\u00e1 nemoc m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a podle tohoto je t\u0159eba ji l\u00e9\u010dit.<\/strong> P\u0159i vzniku t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed <strong>\u010dasto hraj\u00ed roli ledviny,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 vy\u017eivuj\u00ed kosti a jsou org\u00e1nem zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edm stabilitu na\u0161\u00ed kostry. P\u0159i\u00a0 nedostate\u010dnosti ledvin se mohou miner\u00e1ly a hlavn\u011b v\u00e1pn\u00edk ukl\u00e1dat jinde ne\u017e v\u00a0kostech, kosti pak \u0159\u00eddnou a v\u00e1penat\u00e9 usazeniny po\u0161kozuj\u00ed klouby nebo c\u00e9vn\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u010di vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed kam\u00ednky v r\u016fzn\u00fdch org\u00e1nech. V\u00e1penat\u00e9 usazeniny kloub\u016f pak po\u0161kozuj\u00ed kloubn\u00ed chrupavky a vedou k bolestiv\u00fdm deformit\u00e1m kloub\u016f.<br>Druh\u00e1 skupina nemoc\u00ed kloub\u016f souvis\u00ed s imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem &#8212; tyto nemoci jsou zp\u016fsobeny t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 zmaten\u00fd imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m ni\u010d\u00ed bu\u0148ky vlastn\u00edho t\u011bla, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bu\u0148ky kloub\u016f. Na vzniku nemoc\u00ed kloub\u016f se ov\u0161em mohou pod\u00edlet i dal\u0161\u00ed org\u00e1ny, zejm\u00e9na j\u00e1tra. Po\u0161kozen\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f \u010di nedostate\u010dnost imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0nemoci kloub\u016f, by m\u011bl zku\u0161en\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159 \u010di l\u00e9\u010ditel poznat a na z\u00e1klad\u011b stanoven\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 diagn\u00f3zy pak adekv\u00e1tn\u011b l\u00e9\u010dit, v\u010detn\u011b doporu\u010den\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u011b vhodn\u00e9 stravy. P\u0159esto\u017ee je ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk origin\u00e1l a \u2013 jak u\u017e jsme zd\u016fraznili \u2013 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny kloubn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e9, je mo\u017en\u00e9 pojmenovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 obecn\u00e9 znaky:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nemoci kloub\u016f &#8211; obecn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny<\/strong><br>Kloub\u016fm nejv\u00edce \u0161kod\u00ed lilkovit\u00e9 rostliny. Rul\u00edk zlomocn\u00fd jist\u011b nikdo z n\u00e1s j\u00edst nebude, ov\u0161em jeho bl\u00edzc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00ed &#8212; brambory, raj\u010data, lilek a tab\u00e1k &#8212; tak\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed toxick\u00e9 alkaloidy a t\u011b\u017ekou nerovnov\u00e1hu drasl\u00edku a sod\u00edku, a proto jsou jednou z \u010dast\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din kloubn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed. Po vysazen\u00ed lilkovit\u00fdch rostlin ze stravy nez\u0159\u00eddka pozorujeme \u00fastup bolest\u00ed kloub\u016f a zlep\u0161en\u00ed jejich hybnosti. V praxi jsme tak\u00e9 nejednou vid\u011bli, jak n\u00e1vrat brambor do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vedl k znovuobjeven\u00ed kloubn\u00edch bolest\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edt\u00edm na del\u0161\u00ed dobu tak\u0159ka zmizely. <strong>Vynech\u00e1n\u00ed lilkovit\u00fdch rostlin je tedy ur\u010dit\u011b prvn\u00edm krokem v l\u00e9\u010db\u011b \u010di prevenci bolestiv\u00fdch a po\u0161kozen\u00fdch kloub\u016f.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Kloubn\u00ed, autoagresivn\u00ed nemoci jsou spojeny s v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm imunitn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, ten \u010dasto souvis\u00ed s po\u0161kozen\u00edm st\u0159evn\u00ed imunity. <strong>B\u00edlkoviny lepku a kaseinu mohou b\u00fdt jednou z p\u0159\u00ed\u010din toho, \u017ee st\u0159evn\u00ed imunita kles\u00e1 a st\u0159evn\u00ed bariera je propustn\u00e1 &#8212; b\u00edlkoviny lepku a kaseinu se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu a vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed autoagresivn\u00ed reakci, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ena na kloubn\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/strong>. Proto strava slo\u017een\u00e1 z\u00a0masa, ml\u00e9ka a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a pe\u010diva je \u201eide\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c pro vznik kloubn\u00edch po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Fyziologick\u00e1 pot\u0159eba b\u00edlkovin v na\u0161em j\u00eddle nen\u00ed velk\u00e1, ov\u0161em je t\u0159eba, aby byly b\u00edlkoviny dod\u00e1v\u00e1ny denn\u011b. Proto pravideln\u00e1 konzumace obiloviny s mal\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm lu\u0161t\u011bnin je dobrou ochranou pro ledviny i klouby.<br><strong>Kloub\u016fm velmi \u0161kod\u00ed p\u0159ekyselen\u00ed organismu. Ze stravy nejv\u00edc p\u0159ekyseluje jednoduch\u00fd cukr, b\u00edl\u00e1 mouka, nadbytek tuku a b\u00edlkovin<\/strong>. Naopak velmi dobr\u00fdm zdrojem z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 reakce je zelenina a olejnat\u00e1 semena.<br>Zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem dobr\u00fdch kloub\u016f, ale ani ta nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed strava nesta\u010d\u00ed, pokud sv\u00fdm kloub\u016fm nedop\u0159ejeme spr\u00e1vn\u00fd a vhodn\u00fd pohyb. Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd pohyb a sport je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby a prevence nemoc\u00ed tohoto syst\u00e9mu. Kouzeln\u00e9 pilulky sice neexistuj\u00ed, ale stravu i pohyb m\u00e1me pln\u011b ve sv\u00fdch rukou, a m\u016f\u017eeme tedy pro sv\u00e9 klouby sami dost ud\u011blat.
